My husband has been coming to this barber shop for a few months and has came back with some great cuts. This time, he saw a new barber named Neff and he left with a scratched up neck. I hope Neff and the rest of the barbers are more cautious and stop their method of cutting if it is damaging the clients skin.

Easy 5 star review, especially on the beard work. Came in with a special request, going from long to short hair. I told Alex what I was looking for, he confirmed that he was on the same page, and from there immediately grabbed the reins and didnt let up until I loved it. All with excellent communication. 5 stars for the cut. On a whim I said what the heck, sharpen up my beard. Dude chiseled every single edge and face of hair like it was sandstone. I had a big beard, probably 10-12, and it was in solid shape but was definitely rough. A little uneven too. I just been running my fingers through it a couple times of week, thats it. Came out looking *pristine*. I aint even mention all the aftershave/hot towel stuff he did. And he did it ALL for $35??? A steal. Lo-fi beats playin overhead were chill too. Easiest 5 star review of my life. Alex will take good care of you, fellas.

The worst haircut I have ever had. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did the total opposite. I’m never coming back here, I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fist time in this barbershop and I don’t think I I’ll be back. the barber Jorge did not understood what I was asking him to do. Then in the middle of the getting a haircut I had to explain to him again. When it came down to trim my beard and did a horrible job. All he trim was under the neck and the sideburns. He did not trim my mustache or by the lips area. At the end the haircut came out okay but then I had to get home and finish the beard. I think the hair cut and the bear trim was too $$$ for not getting done well.

I am new in the Lake Nona area and for the last nine months I been traveling 45 minutes to my sons barber. I have decided to try this place since its only 15 minutes from home. The reviews are pretty good. So I decide to take my son today.Well let me tell you about my experience,I noticed that some of the barber wear gloves 👍The place is very clean 👍Very quiet 👍They move fast 👍Never saw any of the stylists/barber in and out to smoke 👍But Im very disappointed with the Barber that kill my son hair.The person Im talking about had a blonde hair and a reddish beard, dont get me wrong he was very respectful all the time, but when it comes to the haircut he thought that he was chopping onions or something in the kitchen... smh Seriously all he did was chopped my sons hair. Im sorry, but yes... I almost cries after all.Im very disappointed, I told him I was not comfortable with the cut and he replied that he only gave it a style. He told me that he gave him the style of the picture that I showed him, I told him that its not even close to the picture. And he continues to chopped off, I have to tell him to stop, that we are done. The Barber next to us asked me to show him the photo and when I showed him he looked at the child kind of surprised and smiled like, yeah he messed up the cut.I asked him how he was supposed to comb his hair, since hes combing hes hair backwards (front to back, and back to front) 😢 like a unicorn. Immediately asked him how much it is to pay him because I am not the kind of person that forms a drama so as not to pay. But nobody offered to fixed... This was my 1st and last time in this place. I guess Ill keep driving 45 minutes.

This was my boyfriends first time visiting a barbershop in years, I wanted it to be a full service shop in order to give him the full hot towel experience I feel he deserves. We did some research for a shop close to home and took a chance on Keep it Sharp. We were not disappointed!!!! Ariel, immediately attended us, kept us engaged and was very attentive to the detail and care of my mans shave and face. We will be back and I recommend this shop at a 100%.

Went at 6:40 on a Saturday to get a shape up and the door was locked guy acted like he didn’t see me and when he did see me he said they were closed and the front door says they close at 8 pm. Don’t advertise a time if your not gonna be open

Mike the Barber is fantastic. He treats all his clients with the utmost respect and takes his time to ensure he does a great job. Mike is the barber at the last chair on the left hand side (back left corner). The owner and other staff greet you with a handshake every time you walk in! Great environment for children too. And I wasn’t disappointed !Alright, I had 1 bad surprise in 10-12 visits, because my usual barber wasn’t here that time.But basically, you have everything you could expect from a barbershop : friendly atmosphere (but practice your Spanish first 😉), haircut, beard and facial treatment, and talented barbers (not all of them, but like 90%).Price is cheap, atmosphere is nice, haircut is great... The only reason I even went here is because my regular barber is out of town. I was charged $35 for a pretty much basic haircut. The haircut is ok but not a $35 haircut. The barber didnt even dust me off after the haircut!!! I left with hair on my face, neck, and shirt. If youre doing a walk-in, do yourself a favor and ask for pricing upfront to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

My husband and I stopped in here briefly after our plane landed in Orlando. My husband wanted a quick trim and cleanup. We called beforehand since we saw they closed an hour later and the guy told us to come on in. When we arrived, we werent greeted and two of the three barbers looked like they did not want to be there and the three bickered about who was going to have to be the one to service my husband. We ended up leaving without a haircut or cleanup.

Props for a clean store and friendly staff. But as far as the cut, not the best I’ve had. Barber cut me 5 times, and didn’t really fade my hair like I wanted him to (he didn’t fade it at all actually). Not great but not bad.

Got a great tight buzz cut on top, plus a razor beard trim. Polite barber, clean shop, and no waiting Saturday at noon. Happy customer.

Call and ask for pricing before you go. I cant believe a haircut is $35 dollars and a shape up is $25 dollars thats just crazy. Your shop is not in Lake Nona its in Narcoosee. Advice as a small business owner myself- keep your prices competitive and you will have repeat customers. This is not a hair salon its a barber shop. Keep it Sharp I advice you to Keep it Market Competitive I could have drove to hoffner and got a cut for $18 dollars. Never again - I will say that the shop was clean and empty with no customers and I could understand why now the prices are crazy. This barbers have lots of experience and dedication. They definitely will make you look fresh and clean. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Very dishonest people. They do not take cards and wait til the end of the haircut to tell you. Conveniently there is an ATM with a really high fee in the waiting area. Oh yeah, and they have a sticker on the door that says they accept Visa and Mastercard. Probably committing tax fraud. Actual haircut was about 3/5. Cut me twice trying to line up my beard

Im a typical suburban dad who flew out to Orlando for a work trip. I needed to get a haircut as soon as I got off the plane, this place was near the airport. As I was explaining to my barber how my cowlick forms and and what number buzz was and etc, my barber just sort of shushed me and non verbally Jedi communicated that its okay bro, youre not at super cuts, you came to the pros. It was that eye contact that made me know that Im in good hands. Ya see here, Ive been chasing deals for so long that Ive been slowly getting the bargain dad jeans or bargain hair cut for long enough that Ive slowly turned into a doof. Well this place took their time and really gave me a quality cut. I was damn near in tears when I was done, I forgot that I can clean up and look handsome. If you live in the Orlando area I highly recommend you get your haircut here. Youre going to like the way you look, I guarantee it!

Eric really took great care of me and not like others in the area. I left my previous two barbers due to their disrespectful attitude and stuck up mentality. Id give this place 0 stars if it was an option. WORST haircut Ive received since I have memory. Truly an awful experience, had to go to a barber shop down the road to get my cut fixed.The guy was rough with the clippers, pressing them against my scalp, and to top it off slapped a bunch of gel at the end without even asking me. Walked out of there not feeling sharp at all, and looking like I had a birds nest in my head. Ill rather pay $50 to get a professional haircut with shampoo, etc.

First time I went. I didnt really like the cut the barber gave me. Kinda messed up my forehead hairline, although my hairline atleast on my forehead has always been difficult for barbers to handle. I never understood why...anywho, second time I went I got a good clean haircut. It looked nice and was quick. But I didnt get cleaned off really so I had hair all over after.All and all a good place to get your haircut. I like the look and style.
