Yuri was the absolute best at accommodating such a daunting request of finding a plane for around 30 animals and 20 people to get to St.Kitts! He did it flawlessly like he’s had to do this before. It was a first for the both of us! I can’t say enough good things about him! He kept on top of everything. Constantly stayed in contact with us and relayed all requests from the charter. He really did take wonderful care of all of us and made sure we were able to get to our destination. He even was able to reserve our second plane when our wire transfer was taking some time. With all of the issues we encountered he made sure we didn’t worry because he had everything handled. I would highly recommend him to ANYONE in ANY situation. He will accommodate you in anyway you need!
