I love my cut

Although I’ve never felt it necessary to comment on past ridiculous reviews, I find it appropriate to explain how our establishment functions. First, we are an appointment based Barbershop however we do accept walk-ins/ new customers. All patrons serviced are offered a business card or form of contact in order to serve as a form of DIRECT contact with the preferred barber performing the desired service. (Communication is key..) Many of our existing clients have found it very convenient and time efficient over the course of multiple years. No one patron is more important than the other, however there are those that for whatever reason desire to be repeat clients without making appointments thus creating burdens in a time efficient and organized system. We may not be the Barbershop for everyone, but we are definitely the Barbershop for ANYONE!! Anyone who sees it more convenient to call ahead of time and book an appointment with a preferred barber as opposed to walking in and waiting hours to then sit with just anyone, leave unsatisfied and then bash an establishment in a review.. Had me looking crisp, i got a fro hawk with the sides faded. Quality is there, focus isnt though, be ready to have the barber split his time cutting your hair, between your hair and his phone.....but the cut was good, except the price $5 to shape up some eyebrows and minimum cut is $20 cost me $25 for what would a cost $15 anywhere else. I just wanted to try out the shop, i usually get my hair cut for $15 and tip 5 so my total cost is $20.

If you dont have an appointment they act like they dont know you. I came back four times consecutively after that dealt with the same rude group. Dont waste your time or your money. Try ace of spades on Colonial, or Hermanos on Orange Blossom Trail and 45th. They treat you like a human being and haircuts are way better anyway.

Absolutely terrible. I used to like this place. Wont be coming back. Sat there for almost an hour and a half waiting for a cut. Watched as other people passed me even though I was waiting first. Then watched as they all sat around doing nothing for 30 minutes. When I asked when Id be taken care of no one had an answer. Completely unprofessional.

I wish I could give zero-stars! Went to this Barber shop for the First time today, what a mistake!!! NEVER GO HERE! A fight broke out while I was there with my sister and my two nephews. No one called the cops and one man threatened to pull out his gun if the fight continued to get out of hand because the safety of his kids, was his number one priority. The owner was called and finally showed up. However, the owner got involved in the fight/argument which continued to disrupt the business. The owner apologized, as well as, some of the barbers, but nothing was done to stop the altercation/arguments that continued. Im sure I am not the only other patron who will not be returning!!

Ask for Jon (Hes my barber), but theyre all good tho.

Bad customer service!! Not attended professionally, waited while barbers were lounging and extremely overcharged as a walk-in by the owner Carlos. Not to mention i was cut in 3 different places. Bad experience coming in from Illinois as a 1st time customer. Not a place I recommend for family, friends or 1st time visitors.
