Nicest FBO building Ive ever seen, very fancy and relaxing with a lounge and modern design. Helpful staff and the whole place was very clean, including the restrooms.

Sheltair is consistently a 5-star experience for us. We frequent the one in SPG & this one at ORL. Everyone, no matter how big/small your aircraft, gets the VIP treatment from all Sheltair staff. Beautiful new building, friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to offer all visitors a pampered experience. We always walk away happier than when we arrive.Our favorite FBOs.

This is clearly one of the best FBO’s I have ever flown into. The staff is helpful courteous Fabbian is a hoot, he really make the stay great (don’t be scared of the haircut) he is a asset the the company. The linemen take care of everything. Stopped in just to pick up passengers in a Cessna. Parked across from the four biz jets waiting to go. The line man couldnt have been more helpful. provided water for the relatives, helped with luggage. The facility was very clean, with a nice planning room and lounge.

The CSR and line staff are super helpful! Great service! Ask for Kate or Michelle! Theyre the best!
