Just got home from car wash. First time here. I’m sorry to say but I just wasted $43. Dashboard was not even wiped still dusty. Exterior roof is also dirty. Attached are pictures from my newly washed car. Staff are friendly though.

The service here is good, workers pay attention to the details . I have been turned away at a lot of car washes because my car is lowered, here instead of turning me away they told me about their affordable hand wash packages. Ive been coming here since then and have no complaints . They have a nice air conditioned waiting room with vending machines, massage chairs, tvs and tables to get some work done like I usually do. My car always leave sparkly clean !

Had an absolutely terrible experience here and after reviewing it as such the owner via a response to a review said I used foul language and made it seem like their inability to clean my vehicle properly was my fault. Would definitely not recommend. Ive been here for 44 years and that has absolutely nothing to do with how good my service is. I cannot believe how little these employees care about this place and how combative and non resolution focused this owner is. Would you like me to post pictures of just how dirty the roof and the hood and the side panels were after you supposedly cleaned it?

Today was my first time going here. The manager was amazing. I got my car cleaned on the inside & outside for $40. I also had a coupon (found on their website), for $4 off, which brought it down to $36. Since it was my first time, the manager blow dryer my mats for free. I came for a super cleaning, and the whole staff was amazing. Thank you all for your service, customer service, and an amazing experience.

My interior windows were very filmy, but they did a beautiful job. My exterior paint is not the best, but looks really good now,, as well as the tire shine. The massage chairs were a real treat.

This location is very close to my house, so I decided to check it out. I purchased a super clean for $40. However, I got into the car and the inside nothing was really cleaned, the vacuum service was not good, the interior wipe down was horrible, it seem like they didn’t care. Look at my cup holders and vacuum areas. Not good. They finished my car within 10 mins, i was super shocked. The workers are nice but the service was not good. Would never come back. Probably going stick with Misters Car Wash.The pictures are a little hard to tell, but if you can see how it was left through the pictures imagine in person.

Images did a great job with the wash and wax detail of my wifes car. Promised in about 1.5 hours and they delivered. Ive had trouble on occasion with their service but they always, always, always do the right thing to satisfy their customers. I would recommend them for fast service.

Considering it was quick I would say they did a excellent job at washing the car. The interior was vacuumed and wiped down leaving it looking clean. A few spots were missed after taking another look at the car at home but no one is perfect.

I brought my car here on 28Dec2018 to get it detailed prior to selling - I ended up choosing the Complete Polish & Shampoo for $159. I was WELL worth it! Staff was friendly, helpful, and very speedy. My car was finished ahead of schedule and looked great! It sold later that afternoon perfectly. Thank you! Ive included some photos of the car to show you what it looked like after, but I wish I took some before-s. My car was covered in pet hair, external dirt, etc and it came out looking new.

Very disappointed my first and last time there for sure. Staff is lethargic and more focused on their phones then actually detailing. Definitely feels like a wasted 100 dollars. Didn’t even wipe my door jams, missed a lot of spots. And I don’t think they actually spray waxed my car because I saw many dirty spots I wiped off with my shirt and poured water over and see no beading. Don’t waste your money.

Paid $37 that’s including tip, for an “Ultimate Shine Wash” with an add on “Bug Scrub”. Used to come here in the past and place was great but has steadily decreased in quality. I’ll add on pictures once I can but my front car was still covered with bugs and the left over bug residue. Also the side of my car was still left with grass and dirt. Bad enough I played myself already by going with the ultimate shine wash because it doesn’t even include interior cleaning of any sort. But the ultimate shine wash itself was good.

I did paid $30.00 plus$5.00 tip for cleaning outside and inside,vacum a 3 years old kid doing better,dust inside my car stay, my car is an crv suv bumper by the trunk dirt,no vacum by the trunk,outside was good the rim was good..thats a thirt time i did with you guys and always the same,but i been back thinking that there is some change but still the same,i don,t like to claim inside so i don,t want it the people to loose the job,i asume that the rush is the problem,i will still with my $7.00 car wash..

I brought my Cadillac Escalade to this place after a long beach vacation and my car was covered in sand and bugs were all over the grille. I ordered the ‘Super Clean’ service and I was genuinely surprised at how well the staff was able to clean my car out and make it look brand new, even after the great vacation got a little messy!

UPDATE!!!Instead of talking to me professionally as they call themselves they just went ahead and canceled my membership! And I pay for my own membership but they went ahead and discounted my husbands membership when he’s been going there for over a year! I believe if they are as profesional they should try to at least solve the problem but their way of fixing it is just cancelling memberships without prior notice!As a business they need to know that not 100% of the time they will get positive feedback!What I have noticed with this place is that they discriminate woman!I have taken my car here many times and if someone else other than TY cleans it, my car is still dirty! I pay $50 a month.Now I come back to how they discriminate woman my husband Drove the car and I was in it and we had no problem! He takes his king ranch 250 and they clean it very well! But when I take the car all they do it’s semi vacuum it and pass through the machine to wash!I always have to send the people back to clean it.My sister in law and I always have to sent a male to get our car washed because when we take it images auto spa don’t do their job right!TY is the only one that actually leaves the car how I wanted without me telling him what needs to be done again!I’ll now attach pictures of how they left my car after I sent them back to clean it!

Ive been going to Images for years. Mike, the general manager at the Altamonte location is very friendly and runs an efficient operation. I typically have the Ultra Shine on my Nissan Maxima. My car looks brand new after every wash. I love this place!

I used to go to this car wash all the time. The staff is pretty good. The owner is horrible and is overly aggressive when handling issues. He is the reason I will not return to give my hard earned money. There are too many other pleasant car washes to go to.

I went there to just get my car washed and end up getting their unlimited membership. This place is a 5 star for sure! The manager Raul is a first rate business guy. He totally gets the customer service deal. Best car wash in town hands down

I have found that Images gives my Mercedes the best clean hands down. I drive 50 minutes to Images for service. I have a car wash 5 minutes from my home at Champions Gate, and Images auto spa does a much better job. Will continue to travel to Images Auto spa.Joy

I must say I do love my car and I expected better cleaning services for the amount I paid overall the car looks clean but you can see water marks all over my car and rims some spots are not even clean on the inside they did an ok job my wood grain has water spots all over but what’s more disappointing to me is I paid $160 for the complete wax & shampoo and $40 or $50 to have the engine clean now my car only has 51k on it engine wasn’t to bad looking when they got done my engine half of my engine was clean and the other half was half clean I’ve waited 2 1/2 hrs for my car just to be disappointed I will the guy who I paid the money to he was a cool dude no issues with the people working only issue is the cleaning service its hard to see in the cameras but it shows in person

Wow! that is all I can say. My boyfriends car looks FANTASTIC!! I have been coming here for a few years and they always do a great job. I got the Super Clean for my boyfriends car and it was the best $49 Ive spent this week. He was beyond happy with the surprise. His car truly feels like new!

The staff from the top to the bottom treated me with respect and patience, explaining all the options to me. They did a showroom job with the car looking as good as the day we bought it. They found some minor damage and immediately reported it to me.

I went there 2 weeks ago and was in a rush, they cleaned my car in less than 15 mins and it looked brand new! Great car wash and friendly staff

They dont even look at the package you buy, they basically clean them all the same and wait until you complain. They are tip based and expect to be tipped. Ive never had my car washed here and not had to show them all the stuff they missed.UPDATE: after posting this review, the owner responded with a fabricated story about me ordering the wrong service, which never happened, and accused me of not tipping, which I did after the dirty areas were addressed. (Its impossible to know which car I had and which service I ordered over google reviews) Then he promptly deleted the response, but it still showed his response in my gmail notifications. Ive reduced my review to 1 star for the ficticous excuse for poor service which was then deleted shortly after.

These guys know how to wash whatever vehicle Im in to date night condition ;)Theyre about $16 for a wash and vacuum, unless you want the interior treatment which is about $15 more... and let me tell you.. It is worth it!These guys are quick and efficient. At times there may be a line of cars depending on peak hours, yet they still get you in and out. Speedy service indeed and great attention to detail.

Decent carwash especially when they have enough workers. There are some long tenure employees there and they do a good job once there is sufficient workers. If you go when there are not enough employees you may not get a good wash.

We’ve been there twice now and have been totally disappointed both times. After paying for an interior and exterior clean, they barely touched the inside. Dust everywhere. Save your money and go somewhere better!

For $160 I felt that what I paid for wasn’t worth it definitely going somewhere else. The interior wasn’t fully cleaned and that what I paid for. Also my mats weren’t even put back they were in my truck fo whatever reason.

Staff there is very rude. After running my car through it there was a bunch of grime left behind. I asked the attendant there if he could please wipe off the stuff that the car wash missed. He told me oh well you only paid for a $15 wash thats all you get. They also damaged my vehicle and scratched it and then claimed they didnt do it. They had the audacity to say Oh you know that that damage was already on your vehicle. I asked them to show me the video recording of the vehicle and they refused. Last time Ill ever visit this place and I recommend you find a business that understands customer service.

WARNING WARNING!!! Do not recommendI brought mine and my wifes cars here for the first time today and was very upset with the results. I got the $18 in and out wash for my wife and the $32 ultra shine plus bug scrub for my car (mine was dirtier from a trip).THE ISSUES:1. I noticed on my wifes car as Im driving it home there were some chips in her window tint. I figured maybe she did it and I just never noticed. But when I brought mine in I specifically checked my windows to make sure its not something they did. I got my car back and also noticed the same chips. Looks like maybe a watch scratched them. This is super irritating as now the tint is chipped off and the only repair is to replace it.2. We both had love bugs still all over our cars when done. Hers I can understand but I specifically paid extra to remove them.3. The inside of my car looked vacuumed but thats all. They didnt wipe down anything.I had higher expectations for the place, but was sadly let down. Next time Ill try another location or just take the time to do it myself. Hopefully the owners will reach out to me to correct this and I can change this review, but for now try somewhere else.

Very nice place and extremely hard working gentlemen. They rinsed and vacuumed my car first then they took it through the regular car wash machine. After that, a gentleman thoroughly cleaned and waxed my car. (The car in the picture). Make sure you tip them, they work hard and are respectable.

I visited their Orlando location and they made my car look like new. Elizabeth recommenced the super clean and they did a fantastic job. This place is legit!

I purchased the $30 car wash with the bug scrub they didn’t get any bugs off aslo didn’t vacuum under seats or under floor mats. Also my rims are still very dirty. This is the second time this has happened

I brought my one year old Scion tC here for a wash and the end result was $100s if not $1000s of dollars in damage to my car. The wash ripped off the rear wiper blade, twisted the hatch, and pulled the motor partially through the body. I spoke with the manager and he had me fill out a claim form, the result of which was a response saying they are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle per the sign on the premises and on their receipts.My experience was somewhat unusual in that the first attendant told me to drive my car around and the one on the other side told me I wasnt supposed to have done that. I have been here before and never I have I actually run the car through the wash myself. The second sent me through the wash regardless and when I reached the last brushes, the one caught and proceeded to yank on my car about four or five times until the rear wiper blade snapped free. No attendants paid any attention, nor was I able to exit the vehicle for assistance was I was still next to the machinery.I would strongly advise all to stay away from this wash, as they appear quite careless and dont consider themselves responsible for any damage to your vehicle no matter how excessive the damage. So unless you have a few thousand dollars you dont need or you want to file claims with your insurance, your best bet is to take your business elsewhere!

This is truly a great place! Staff is always attentive and accommodating. Manager Raul is very personable and will make sure things get done right. Make sure to order what your car needs and they will make sure you get what you paid for. If you want your car done right, this is the place to go!

This place is a bit of a joke. For the price, you can find a real detailer. Otherwise, they just run your car through a cheap automatic wash tunnel then poorly wipe everything down. I took both my cars there, paid $50 each and received back a car with dirt in the cup holders, splash up on the bottom of the body, and bug residue on the front bumper. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they offered to rewash them for free, but my time was better spent finding a real auto detailer.

This place is not professional, I had an terrible experience considering one of the employees damaged my vehicle and didn’t say anything about the incident until I got in my car and notice that my head rest on my passenger side was broken. When I advise the manager of what occurred she then proceeded to make assumptions and question me of the damage as if I was responsible of it while my car was in the care of this company for 45 mins. They filled out this bootleg claim paper work and advise that I would hear back in 5-7 business days. Not to my surprise no one reached out to me about the incident I had to contact this company 2-3 times to finally receive an email stating that they are not responsible for the damage to my vehicle while it was in there procession. I advise no one to go here, they do not do a good job nor are they professional. I will be seeking legal matter in regards to this incident.

Fast, efficient and overall very good service. Always a courteous staff. The pricing is as cheap ($8) or upscale (custom detailing) as you choose. Median range for a great wash is around $16. I would recommend for anyone in the area looking for fast service.

Amazing car Wash. I brought my car for cleaning and removing some paint spots, then they applied some wax and the magic happened. My Lexus is brand new again. I went in on a Friday afternoon at 3:30. My car made it through the process and after coming out it sat for 20 minutes before moving to the detail area. Then set while waiting, once done. I am driving down the street and noticed the windows were not clean. I never saw anyone spray and wipe them done There was dried soap on the windows and marks from the windshield wipers. I paid $50 for the top service on the panel and felt, that I did not get what was paid for

This place was close to my house so was hoping for a good experience..unfortunately not the case my inside windshield was left smudged and my husbands car tint was damaged on the driver side door with 2 huge scratches. The tint is barely 3 months old and was in perfect condition prior to the visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful though.

Yesterday was my first and last time at this establishment. Everything was fine up until my car was ready. My car was clearly still dirty when they were done and when I asked if they could please get the dirt on my bumper off, they refused. Once I got home, I saw that the stain on my drivers door handle was still there. They had not even bothered to wipe it off. I looked more closely inside my car and there was still dust on my dashboard bugs on my windshield, and my cup holders were not wiped clean. After emailing them with photos asking for a refund, they flat out refused. I will never be back and I caution you very strongly against going to this place. It is a waste of money.

Been going here for several years with two different cars. I used to pay about $38 for and it included conditioning of my leather. Went recently, the price had gone up to $40, they didnt condition my leather, they called me over before closing all of the doors, and I had to sign an employees dirty smart phone during COVID-19 to leave. Very disappointed. Now looking for a new place to go.

Today was the first time I visited the Auto Spa. I was greeted by extremely helpful staff that helped me choose appropriate services. Relaxed in the waiting area until my vehicle was finsihed. Once complete, the detailer asked me to review his work. Upon inspection, I noted a smudge, dent, and scratch on my vehicle. He contacted management, Raul. After 20-30 minutes of waiting Raul came by with a form. I understand things happen, but I think its unreasonable to have to wait 7 days to review camera footage for a potential incident. I maintain great care of my vehicle, if it had a big dent in it, I wouldve noticed it prior to securing personal items in my trunk immediately prior to leaving my car to enter the waiting area.🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾

Clean cars and great prices!!!My sister in law recommended this place and it’s now the only place I go. I spend $16 and get an outside clean and inside vacuum and wipe down and my car is always perfectly clean when I leave! Not to mention if you throw a $1 in one of their massage chairs I can catch up on the news while getting a massage in the air conditioning which is wonderful in Florida!!

Got the full package on my truck. Shampoo and everything. Looks brand new again. They were able to get most of the stains out of the interior. Very satisfied with the work.

After a visit to the beach, took my car to get cleaned inside and out. The service was. Was even informed that there were some tough spots to get clean and ran it through the wash a second time because it didnt get really cleaned the first time. Always happy with the service there. Car came out so nice. Only bad part is they threw away stuff that was in my car door that I wanted to be kept there.

This was my 3rd time coming here ever and just like the last time they took care of me, for the half hour I was there I witnessed at least over 100 cars and my car still came out perfect. I don’t know how you guys do it but you don’t get enough credit. Amazing business you guys are definitely doing it right.👍🏽

I took my dads old Toyota Camry to be cleaned as a gift and they tried so hard to get the stains out the shampooed the carpet 3 times. This led to it being very wet and after driving it home and letting it dry it had a bad smell (mold) which is to be expected because it was soaked after needed to be shampooed so many times. So I called them up, put sodium bicarbonate down to speed up the process of drying and drove the car in. They fixed it free of charge without question and it now looks like a brand new car. Great service and a great deal. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants their car cleaned.

First and last time going to this establishment. $49 for a basic car wash! Still noticeable bugs and dirt on the car, they don’t even attempt to wipe/get it off. I asked the guy to get a stain out on the carpet and he said that he would. Once they said my car was finished, I went and checked to see if they were able to get it out and it was still there, I asked another guy and he said it would cost me extra to get it shampooed, even though in the description of the service it states that they will vacuum & condition your rugs/carpet. Everyone seemed to have a bit of an attitude, it’s alright I can get way better service and a cleaner car for $20 from the guy washing cars behind a gas station.
