A perfect way to celebrate a babys first haircut or just get your hair done on Main Street USA inside of magic kingdom. We decided to get our babies haircut for the first time at this location because we heard so many good things. We booked it on the phone about 2 weeks in advance, however if you need a more specific time and date you may want to book even further out.We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our appointment and were seen just about on time. The hair stylist was absolutely perfect with our little one. She had toys inside of her cabinet to distract her and was singing to her and making baby noises the whole time to keep her entertained. Our little one did extremely well with this and didnt even seem to notice that she was getting her haircut.For $25 and includes a certificate saying where she got her haircut, a pair of Mickey ears with my first haircut stitched to the back, and a lock of keepsake hair. Thats really a great deal for Disney especially.Overall: A++I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a first haircut done or even just have their own hair done. Considering that the pricing is really low for Disney this is a great experience!

I got the kids some first haircuts here and that was an amazing service. You can the clip of hair, certificate, and a embroidered Mickey hat plus the cut, lots of stickers, and “pixie dust” in their hair. Worth it! Must have reservations. I got my hair cut and... well, let’s just say they are better with kids.

They not only did an amazing job on our sons first hair cut, make an appointment in advance, show up early, and you can try and request a photographer. They also were extremely helpful in helping me orchestrate our proposal. Thank you again so much! We will return and I do recommend visiting.

Not the happiest place on Earth. The staff all looked unhappy, Walmart employee unhappy. Kassy was more interested in talking with a coworker than helping a guest. she had a major attitude just like a real salon. I recommend you go elsewhere as I waited and watched the staff use scissors and clippers without cleaving them.

I took my 1 year old to get his first haircut and Laura did an amazing job! We were able to keep his entertained with a spinning toy and with a parade that we going by. She had his hair cut in about 5 minutes and he looked so stylish and grown up. He received a certificate, Mickey hat, and a bag that he some of his hair in it. In all of the years I had been to Disney I had never even noticed this place existed, but now that I do we will be back every trip!

This place is amazing. Our daughter got her first haircut for her 1st birthday. I was a little worried that she wouldnt sit still, but our stylist was amazing at keeping her entertained. We got a certificate and Mickey ears as well as some wonderful photo ops. She was also nice enough to pack up our girls sweet little curls as a keepsake.

We had a great experience at the Harmony Barber Shop for our son’s first haircut! Kyle did an excellent job and our son’s hair cut is so cute!! This was a really cool experience. We would highly recommend going here and ask for Kyle!

I have the same haircut for over 20 years, a simple 1 1/2 cut that I get every 2-3 weeks. The stylist spent about two minutes on my hair, and argued with me, saying 1 1/2 was too short, and she would just “clean it up”. I told her that the 1 1/2 is what I wanted and always get it at my regular barbers in NY and Florida, but for some reason she couldn’t grasp that. As a result, my hair after 2 days looked worse than when I sat down in the chair. Furthermore, they don’t trim or shave the neck. For the price, it was an absolute waste. I gave it 2 stars only for the atmosphere. This place has gone downhill the last few years. You get a better cut in the mall, at a better price.

We took our nephew for his first haircut and it was a magical experience!!! He got his forsthairvut mickey mouse hat. A certificate and mom got to keep his hair in a tiny bag. And it was so affordable!!!! Less than 30 bucks!!! They were able to fit us in despite of not having an appointment! WE LOVED IT

We took my grandson there for his 1st haircut in 2017....Diane did a marvelous magical job!! And have been back and she did it again this year 2020 and another fantastic job....will look her up again when we go next year!!

We recently took our son who is almost a yr old. To have his 1st hair cut while we were at disney world. Diane did an amazing job keeping our little guy happy and distracted while she cut his hair. We were very impressed with how well our son did. The ladies in there are amazing, highly recommend!

We came for my daughters first haircut. And we had a really bad experience. The lady sat her down in the chair. And my wife asked to wait just a minute so she could set her stuff down and wave her mom in who was standing outside. I was pulling my phone out to take pictures and when I looked up she had already started cutting her hair. And she was almost half done by the time my wife stepped back over. And my mother in law completely missed the whole experience (which she flew across the country to be a part of). Over all we are extremely frustrated that we basically all miss it. The lady seemed more interested in getting my daughter in and out and not on the magic of the experience. If your going to do it make sure everyone is there and ready and dont look away. My wife and I are huge Disney fans and we come all the time. Really disappointed on this one

This was an experience of a lifetime (for parents) that I would highly recommend. The cut was $25 for the first haircut package. It included the cut, a hat that says my first haircut, a certificate and a small bag with his hair. If that wasnt enough, they go above and beyond to make sure your child is enjoying themselves and make sure you have plenty of opportunities for photos. No lie, I plan on taking my son here for his haircuts for years to come.

This place is great! My son did his first haircut here as well as every subsequent cut since. We will keep taking him there for as long as we can, just book on the phone a few days to weeks ahead of time.

Such a great experience! My wife and I brought our son today for his second birthday to get his first haircut! He did give problems to sit in the chair at first, but Robin who was his barber helped us making him comfortable! She did a great job! And we loved that she saved some hair for us. The birthday package we got for him was well worth the money! I’m so glad we brought him for the experience!

Never had a bad experience here. If you dont have an appointment, get there early, because theres going to be a wait! The stylists are very talented and its more of an experience than anything else, after all, how many people can say they got a haircut in Walt Disney World. Haircuts are reasonably priced too, however admission to Magic Kingdom is required.

This is the second time we took our son here for his hair cut. The first time we did the typical first hair cut package and had Susan cut our sons hair. She was absolutely amazing! Our son doesn’t like sitting still but she got him to quickly and he looked amazing after. Just today we went back and had a appt for 10 am and ironically we end up getting Susan yet again and she was just as amazing as the first time. Took her time, sang the hot dog dance song from Mickey Mouse clubhouse to our son and he actually let her cut his hair with no issue. She was phenomenal! If you want a amazing hair cut and great experience try to get Susan! When we go back in another couple months we’re going to specifically request her this time

Our 15 month old son had his first haircut here. It was beyond fantastic. They have a great little package, he gets a certificate and cute hat. If there is ever a place that knows how to cut a kids hair and keep the chill, Disney is it without a doubt. Michael was our barber and there couldnt be a better one.

Used to be a really great traditional barbers for a good hair cut. I have always come here when visiting Disney world.Its changed a lot since my last visit, gone is the sleepy barbers shop dad and son could get a hair cut together at.Now its trying to be the boys version of bipity bopity boutique.It doesnt even do that very well.Bring back the experienced barbers and make it like it should be again.

The haircut experience for my toddler itself was great, but the management experience was bizarre and upsetting. I was checking in early for my sons haircut reservation, I said his name, spelled his name, I even saw his name on the schedule and tried to point it out. The woman I was checking in with proceeded to snatch the schedule away from me, say a completely different name, and when I said no thats not him she was visibly upset when I specified his first and last name and AGAIN pointed out that I already saw his name on the schedule. She angrily erased the new slot she put him in as a walk in, where I noticed she still didnt write the correct name. I sat down befuddled by this strange communication and it didnt end there. As my son jumped in the chair for his haircut, clearly put in as a walk in even though I reserved far in advance, this same woman comes over to interrupt our experience to lecture me further about this bizzare scheduling issue telling me that it was my fault that she gave him someone elses chair. I was angry and struggled to enjoy my sons experience because she was clearly gossiping with the family she mistakenly took their time slot from for my son and they were all staring at me. It started the whole day off on the wrong foot and will forever be a reminder to just get my sons haircut done before vacation to avoid this place. Horrific professionalism.

Got my 1 year old son his first haircut here. Walk in with only 20 minutes wait on a busy day in Magic Kingdom! Hairdressers were excellent and made the whole experience something special for us all. Included a certificate, lock of his hair and a special Mickey ears hat. All for $25 !!!! Anyone that has been to Disney World will appreciate the value of that! The hat alone would cost that in a gift shop.

We took our daughter here for her first haircut just before turning two. She has the stranger danger reaction going strong so it was a task for them to get her haircut. Mommy sat in the chair with her and they were able to get her trimmed up in no time. She got to play with a toy and a sticker to grab her attention, didnt work very long though.

Fantastic service for children. The care and approach to make a fun, safe, not-scary haircut for toddlers is top notch. Definitely recommend calling ahead on the day you are visiting the Magic Kingdom so not to have a long wait.

Was supposed to be a straight cut. 14 inches off total. Instead she cut off 15 from the front and 17 from the back. There are literally pieces next to each other that are an inch different and yes its very noticable even with curly hair so that says a lot.I filed a complaint, but that doesnt change the fact that she ruined my hair.To top it off I was going to donate my hair, but now I cant due to poor handling. At the start of the cut she seemed knowledgeable about where to donate so figured shed knew how to properly secure it. I was wrong. She wacked it off in one chop with one holder. By the time I made it home it had fell apart.For those of you wanting to do the my first haircut package, dont. As we were waiting to pay, I saw a few kids with uneven hair.They are paid to cut and go. Not to care.

Our 18 month old got her first haircut here. The staff was great, had fun with her, and gave her more Mickey stickers than she knew what to do with! We were able to walk-in and she was in a chair in 5 minutes. If you have a little one, its definitely worth it!

I give it 2 stars for the Disney Magic and the idea of the 1st hair cut at Disney. However, it is a terrible idea if you have a curly haired boy. My littleones hair was butchered. I even showed her a picture and reminded her to cut a little longer since she was wetting it. It was definitely rememberable as I am now reminded everyday of a terrible hair cut. However, I did tip her, said thank you and cried later. I just wished she would not have cut it if she did not think she was up to doing a magical job.

That was the most disappointing Disney experience I ever had. I had called in advance and was told they were booked. I was also told to go and put my name in as a walk in. They would give me a time to come back. When we got here this morning we were told they dont have a walk in list but we could continue to try back. So we come back a couple hours later and now we are told nope they arent taking walk ins. They are booked dont bother to come back. I understand if your busy your busy... but I wouldnt have tried if I knew walk ins werent possible.

They are limited on what they can do but it is a fun little easter egg. I love going and getting a quick trim.

Had to take my son to our local Pigtails and Crewcuts today to fix what was left of his hair after a cut at Disney World. One of the other moms in the shop literally gasped when she saw him, and the hairdresser made me snap photos to send in for Disney to see. Awful. And in all of our son’s first Disney trip photos, too.
