Its a small shop in the back of a small strip mall but the haircut is amazing. I had an excellent haircut from Keith. The whole experience was amazing from the phone call to hanging out waiting to get my haircut. The service was equally as good as my haircut.I called two days before Thanksgiving asking for an appointment. Justin (the owner, I think) said he was booked, but I was more than welcome to wait. So, thats what I did, because I had a wedding the next night. Last minute, I know.Anyway, bottom line... Im a Jersey guy getting my haircut in Orlando and I chose the right place. Called and made an appointment at 1245pm. Showed up early and he acted like he didnt even know who I was. Told me to comb my hair out myself which I had no problem with until his coworker threw me a wet comb with hair still in it !Waited and waited then he leaves to go to the store and left me waiting. Catches attitude because he messed up my cut, apologizes, but took forever! Didnt finish the cut until 3pm. Fixed my hair the best he could. It wasnt a great experience.

My husband has been getting his haircut at Jusincredible barbershop for a little over a year with the amazing Ash. We were looking for a trustworthy barber who could fix my husbands hair since the style he wanted not everyone could do it, thankfully we found this barbershop and Ash delivered excellent service to us. Before moving to Orlando we used to drive from Tampa to Orlando every two weeks for my husbands haircut done by Ash thats how great it is. Ash truly listened to my husbands wants and delivered with professionalism.

Saw all the great reviews and people recommending this place on reddit so decided to give it a try. The only thing I was not a fan of was the procedure of setting the appointment. I called around noon on a Friday and the two barbers on duty were booked. I was told to call back at 2 because that is when another barber came in. Besides that, I had a pretty good experience with A.I. I tried a different cut than usual and was VERY satisfied with it. I got charged a bit more for making an appointment but I think it was worth it since some walk-ins got rejected. Cash only. They have an ATM, if needed.

I hate to leave this review because all the guys were nice in there and the shop was really cool looking. However I wasnt too crazy about Keith. I wanted a hard part style with a fade that I usually put some pomade in and he did the fade really well, but the hard part was more or less a chunk out of my head and grew in terribly. I never leave reviews like this but this just wasnt good. Although their pomade is super dope to use nice hold and texture. However its gonna take a lot for me to come back, sorry guys. Best of luck.

Dont go to this place if you want your time valued. They encourage you to schedule appointments so you dont have to wait. 2 times its happened where I have scheduled appointments only to arrive and find out the person I had scheduled with was not there. I gave a hall pass the first time but this second time its happened was the most frustrating because when I got there the owner basically told me to sit around and wait until he gets back. So, I waited for 30 minutes and no one was doing anything to even try and get me in and taking walk ins before the guy who scheduled an appointment like it is recommended to. Definitely never going back here again because the extreme lack of customer service, respect, and the complete lack of consideration for your time.

I get my haircut by Justin and he does a great job. You can tell he takes the time to get to know all of his customers as do the other barbers in the shop.

To be honest, I was kind of intimidated when I First walked in a I had only been to haircuttrery type establishments, but that feeling quickly changed. This is the best barber shop in Orlando, I have been getting my hair cut for a little Over a year with ash. An amazing barber and really attentive to detail on what needs to be done. I highly recommend this place great atmosphere and great people. Make an appointment with ash highly recommended. He is a misunderstood barber but when you get to sit down and talk to him he is really a great guy, A good and humble barber indeed. DONT LET THE APPERANCE FOOL YOU!

Only place around to get a great cut, a great trim, a great clean up... all the guys in the shop will take care of you, and if you need some great products to stay looking great, they have it, including homemade pomade, beard balm, and oils.

If you look up Jusincredible Cutz anywhere like I did—Google, Facebook, Yelp, Reddit, etc., you will find that this barbershop has an incredible reputation for providing quality, stylish haircuts. It was this reputation that caused me to go here in the first place.I have been to this barbershop three times now and have been very happy with every haircut. Justin took care of me since the beginning and each cut has blown me away. I didnt always walk in knowing exactly what I wanted, but Justin provided me with good, professional advice based on some of my general guidelines. All of the advice has been axcellent. Additionally, Its clear that Justin is also very caring and accomodating. I overheard him talking to someone who was trying to book a haircut at the last minute (the guy mustve had a date or something), and even though it was a busy day, Justin told him to come in a little later because he wanted to make sure he looked good for his event.Looking around at some of the haircuts that the other three barbers (out of four total) were giving, I would say that any one of the barbers will provide you with a top-notch cut.I generally come in during the afternoons after work. While I cant comment on whether you *need* to book an appointment, I can say that booking an appointment has proved to be helpful since these guys are in high demand.

I like my hair short on the sides/faded with about 5-6 inches on top. I suppose its a tad hipsterish but its also a rather challenging haircut to perform.I have been going to Justin for my cuts for the past eight months. After trying several different salons, nationwide chains and other barbers, no one compares to the quality and price of Justin.Justin takes the time to do the job right. Went in for a simple cut. Didnt receive what I asked for. I have been getting the same cut for years back home in jax with multiple barbers. These barbers seemed friendly and environment was comfortable but I cant give anything more than 2 stars. I paid for a product that wasnt the least bit what I wanted.
