Purchased parking for she believes cup, was so impressed at the organization level of this company, from cleanliness, to pre paid parking list to friendly staff, to easy access in and out of parking lot. Parking was so close to the stadium. We dont experience this from back at home, wish other parking companies were like this. It defeinetely gave us a sense of comfort knowing our car was safe and secured and so close to the venue. Thank you. Will highly recommend.

Let me say how disappointed I am that this company would allow a valued employee like John to leave I have been going to gators dockside hunter creek for over three years and the only person My husband allows to park his truck is John. He would always ask us “ you gonna allow us to valet your daughters wedding. Right. It amazed me us coming to gators weekly that John would always remember the weeks left before the wedding. Imagine my shock when I called him yesterday to inquire about valet for the wedding and he advised me he no longer works with the company. I am deeply saddened that a company would allow personal feelings to compromise the high level of customer service and interaction John had with his customers. My husband will be reaching out to gators dockside today express our thoughts. I will be negotiating with John on my daughters wedding valet he deserves to have the money involved for trying to show loyalty to a company who’s proven disloyal.

Elite is a very professional company and went above and beyond to assist us when we were illegally towed by Constellation towing and recovery who is ran by the owner Mike Cadena, he and his staff are very rude, nasty and their tow yard looks like a dump. They illegally towed our car from Elite Parking lot and Elite Parking handled it quickly, professionally and Jessica sent us an uber to retrieve our cars. She cared and took the initiative to help us. Even followed up afterwards. This is delivering great Customer Service. Thank you Elite Parking for the level of professionalism even though it was not your mistake. We highly recommend this company.

We needed valet services at the last minute. I called Elite Valet Services and spoke with Jessica. She was professional and helpful and understood my situation. She was able to assist with my last minute request. The prices was also reasonable. The valet guys sent were professional and courteous. UPDATE - Management did reach out to me and we worked on a solution that was mutually beneficial to both parties. While, they could have easily refunded my current payment, they chose to take the initiative to find me equal parking at a loss to them. Im impressed with their customer service and attention to this matter.

We were nervous about our pre-paid parking for the UF vs. Miami Camping World Kickoff game. We easily found the lot, the attendant had our name at the gate and the spaces were a decent size. It was a very short walk to the stadium and getting out was a breeze (no block). I recommend this company.

VERY bad experience with Elite! I have paid them over $1,200.00 and dont even have a receipt from them! This was paid months in advance for season passes to Orlando City Soccer. Jessica is the person running this place and she is rude to say the least. Do NOT give these guys your money. They are the most unprofessional outfit I have come across in Orlando.

Booked this parking for the Kevin Hart concert in April 2015. Went to the address and it didnt exist. Wasted $30 and ended up parking on the street.There is plenty of free or cheap parking close to Amway centre, do not book through this parking !

Definitely not the best company to work for my husband worked here management refuses to show any evidence of time punches. Made in and out then I call and ask for human resources phone number and have been given the managers email Im not stupid. And do not appreciate being lied to I simply said Id like to make a complaint about one of her representatives in reality I wanted the number so we wouldnt have to deal with managements nasty attitude. And unprofessionalism threw text messages in my past experiences I have never had a manger refuse to give me my paycheck or pay me the correct hours that Ive worked, these guys work long hours under the son this job definitely not worth it. Hopefully the matter gets resolved as quickly as possible I have already filed a complaint with better business bureau.

I want to Thank Jessica R. she is an awesome employee, she helped me with a problem that I was having. I have not been to a concert in over 20 years. My mom who is 83 and is legally blind and also in a wheelchair has always wanted to go to one of Andrea Bocelli’s concerts so I saw that he was going to be in Orlando so I asked her if she would like to go and she was ecstatic so I booked the tickets. I then realized that I needed to get parking, but needed to get as close to the Amway Center as possible. Well here is where Jessica came into the picture . I called the Elite garage and there was no answer, then all of a sudden my phone rang and it was Jessica. Jessica did not have to help me..but she did. I booked my parking with the the Geico Garage whom she does not work for, but because she listened and heard how important this was to me she took the time to send me the link and told me how to book the spot, and exactly what to do when I get there and also told me how awesome Amway’s employees are once we get there and how they will help me with my mom once I get to the door. I can now take my mom and knowing that we should be in good hands because of the special accommodations that she needs. Thank you Jessica for your caring heart and taking the time to listen to me. I can now take my mom to the concert that she has always wanted to go too. She is even buying a nice new outfit for the concert. Jessica R.
