They did a great job! Extremely friendly and professional staff. It was my first visit here and I will definitely come back when Im on that side of town. Highly recommend!

Quality was not worth their steep prices. Interior was left dusty, and without air freshener as promised. The trunk was left untouched (I even popped it and told the host), as well as the rear seats. The exterior, despite getting their top of the line wash, was still left with spots of dirt. Worst of all, THEY PUT TIRE DRESSING ON THE RIMS. THIS WILL CAUSE THE FINISHING ON IT TO COME OFF OVER TIME. Overall, the entire staff can use some further training. I know I wont be coming back, not even after getting a free wash voucher. Dont bother wasting your time here, go somewhere else. Your car and wallet will thank you.

My car really needed a good cleaning, so I went to Octopus Car Wash, I was pleasantly greeted by a very nice lady . I went to the Lobby and the lady at the front desk was very nice . The place is nice and clean . I had my car detailed by a man named Laurence I think that is his name and boy he did a really good job ! He cleaned every single square inch of my car, the wheels looked better than when I first bought the car . The chocolate stains 100 % gone and he is very nice pleasant man . Thank you I will comeback for sure

Zero attention to detail. I have been here about 5 times in past year and spend time every time pointing out the VERY obvious spots that were totally missed. Exterior cleaning is sub-par white rim residue left under the shiny gloss they put on. Carpets half vacuum. Dash never wiped. Ugh, just everywhere you look there is something. My kids would do a better job than these slam bam thank you ma’am folks.

Rude attendent who insisted that I had received the same service that I had many times in the past, when I hadnt. If he had stated that the service had changed I would have understood. Or offered to make it right just once, I would have been satisfied. DONT PATRONIZE.

The drive thru, does a good job on the outside, the seats were folded up and were not vacuumed out, next time I know.Don’t bother with the $40 wash just pay for bare minimum and be done.I would not recommend any upgrade they will only perform them half.They have chairs to social distance, but don’t bother just walk outside and stand over to the side your car will be done soon.

The interior of my car looks like it hasn’t been touched. Barely vacuumed, not even wiped down! This is the second time they have done this. I won’t be returning

Worst service $42 I ever spend in a car wash. Service and detail was trash they got a manager that does final inspection and his blind apparently.

Very let down with the results of my car wash. I paid extra for the “wheels and tires” and they are half done. The cup holders were not even wiped down. The leather still has dirt all over it. Only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the lady at the counter was pleasant. Will not be returning.

Glenn is the most professional perfect employee! My car was a mess from my Labrador, Glenn didnt complain he was able to make my car better then when I took it off the sales lot! He was so understanding when I explained i had to put his tip on my credit card. I live in New Smyrna Beach but I will be making a special trip to leave Glenn a substantial thank you tip. Mediocre at best. The wash is supposed to include a wipedown of the dash and center console along with an interior vaccuum. A five year old coulda done a better job with the wipedown and vaccuum. The exterior wash was fine but that was done by the machines in the car wash. There was still debris all over the carpets and seats and the dash clearly had dust all over it. See the attached pictures. They speak for themselves.

They really charged me $60 to wax my car with tree sap and other residue left on it. Even chipped my paint.

They do a good job. Lots of wash options. The wax wash gives a good shine and seems to protect.

Ive had a few bad experiences but Im finally done going here. They asked me to pay $60 for a cleaning and I went for the $40 one because I had a feeling neither would be thorough anyway, and it was so bad. I dont think they did anything except vacuum, and its visibly still dirty when I got into the car. They just vacuumed for 40.

I am highly disappointed with this place. I’ve gotten an auto detailing done here before in the past and never had these issues. First they tried to over charge me (if a complete car detail is $89.99 plus $20.99 and tax $7.22 total $ 118.20 but one of the workers want to charge me $178.99). Then they put that my car would be finished at 5 pm when I arrived at 10 am, so why do I have to wait so long just for the anterior to be cleaned. I give Octopus Car Wash 3 stars only because they do a good job cleaning my car but beware they may try to over charge you!

Service was great. The wash and vacuum for the price I paid was horrible. When I looked into my car, it’s like it wasn’t even touched. It must have shown on my face because one guy came over and asked if I was okay. After seeing what I was looking at, he shook his head and walked away. He came back with a vacuum and did the whole interior. He even wiped down some places that clearly wasn’t touched. I asked him if he’s able to receive tips and gave him $10 when he was done. I wish I would have gotten his name. Smh, never again.

First things first I’m picky about my car,Alright so I paid for the $40 package, includes exterior wash, vacuum, interior wipe down including windows, tire shine and a bunch of waxes. The exterior was fine except for 1 tar spot on my white car, BUT they removed a months worth of big guts from my car so I can’t complain about that.What I can complain about is that the windows of my car were obviously still dirty on the inside. Like it was visible from the driver’s seat as soon as I drove off. When they wiped down the interior they didn’t do thorough work. Like I had visible marks left around the cup holders. Also my car has a touchpad in the middle of the dash to control the center screen, the touchpad was still dirty and sticky. Meaning that common touch points of the interior weren’t wiped down as good as they should be. Also minor but when they put the floor mats back inside my car they simply threw them on, they didn’t fasten them as their designed (there’s a big black circle on these tan mats letting you know where to lock them in place) so my mats where moving around on me.I did get a voucher for a free exterior wash within 7 days because I purchased the most expensive package. $40! Not bad because technically we’re looking at $20 per wash.Overall my car looks clean and they were busy but I don’t think it looks like it had $40 worth of service done to it due to the lack of attention to detail in the interior. I’m still gonna swing by for the “free” exterior wash in a week though!

You cannot get a better car and wheel wash. Yes, wheel. Too often your car looks great and the wheels are still dirty. Best car wash I have ever been to.

Honestly disappointed time and time again with this place. They give and show poor effort every time I get my car or truck washed there. At first I thought it was cause I was getting the bottom tier was but today I got the 40$ one that included everything and they didn’t even try. It was truly sad, inside was not even wiped down cup holders not even cleaned out. Just a poor effort All around. Will not be using this place any more.

Based on the reviews while sitting in line, I almost changed my mind. Not only were they quick, they were friendly and did a great job on my car inside and out!

Not a good experience. This is easily my go to car wash, but I am not sure anymore. They left my car a mess, the people that were drying my car were all joking around and horse playing and didnt even pay attention to my car. My car looks dirtier then when I dropped it off on inside. Taking my own and all our company cars to another car wash. Lucky this wash was free because if I paid, I would be more upset

The staff here is likely the most chaotic mess I have ever seen. They yell and argue with each other and then complain to the customers about their work environment time and time again. The hard part is that due to COVID they are one of the only places that does both inside & outside cleaning. It’s a real shame to go to a place where the employees literally HATE their job and tell you about it all the time, of course, right before they offer you a detail package.

Pleasantly suprised, the wash was fast &good.The inside wipe down wasn’t as good as itshould be.There was some trash in the doorand i had to ask him to toss it. He said they don’t do that unless we ask.besides that was good @ will go back

I paid the $30.99 plus a $10 tip and the inside looked horrible. I usually wash my car myself but I decided to get it done by a professional and they did a horrible job. I guess Ill just keep doing it myself.

Was disappointed. Got in my car and my rugs werent put in correctly. The inside of the doors werent done. They were still dirty. They didnt clean the inside of my sunroof, I purposely left it open so they would clean it and they didnt. I paid extra for my tires and they werent even shiny. I wont go back. 😒

Super slow service and then awful service.My car interior is still dirty even the mats, which all they had to do was take them out and rinse them and they didnt. The interior console I left open intentionally so they would vacuum it.. they did not.I do not recommend this place. A $23 car was should not come out still needing another vacuum and interior wipe down.Check your car before leaving. Maybe they will redo it. I pulled away too soon

I’m only giving 3 stars because as far as getting my car cleaned, they did a great job. But personally, I think that good customer service can really make or break a business and I didn’t receive one bit of courteous costumer service. I went there for the first time this past weekend and I had never gone to a car wash like this one before so I was very unsure on how the process worked. From start to finish, I had MULTIPLE encounters with employees making me feel illiterate or embarrassed for not knowing what my next step in the process is (one worded, rude responses). I felt so bad that I kept repeating myself to each person saying “I apologize but this is my first time, I’m just not sure what to do!” But yet, no one felt the need to actually give me a quick run down and just acted rudely or cold towards me. The only individual who I felt treated me with kindness with the cashier. It’s clear that this facility has plenty of costumers to keep it thriving, but I don’t think I will ever go back to establishment.

Got yelled at for their mistake. Then they damaged my car. Service manager basically begged me to allow him to pull up cameras and see if the damage was there already. Then the store manager came out and told me they wont cover any of it and it was probably done on these roads in Orlando.Then told me they cant cover aftermarket parts. It was a factory part.The damage happens. Its a $110 fix. The way you treat your customers says a lot. Should be a zero star option.

Great service! They actually clean the car, and do a fantastic job. Unlike the previous company I used to go to. The monthly plan is well worth it.

The car is clean but... Each time I get there its not 100% its 85% and each time I need to return and ask for job to be completed. But the service is fast.

I could have gone down Paramore in the hood and gotten a better job, I even complained and went back for a 2nd time and this is what they still left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Im not usually one to complain, but am offended by being upsold on better services and then being let down by a lack of attention to detail.When I pay for a car wash, regardless of the services provided, I truly expect the exterior of the car to be fully washed and cleaned of surface dirt. Unfortunately, today, this was not the case. My first experience at Octopus left me paying $40 for a mostly clean vehicle, and only after I left and went across the street did I realize spots were missed by the team that addresses details after a wash and the supervisor who came around with a clipboard or notepad.Simply put, if I can take a clean rag and wipe the outer area of my windows and inside the visible area of my door handles and it looks like I wiped dirt off some railroad tracks, you werent paying attention to the one job I paid you for, washing my car.The only saving grace today is that my $40 wash got me a ticket to get a free wash within 1 week, albeit of a lesser service level. So well see how that one turns out...

63$ for just the interior?!? For that price it better look like it just came off the showroom floor. That it does not. Thank god I didn’t want the exterior too otherwise it would have cost me nearly 100$. If I didn’t need it done today, I would have gone somewhere else tomorrow. The fact that they believe this is reasonable pricing is beyond me.

I just left this business. The staff was very helpful and professional but the service was very over priced! There are so many better car washes with better pricing. I took my Jeep Wrangler here and they charged me 85$ just to run my Jeep through the automated was and vacuum the inside with an outside wax. There was still garbage I left in the cup holder thinking they would remove, water marks on my windows, grim on my dash and seats. They vacuumed my mats but put them back in my car dirty and did not spray or wash them. I felt like a paid 85$ bucks for a partial clean. I usually take my car to sweet water where they do more for only 50$ and they do it faster because they have a team work on your car not just one person so nothing gets over looked. NEVER AGAIN. WASTE OF MOney!!

Darius and the car wash team at octopus took great care of me today. It was a $10 drive-through wash and they were so thorough with a pre-wash wipe down of the windshield, front end and back of mirrors followed by a drive-through wash where I was able to stay in the car and then a thorough wipe down all with a smile

Ive been going to the Orlando location for a couple years. I just got a 2020 Mazda 3 that I took here for the first time today and I was extremely disappointed with the interior. Not only was it dirtier when I got it back but there were streaks on all of the polished parts, the dash, the screen etc. When I got home I needed to completely redo the interior myself and noticed on the dash display and the black polished parts that there were scratches all over them that were not there before. Ive had this car for 2 weeks and my interior is destroyed. I paid over $60 and got my car in worse condition than when it went in. The only kudos I will give is to the gentleman that waxed my car. The outside looked great and he went out of his way to clay bar stains out of the paint. Ive been loyal to this location with my 2 cars I had before this but I unfortunately can never bring my brand new car back there. Very disappointed with the quality and now I have to live with permanent scratches. If you have a new car Ill highly recommend getting it hand washed if possible. And I can only hope that octopus car wash will at least compensate for this unfortunate experience.

I love supporting local businesses and keeping their staff employed. This place is great, there is always a healthy line getting into this place. The line OF cars displays how satisfied the customers are regardless of some emotional driven reviews by high-strung individuals. Try speaking to the staff and building relationships rather trying to step on them. Altogether its a good facility on all levels

I was charged $23 for a basic car wash... Gave $6 tip and as I’m getting in my car had to ask the 2 guys to please wipe the dashboard- a white stain on the passenger chair and area where the stick shift is.Basic wipe down and of the guys just mumbled you need a detailing. Sure- but basic dash wipe down should be included...!

This hurts me to say because I have been going to Octopus Car Wash for years. But I feel that I can no longer continue to bring mine and my wife’s vehicle here. I noticed that the last time I came in I paid for the level above from the basic wash. When I received my vehicle it was still very dirty but I let it go. Until I noticed the back on my wife’s suv was not even vacuumed when I came home. I called and the manager lady told me that I had to request them to vacuum that area (which I was standing outside by my car when they were vacuuming and no one asked). I explained that did not make sense since they have always done it before and besides my wife’s car has no tint on her windows and there was nothing back there just some dirt and a tiny amount of grass from her golf bag. I make sure to tip and have been coming here for years but I felt like over time I have noticed the quality going down. I love the friendly staff and they used to do an impeccable job. So I’m unfortunately having to drive further to take my cars to get them cleaned because I would rather do it once then have to bring them back a second time to do it right.

Absolute worst car wash I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service. I paid nearly $100 just for my seats to not even be wiped down. Interior cleaning was streaky and when I mentioned a few spots they were completely unwilling to fix it. Ridiculous. I was also there waiting for an hour. Awful awful awful. No one go here.

I’ve been here about half a dozen times now. I usually purchase the Wheel Special package. Sometimes I add on the interior Armor All option. They are quick and thorough. I’ve never found an issue where part of my vehicle isn’t addressed, exterior and interior. For example, I have a pickup with a roof rack, which usually prevents the top from being cleaned well. However they always take the extra care to make sure it’s cleaned and dried.

Terrible quality car wash. After 30 minutes got the car with sand all over the floor mats and smudge marks everywhere. The answer was “well we can send it back through”. I will go back to Images car wash, where are you always get a great wash.

Glen, is the man! Being an Uber driver, I’ get my car detailed a lot. So far, Glen, has given me the best service. In this case, someone had vomited in my car. I called all around town and Glen was the only one willing to even look at it. Glen, ended up doing an amazing job for a great price. Honestly, I feel like the car is almost as good as I got it. Glen, even went the extra mile of buffing out a scratch on the side of my car. I’ve been trying to get that done for months, and he did it in 5 minutes. Only place I’ll go to get my car detailed from now on, strictly, because of Glen, and his work ethic, grinding out a job on a early Saturday morning no one else would take. Thanks again, Glen!P.S. people shouldn’t complain about getting their car shampooed for $40. Where else do you even find that? If you really want top quality service pay $80 and it looks like a $150 job.

Charles and his team took care of my interior. There were some missed vacuum and wiping spots but they were more than happy to correct them. A little pricey. Done in an hour. The blonde clerk at the front desk did not have to yell at customers, roll her eyes on the phone, or give unnecessary attitude; You could hear that she didnt want to be there when she asked customers Could you PLEASE drive your car in, sir?!

DO NOT GO HERE!To start, when I pulled up the person that helped me commented on my acne and then proceeded to try to upsell me on everything under the sun.While they did a good job of cleaning my car, they also ended up either STEALING or THROWING AWAY valuables from my center console. I’m inclined to think it was stealing because they didn’t throw away any trash... only those items were missing.Once again, DO NOT go here.

I had gone to Wash Works right before and left to come here because of the bad energy I got at wash works. Everyone here treated me with a much better attitude! My car detailer MARCUS was super nice and had great customer service, as he was telling me to not be afraid of what I wanted out of my service! He took care of me very well. I Highly recommend. So happy I left there and came here instead! My car detail exceeded my expectations here.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. My husband and I went to this location February 28th, 2020 at approximately 11pm. A male helped us while the female worker waited on another customer ahead of us. We had 3 subs to order. We ordered two of our subs, after the first sub was done we were shuffled to the second station for toppings. The female worker than began to wait on the person behind us. When she heard us say we had one more to order she apologized to the male helping us saying she wouldnt have started the next order had she known. To which the male replied with an attitude and voice of utter annoyance well, I didnt know either....it was downhill from there. Service changed entirely. Our last sub was tossed around, toppings barely added and rushed.Prior to checking out it made my husband so mad he wanted to just walk out and say forget this...I told him to step out and I would handle the rest. I paid and collected my food. At that point in time I thought it would be a good idea to at least let the employee know that his actions really bothered us. I stated to him that his attitude when the additional sandwich was brought up was very rude and I just wanted to let him know. His response was less than desirable. With great attitude and couldnt care less look he replied over his shoulder hmm, uh sorry. You have a good night while walking away from me as I stare at his back. Most sarcastic and disrespectful thing Ive experienced in awhile.All of this said, expect rude service from this gentlemen should you decide to visit their location.

High in price, good work by everyone working there

Mostly quick, friendly, good clean, good deal.Looked at my car again after I got home and 1) there was trash still under the drivers seat from the day before I brought it to the cleaners and 2) I had asked the attendant if I needed to remove the car seats or just unhook them so they could be moved as needed. The attendant said theyve move them as needed, but when I moved one to hook it back into the car it was evident nobody had moved it and there was trash and food particles still on the seat under it.
