This is the only place I trust to do repairs on my BMW, you wont find a better and more honest shop owner around. He even offered to match the deductible on my car warranty, and is always trying to save you money whereas other places try to upcharge services. He is always clear on what it is that needs to be done. I dont live close but Id rather drive a little further for a much better experience.

My son is going to UCF and we didnt know anyone that could help in area with Alternate Battery Malfunction light on. I don’t even know where to start...I don’t usually leave reviews EVER, but we have been so pleased and overjoyed with Cars and More European Car Service. The customers service here is AMAZING! The owner, Ismail..has gone above and beyond any other mechanic we have ever dealt with. He is extremely honest and you can tell his passion to try and make most everything right by his customers, speak volumes by itself. We purchased a vehicle from a used car dealership and it hadn’t been running right at all but there wasn’t anything we could do being it was Sold As Is. Ismail took our key and had his mechanic check the codes and we found one thing but after a full diagnostic check, he recommended what needs to be done to fix the issue. We trusted his highly experienced knowledge and handed him the keys to officially start working on it. We just picked up our vehicle today and we are extremely happy customers! Also the price he quoted us was music to our ears, because any other mechanic would have been charging double or even maybe triple the price. He is extremely fair and gracious with his prices. Usually when someone is expanding their business prices can go up to meet the overhead but Ismail rather keep his customers happy and coming back rather than be dishonest and charge extra. Also check out his used tire selection and he can order new ones if you prefer. This place is like a one stop shop for all your vehicles mechanic needs. While we were waiting, a younger lady pulls up with a Toyota Prius and four little kids in the backseat of her car. She needed couple inexpensive used tires to make it to Tallahassee, Ismail and his tire guy immediately took care of her and she was back on the road in no time. I have been taking my cars to Cars and more for several years. I took my Honda, BMW, and Mercedes to them and they always done great job. All the issues they have worked on did not occur again. Last time for my Mercedes Benz GL 450, dealer quoted me $5000 and they done the work for $3200. They use high quality parts. Owner even showed me available parts to order and he wasnt using the cheapest parts. He takes pride for his work and business. I am very glad to have this shop near me because this is the honest, most professional, reasonable, and outstanding service and all my friends I referred to him become a regular customer. I have been taking my Porsche to Cars & More for over six months. So far the service has been outstanding. The owner, who is there each day, is a car enthusiast himself and totally understands how much each owner cares about their car. Hes honest and his prices are definitely less than a dealership. Hes fine using text messages as well as phone. He even took a video of my car while they were working on it and texted it my phone to show exactly what they were doing. Whenever I drop my car off they drive me home, free, as a courtesy. I could not ask for more. Highly recommend!

I own a BMW 328i, and this mechanic shop is one of the reasons why I drive BMW without a much worry. I have been there several times (first for a checkup before buying the car, then several times for regular maintenance), and right from the first step in the store until leaving have I got never disappointed by their service and hospitality. The staff is friendly and know what they do, and they have never left my questions unanswered. Oh and my car has 121K on it, and it runs great.

Initially, I had difficulty reaching someone to get a quote for some work I needed done on my VW. Turns out it was just bad timing, which is understandable -- it happens.Ismail, the owner, eventually reached out to me and explained what was going on at the time. He was interested in helping me with my concerns and worked around my schedule so that I could drop the car off.When I arrived, he listened to all of my concerns and advised on the possible causes. I had been doing my research on what the issues could have been and the cost to repair those issues, so I knew more or less what I could be facing. Before I left, I remembered that I had broken the headlight sensor and bought a replacement part that needed to be installed, but I had been too lazy to do it myself. So I asked him to let me know what it would cost to replace the part once he checked the car over.Two days after I dropped off the car Ismail calls me and tells me the car is ready and explained that everything was fine and the parts I thought were failing were still in good shape. I had changed out the suspension myself and I have 104k miles with mostly original OEM components. Turns out, everything I was experiencing was due to the new suspension. To be clear, Cars and More is not an aftermarket specialty shop, its a shop that specializes in European car repairs, so finding the exact cause of the noises Im hearing would require a bit of work since not every aftermarket combination yields the same results. Had my car been completely stock it would have been a very straight forward assessment, but he reassured me that the vehicle was fine to drive and that everything was installed to spec. He also installed the headlight sensor free of charge and topped off my oil as a gesture of good faith. I appreciate him taking the time to look over my car and provide an expert opinion. I would recommend Cars and More to anyone with a stock European vehicle, as Im sure the dealerships will rob you blind. Ismail could have taken me to the cleaners based on my assumptions of what was wrong, but he did the right thing. A trustworthy mechanic is very hard, but there is definitely one at Cars and More!

I came in today and watched as everyone working nearby saw me from a distance but did not acknowledge me, then one of the wife’s of the mechanics walked in with McDonalds and sure enough he came over to the desk and talked to her for 5 mins until I finally asked if anyone worked there.... then he approached and asked what I needed, I showed him paperwork of my prior visit and asked about an oil change he looked at the paper and said he had to wait for the owner and he doesn’t know when he’ll be back .... I asked why did he need to speak to the owner ? And he said because he’s the only one that knows about all this ( referring to the diagnostic paper they had given me in my last visit) I then asked about oil change and he said to just come back 4 hours from now 🙄 and then proceeded to talk to his wife::: he was incredibly rude and unprofessional and I will not be coming back in 4 hours or in 4 days or in 4 years !!!Do not waste your time.

Over the years I have used other European car repair shops in the Orlando area and this is by far the best experience I have had! The team there did an excellent job in analyzing and correcting the problem. The turnaround time and quality of work was excellent, and the price was much less than what I would have paid at the dealer or the other repair shop I had been using. This is a company that cares about the quality and value of the work that they do.

Not only is my car running better than ever,, the staff is very nice and made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and what how to maintain my car to avoid future issues. Couldnt Find Better Service or Better People Anywhere!I moved to Orlando last year for grad school and within a week of moving across the country alone my car literally CAUGHT ON FIRE! It was a freak thing and I had no idea how to handle it. I saw cars and more online and had my car towed there and I can confidently say that it was the best and luckiest choice Ive ever made.The owner has taken amazing care of me and my problem car and I never once felt like he was trying to take advantage of me or talking over my head. He has been so understanding with me being a broke college kid and has worked with me every stop of the way.As well, he worked day and night with the insurance company to get everything covered (including the $2500 amp that they did not want to cover) and had my car back to me as good as new! All of the electrical in my car had to be completely stripped out and redone as well as repairing the fire damage and cleaning out the smell - it was amazing. You would never know that my car was hundreds of dollars away from being totaled.Months later, I had an oil leak and immediately knew I has to go back to cars and more. Come to find out, the small oil leak was really an oil leak from three different places. He helped me to understand the problems and prioritize which things needed to be fixed most. The work was done so quickly and the whole process was painless.After all of this work, I thought that me and my car were out of the woods. I was sadly wrong. Last week I went to my car and popped the trunk only to find that after two weeks of rain the trunk was FULL of water. I called the owner, who knows me by name now, and he came to my apartment to unhook the battery so there would be no more fires (thank goodness) and then towed my car back to the shop. He personally came to my apartment you guys... you cant beat that kind of service anywhere. He genuinely cares about his customers. After he got the car to the shop he found the leaking points and called me to come look at the car so he could explain the needed work. A few days later, and my car was as good as new again!I cant express how much of a life saver Cars and More has been! I have had more car trouble and bad luck this year than any person ever should, but the process has all been made smooth and painless by cars and more. If you have ANY problems please come here! I cant thank the owner and employees enough for all of their help and I genuinely mean it when I say you cannot find a nicer and more knowledgeable group of guys than at Cars and More!

Prompt, knowledgeable and very informative! Stopped in and quickly had my vehicle diagnosed and was given some very useful information on how to keep up on maintenance. My Audi had multiple issues with the Turbo, the AC, and Engine cooling fans, and they were able to diagnose and fix all of them with a far better price than the dealership or what other repair places had quoted.

Honest straight shooting service, they dont try to upsell you or get you buy unnecessary parts or services. They are often pretty busy so you might want to drop off the car instead of waiting. But even if you do have to wait its worth it. Beats going to a place that will charge you hundreds for something that doesnt need to be fixed.

Impeccable service, by far the best experience Ive had with an Orlando auto mechanic to date. I took my Crossfire here to repair damage wrought by Irish Mikes service department earlier this year, namely leaky valve cover and breather gaskets. Despite the Chrysler badging, the car is all Mercedes under the hood, and they clearly knew their way around the engine. The work was prompt, reasonably priced, and most of all, extremely well done. They even showed me the damaged parts and explained some of the work when I picked up the car.I highly recommend these guys for any kind of service, and theyll remain my go-to for future maintenance.

Honest guys here. They were able to quickly determine that it was a low voltage fault on my bimmer. Once he reset the check engine light, the voltage fault clear. Since it was such an easy fix he only charged me the diagnostic fee and said I could use it toward the next problem. +1

Great people. I got taken advantage of over at the Midas on Alafaya, came here and they told me I didnt need any of the repairs Midas told me I did. They then told me what repairs I did need for more long term fixes and walked me through WHY I needed each one. They also work well with a budget, I didnt have quite enough for what I needed and he gave me a part for free to help.

I cannot recommend Cars and More European Service Center highly enough.Excellent and friendly customer service, always answers the phone (never goes to voicemail), no attempts to overcharge or sell unnecessary services/parts to the customer, incredibly competent and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of auto services and repairs, never tries to mislead/intimidate/confuse/trick their customers, one of the only auto shops in Orlando that is open until 6pm on weekdays and until 4pm on Saturdays, genuinely invested in the overall satisfaction and well-being of their customers...I could go on endlessly.In my particular case, despite the fact that my car is non-European, they agreed to perform a full engine replacement (along with water pump and timing components) at about as competitive a price point as I could possibly hope for. After uninstalling the original engine and then procuring and installing a replacement engine...it turned out that the engine they were provided was dead. Without asking me, they assumed the responsibility of uninstalling the faulty replacement engine, procuring a second replacement engine and installing it...only to experience the exact same issue: dead again. Again, without me to having to ask, they uninstalled the second replacement engine, procured a third replacement engine, and installed it. Ultimately, after over a month of having to keep my car at their shop, they quoted me the exact same total price that we had originally agreed upon, despite approximately triple the amount of labor and having had to obtain (and return) two faulty engines. Over a month later, I have had absolutely zero issues with the new replacement engine, and could not be happier with my overall experience with this shop.Do yourself a favor: ignore the ignorant one- and two-star reviews on here, kick back, relax, and let Cars and More expertly fulfill all of your automotive needs to the highest possible degree of quality and reliability.

The owner is awesome and he truely has a heart. My GTI transmission went out and he was the only shop that didnt try to rip me off. The work was quality and the transmission on the GTI was amazing. He got it done right the first time. For a great price and he stayed to his word on price even though it came out a little more than expected. Not too often do you find someone who is a man of his word these days.

Beware of this company. I paid for a car inspection and since Im not familiar with detecting body damage asked several times if they would make sure to check for structure or frame or any accident damage to my car. I even went out and while the car was lifted asked again if the car was clear of any of these issues. They told me the car was a cherry no issues other than brake and tire replacement needed. I bought the car only to find out later the car was in two accidents and suffered damage to front and back and was told by a dealer how even at night they could see when opening the hood and inspecting that the car had major damage. This is going to cost me thousands as Im selling the car back to dealer. I was so anal about knowing structure damage because Im having a baby and wanted to make sure car was safe and sound.

I will speak from my heart. These guys, particularly Ismail, the owner is great, very knowledgeable and an honest man. He is an engineer by training and the head mechanic. He was trained by Mercedes Benz and worked there so I trust his expertise. Every garage I have been to all have taken advantage of the situation I was in with my Mercedes Benz E500. They all asked me to buy new and very expensive parts such as airmatic air suspensions, air compressor, etc. I did, and guess what, the car was in nondriving condition in three days. The reason I ended up going to other places was just because when the car was broken, I had to go to the closest garage available either to my work (FL Hospital DT Orlando) or where I live.In the end, I had to go back to Ismail and every time I went back, he found either a faulty installation (such as airline was not fitted properly) or unnecessary replacement of very expensive parts (rear air suspensions (both left and right although only the right one was defective) or the air compressor.Every time I am at Cars and More, they told me I didnt need any of these expensive repairs they told me in other garages/service shops. Ismail and his crew then told me what repairs I really need, they explained to me what exactly is broken or defective and needs replacement and got me the best price available on parts and labor.He never complained and only charged me a few bucks to fix these and sometimes even did not charge me. Bought a used car from here, and at first it seemed like everything was great, after test driving the car i told the owner that it needed front brakes badly, and he agreed to do the front brakes for me at his cost of parts with no labor. Also the airbags were not working because of a sensor on the passenger seat, he told me give him 7-10 days and he would get me a replacement seat with sensor to fix the problem, its been over a month now and I havent heard anything from him. When it was time for him to mail me my new Tag for the car, i told him that i was away in Bradenton for the week and wouldnt be able to come in to pick it up before my temp tag expired, and asked if he could mail it to where i was staying (this was on the 20th). 5 days later I had no tag arrive. On wednesday the 26th I called him to ask if he sent the tag and he said it was sent saturday the 22nd. The tag arrived 10 minutes before I was leaving to drop off my friend at the airport on the 28th. I then looked at when the package with the tag was sent and it was not sent on saturday like he said, it was SENT on the 26th (wednesday) when my temp expired on the 28th. So he lied on the phone about when it was sent. To top it all off today I took the car in for some work someplace else and they found that all 4 struts and springs were completely shot. Now Im stuck with a shop bill for over $2000 after spending all the money i had after moving across the country. I totally understand its a used car, but Ishmael and his employee promised me up and down that i would have no problems with the car. Just be sure to take a car you are thinking about buying from here to another shop to have them look it over first like I should have done. So Im also still driving around with airbags that wont work... Typical used car dealer full of lies.

Very nice shop super organized and professional felt like I was in good hands. My Mercedess brakes and suspensions was done as they promised. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Where do I start? I recently had a major repair job on my daughters 2003 VW Jetta TDI. I called many different shops. Of all the shops, Ish was the only guy that could tell me what it would cost without having to call me back or wasnt charging stealership prices. I ended up taking the car to him. He found a few other things wrong with the car and replaced them for parts only no labor since he was working in the area already. Cars and More is a no BS shop. Im an aircraft mechanic by trade and Ive had many shops try to pull the wool over my eyes. Unfortunately for them, it didnt work as a have knowledge in how thing work mechanically. Ish doesnt try to do that with his customers. He fixes whats broken and doesnt try to rip you off. In todays world its very hard to find a specialty European car shops that you can trust what they are telling you or the workmanship the produce. Dont bother looking for any other car repair shop, because you found the one you can trust. I just dropped my daughters car off yesterday (Sunday) for a alternator problem. I sent him a quick text and Im done, didnt bother to ask how much because I know what the problem is already and what it will take to fix it. You might be asking yourself, if your an aircraft mechanic why dont you fix it your self? The answer is simple. How much is your time worth? For me, I charge $110 per hour to work on airplanes. Since I dont own the specialty tooling to work on these types of cars its doesnt make since for me to do the job myself. Cars and More can do the job in half the time I could and I can trust the work will be done right and my daughter will have a safe and reliable car. Just like my customers trust me with their lives when I work on their airplanes, I can trust Cars and More with my daughter safety. Cars an More in my opinion the best shop in Orlando for car service!!
