I see all these people saying bad comments about Rico Auto, and I just can’t understand why! I took my car there the first time like 3 weeks ago for an oil change, and I was treated with a lot of respect and professionalism. They explained to me everything they were going to do, and they did it fast. My overall experience there was really good, and I am definitely taking my car there again! Plus I would recommend it to anyone.

This place is very unprofessional and rude. They ripped me off and sold me a broken car. They will not back up their own policies. The person that helped me out was Bruno Luiz dos Santos he was very unprofessional and demanding and HE SCAMED ME!! i will take actions a sue you and the company!! Ive never in my life experienced this bad of customer service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go to this place for your services and car buying needs. Its a SCAM and they know it !!!

My experience with Rico team was excellent. They checked my car and made sure that I understand what’s going on and what is really important to repair and what could wait. The price for the repair was absolutely reasonable and they where super fast!I can highly recommend this place.

David was great and super responsive to all of my questions. Provided me a great estimate that was extremely fair. The turnaround time was great too! Horrible. They said they fixed the issue on my car & then moments later it literally exploded and now I’m forced to pay $3,000 to fix. If you guys can’t fix a hybrid then just say that.

We have been going to Rico Export for so many years. They are very honest and trustworthy. We moved to Deltona 1 year ago and tried muffler man in Deltona and was very unplease. So We drive all the way to Orlando for our Mechanics at Rico Exports...😀
