Called to make an appointment and was told I didnt have to make one, Id be taken care of when I show up.Had a feeling I was gonna be ignored when showing up. Slow Sunday, three barbers working. After an hour with no one getting a haircut, I left knowing they were done for the day.

Great haircut and beard trim at a reasonable price. Ask for Edwin, he has a gentle touch, pays attention to details, and is very skilled.

This was my first haircut in Orlando. I came in without the appointment and was waiting for about 10 minutes. My barber Edwin was terrific. He worked on my fade extensively to ensure I got the even cut from both sides. His attention to detail was second to none. He also was super accommodating and provided his number to make an appointment in advance next time. It was a great experience. I found my barber in Orlando on the first try.

The customer service there is just terrible. The barbers make you sit and wait for hours while their friends just walk in and get a cut I would never recommend anyone go there unless you want to wait for 3+ hours for a haircut

Horrible customer service.Unfortunate that the customer service is bad because the cuts are decent and so is the price. It’s extremely frustrating when a customer calls at 12PM to make an appointment for that day at 5PM and the person who answers the call says an appointment isn’t needed only to come in at 5PM to a waiting area full of people and only two barbers who don’t even acknowledge when people walk in.

I took my husband to this barbershop in our new neighborhood. I was excited to support a place where poc are doing the work and getting paid. I like to support my people. We showed up a few mins after 11 and he wasnt seen for over an hour. No one spoke to him. They just looked at him. I know a white guy in a barbershop filled with poc might be weird but have some common decency. People came and went that did not have appointments. He didnt even know the barbers name because he didnt introduce himself, he wore earbuds and didnt speak to him the entire time. His hair cut was ok, but we have seen much better at 10 and 5 dollar shops. He needs help with his goatee because he is legally blind. He came out with one side longer than the other. I am embarrassed that I brought him here.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. I WENT IN ON SUNDAY AT 9:15. THEY HAD ME WAITING UNTIL 10. I WAS OKAY WITH ANY BARBER. OTHER CLIENTS WITH NO APPOINTMENTS CAME AND GOT TAKEN CARE OF.

I came in for the 1st time without an appt. There was a barber available that called me right away. Nice !!! When I approached her she didnt look at my face or greet me. She was just behind the barber chair looking toward the front entrance like I didnt exist. I almost turned around and walked away. I said in a loud voice Good Morning then she replied a bit embarrassed and asked me to sit down and how I want my har cut to be. I had my mask on, she didnt and she put her mask on 10 min or so later on. The the haircut was nice and professional, no complaints about that, but service and human relations are the worst Ive ever experience. How Can you have service in a place where they dont greet you or make eye contact ?? I certainly will not return to a place where I dont feel welcome.

Pros: Great haircuts from most of the barbers. I have gotten my hair cut 6 times here with a different barber every time. Good to know they do things the old-fashioned way with straight razorsCons: Horrible buisness model. Unless youre friends with the barber, good luck trying to get a haircut. Cant call ahead, cant schedule with anybody unless you already have their personal cell #. Barbers frequently will cut their friends hair before you even if you are next on the list. I was the first name on the list for almost an hour before a barber was free.Neutral: As you can guess by the name this is mostly a black/hispanic barber shop, but that doesnt phase me a bit. I just care about a good haircut. Unfortunately i drew some stares, and it was hard to even get the barbers to engage in casual conversation. Needless to say i didnt feel comfortable enough to ask one of these barbers for a repeat visit.If you are a walk-in, expect the entire process to take 1-3 hours for a 30min haircut.

Im upset that I even had to give this place a star, doesnt even deserve one. If you dont know the barbers personally you will sit and wait and watch all of their homeboys pass you in line for a haircut even without an appointment. I sat for an hour, was never greeted or acknowledge. Got up and left.

Most importantly, this place does give good haircuts. They are legitimate barbers and do very well. l came here regularly for years, always confident ld look good when l left.However, customer service has never been their thing. A couple barbers are somewhat friendly or relatable, but the majority of them couldnt care less about what their customer thinks. lts a mostly Hispanic operation, so loud music and yelling across the room goes on non-stop, and in fact some barbers dont even speak English.l cant even count the times l had a barber cutting my hair while yakking on a bluetooth the entire time, or stopping to take a call, or talk to his buddy next to him, all without a simple excuse me or one moment please. Extremely unprofessional in that manner, and it went on the whole time l was a regular customer there.The waiting lobby will often be full with no open seats, while at least a couple of barbers loaf around eating Chinese takeout or BSing on their phones or to each other. Then some guy will casually walk in, skip the whole line and walk up to a barber who is apparently a friend of his. There is a paper sign-in sheet for the waiting list, but its a big scribbling mess and obviously isnt kept track of.This is definitely a cool kid barber shop, and like l said, they cut good hair. But its also very unprofessional and exclusive in the sense that, if youre not friends with someone working there, youre going to get the cattle car treatment, possibly wait forever, and possibly have a negative experience altogether. Yea, they cut good hair, but so do lots of other barber shops that care more about their customers. When l moved across town, l stopped coming here.
