Got hung up on the first time and then received a call back almost an hour and a half later after calling 3 times just for me to speak to somebody extremely rude and get told to go to another shop and that I have no idea what I’m talking about. Just to get hung up on again. Wouldn’t recommend. A lot of better places out there who actually know what they’re doing.

Known Karim for a long time as he is a true enthusiast and has been all around the shows and meets and his work speaks for itself. His attention to detail is unmatched and this is coming from someone that’s pretty particular about my own vehicles. I have recommended him over and over again.

Just had my vehicle get paint correction work done, paint protection film applied, and glass coated with Modesta BC-08 from Superior Detailer. Steve and Kim are amazing and the work is outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable about their work and the customer service is second to none. My vehicle mirrors were being stubborn with the PPF and the film was bubbling along the edges. Without any questions asked, Steve and Kim had me return my vehicle to have the film replaced and corrected. They are honest and will go above and beyond to make sure their work is satisfactory to the customer. I can not say enough good things about them and would highly recommend Superior Detailer for any and all detailing work.

Been one of those people who waxed their car as time allows (maybe once every 6 months), but as I got older and had less time decided to try out Stevens services with my new car. Ended up with a paint protection coating which should last years if maintained. End results are stunning, I still smile each time I walk towards my car. When looking for a detail shop we looked for the shop that was not high volume and could handle our needs on high end cars. After seeing SD at Nona Cars and Coffee, we gave him a shot. Steve did an amazing job on our Ferrari 458. Our car came to us used, and we wanted to bring back the better than new finish. Steve did a great job inspecting the car and letting us know what was needed. We opted to have the car ceramic coated with Modesta and was blown away with the clarity and depth it gave to the paint, as well as an almost slippery feel when wet. We treated the interior to a detail as well using all the best leather car products. Finally, we replaced older Xpel PPF with updated designes that worked much better and looked cleaner. Very good experience - will be returning with more cars in the near future to be detailed by Steve! He brings car detailing to an art form.

My parents bought a 4 Runner Limited and took it to Karim on my suggestion . They were concerned about the everyday effects of driving on the paint . He got them setup with Gtechniq crystal serum ceramic coating to guard the paint all over vehicle and then Xpel Paint protection film on the font end components for extra protection from road debris etc .That stuff is amazing ! It is self healing and is pretty much invisible especially compared to the thick, clunky and obvious appearance of the dealer applied stuff .Karim didnt stop there though he took a lot of time with them educating them about the proper ways to care for the finish ( Gtechniq is amazing water washes off 99% of everything and leaves it shiny) . He got them setup with the proper products, tools and most importantly the techniques to help maintain the beautiful finish. If you care about your car just go see Karim .
