We had a wonderful experience and absolutely love all of the photos! The photographer clearly made effort to capture photos from a perfect angle.

Thank you for replying to our post. I see that you have again stated that our contract did not have any touch up included. If that is so, then why were we not able to get the digital copies earlier. Suggestion to all who use their services, have a print out of the contract. And also if their are changes when you get there, get the changes in writing as well.As for the professional lab printing, i understand you use a professional photography lab. You may want to change printers if that is the case. You can have it printed a lot quicker than 3-4 weeks. Walgreens will do it for you within a week and charge you much less. Thank you for wasting our time. I did not say your pictures were bad. I only stated that you were not professional. My daughters birthday was 08/03 and we did not get a call that it was ready to be picked up until 08/02. When we got there it was a print with no frame or anything. Besides that the picture was cropped and ugly. How am I going to get a frame and everything at 8pm when we got there to pick up the picture? (If you still have the picture, you should post it so all can see how beautiful it is.)You may be a great photographer, but your business professionalism is lacking. Just a word of advice. Professionalism and service are more important.

I had the placer to use this company services for a photo shoot for my daughter and I am very pleased with the results, Tony and Suri were very professional and you can see they really love their profession, they put so much love in everything they do, It was a wonderful experience for us. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! DON’T GOTO THEM!I am very disappointed and disgusted with these people. I paid around $1000 dollars for a photo shoot for my daughter‘s quinceniera. It was a package that included printed pictures and digital copies of the photo shoot. my daughters birthday is in august so I decided to make sure we get the pictures on time so we went to the photo shoot in June. they told us it should take only a few weeks for the photo and corrections to be done. Supposedly they would do some photoshop if needed to the photos to make everything look better.We didn’t get the notice to come pick up the photo so we had to call them. It was not ready until 08/02. My daughter’s birthday is the 3rd. Of course we check almost every week to see if it was ready. When went to pick up the picture it was a 20x30 picture that looked like it was printed from kinkos or Walgreens. It was dark and everything was yellow washed. We said we didn’t like it so they started to explain why this was and to make us look like we didn’t know what we were talking about. I know we are not professionals concerning photography but we know what we like and not like. In the end, they reluctantly refunded $100. The picture looked like it was printed from a pharmacy. One would expected something better for $150. They only refunded $100.Furthermore, they requested that we bring a usb drive because these pictures are very high quality and they would not be able to be downloaded from the internet because they were too “big”. We brought the usb drive and found out each picture, on average, was only 12mb. Also, there was not photoshopping or modifications to the pictures as they stated. We could have gotten the pictures on the day of the shoot and printed them ourselves. So it is 08/03, my daughter’s birthday today, and I am without a picture to display.I am disappointed and would not suggest you to use them.

Our granddaughter had her Sweet 16 in February just before the pandemic hit. Thank God we had the pictures taken before hand; with the pandemic everything froze (pretty much closed), but we we were in constant contact and finally received the finished product! Trust me it was worth the wait! The pictures were all professionally taken and the colors so vibrant! Glad we went to them...We highly recommend them to anyone...

After searching for a Photo/Video company for my daughters Quinceañeno, within my budget I was very happy to find Photo Video Events. During our initial meeting, I was very impress with their professionalism, kindness and understanding. Their studio is full of Quiceaños/Sweet Sixteen dresses (very nice dresses) with the option to rent or buy at very good prices ( I wish I knew before buying my daughters dress). They are very helpful with other areas of the party if you are still looking for makeup artist, cake, etc (just ask them and they will tell you of other vendors they have worked with), all that info is a huge help when you are in a budget but want to have the most beautiful party for your daughter.I decided to contract them, right and then. During the in-studio photo shoot, my daughter brought several outfits and the party dress. They took their time and got very nice pictures. Once the day of the party approached, they came to my house took some family pictures and of my daughter with her court. Then during the party they were very attentive to all the details, guests and events. We are so happy with their services. But I have the opportunity of working with this photographers in many occasions(birthdays, pregnancy, occasionally family picture ect). I could for sure say theyre the best at what they do. I wish I wouldve found one like this when I was going around crazy looking for a professional photographer).If I could give this business (Photo Video Events) 100 stars, I would not hesitate to do it! This business is a blessing in a town where photo studios were hard to find. But, not only do they do photography in the studio, they will also find the most amazing places around town for your photos, or they will come to your event. Very accommodating! They do photography for many different events (weddings, pregnancy, sweet 16/Quinceañera, engagement, you name it! You just have to tell them the memories you want to preserve!) and the results are unbelievable! Here is more of my experience/comments about this family owned business:1. The business is directly managed by the family and they will take the time to meet with you, find out what you want and work with your budget to come up with a package that makes you happy.2. They truly deliver what they promise!3. They do AMAZING work! Mr. Antonio, the photographer, has a great eye to see things no one else can see through the camera lens! The final work he produces is just flawless! The photos we took were in the studio, but if you look at them, it looks like if you are actually taking the picture in a garden scene, in a very expensive mansion, and in a castle! If you did not know, you would think the photos were actually taken in these places!4. Ms. Suri, the wife, works directly with the client in the other areas: She has great psychology to work with any type of personality and/or moods (trust me when I tell you this! Lol!), and makes the individuals in the picture achieve poses and expressions that make them look like professional models! She is also very patient, and very detailed oriented to make sure everything from the make-up to the hair to the dresses to the poses and expressions, is perfect!5. I loved that they help you get whatever you need so you dont have to go around looking for different people to get things done. They have beautiful dresses and accessories in the studio (but you can use your own I believe), and they arranged for the make-up and hair dresser to come meet us at the studio! This took away a ton of running around and stress. Anything you need, theyll do their best to take it on so you dont have to do the leg work.In conclusion, this business was a blessing! Made everything much easier for us saving us a ton of stress, worked with our budget, delivered exactly what they promised, both husband and wife are very professional and have incredible talent in their own areas of expertise that result in an AMAZING final product! I honestly believe it is not just all the institutional education they have in their field, or the professional experience they have as they have been doing this for many years, but I truly believe that some people just have a certain innate talent in a particular profession that you cant get any other way. My family had the best experience with the photos of my nieces fifteen. The attention of the company was exceptional, exceeding the expectations of the family. The photos were blasy and my niece is in love with her photos. In a short time we all had access to all the photos they took on their password-protected website. The dresses they provided were 3 and beautiful. The makeup and hairstyle made her look cuter than she is. What else to tell you that I recommend it 100%

And that they are satisfied, they are very respectful people, they have a wide variety of beautiful dresses. They have the best price in central Florida. No one can match them. I do not recommend this company to them, they scammed me with the photographs of my daughters fifteen. They charged a thousand Dollars to take the photographs in their studio and it was done a month in advance to send the photographs to my family in the month of my daughters birthdays. But it was not like that. They never called to let me know when they would be ready they just said it was only a couple of weeks and every time I called they said they were very busy with events. a month when I called them, they told me that they had not been able to print the photo in the size that I had chosen for my living room, that they had it but in a slightly small size. I also had to go pick up the photograph at night because they were very busy at events, when I went to pick up the photograph they told me that I had to bring a memory for the rest of the photograph. When I saw the photo of my daughter of her I almost made myself cry it seemed that the u had been sent to print to any pharmacy and it was a small photo. They only gave me back a hundred dollars. the digital photos had not made any arrangement in contrast of colors AND lights. I think that if you had given me the digital photos from the beginning I could have sent them to print and have photos to send to my family. Very sad and unpleasant the experience with these people. I do not recommend it
