I had an amazing experience at City Kia. Myles was my sales person with Gus as his trainee. They were both so personable and professional. I came to Kia to just explore some options. Myles was very knowledgeable about the features and car fax history of the car I ended up purchasing. The car was initially in my price range but went up significantly after everything was factored in. Myles was able to come up to a reasonable number that worked for the both of us to put me in the car. The thing I loved most was the fact that Myles told me up front there was no pressure to buy today but his sole job was to show me the car, give me the facts, answer any questions I may have, give me numbers to see what I can work with and give me a good city Kia experience. Gus also did a great job with being attentive to learn from Myles but stepping in and adding his value when need be and doing a couple solo things with my transaction. This review is long overdue however, back in May I decided it was time for an upgrade and wanted to look into the Kia Soul. As soon as I arrived Myles greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking for. Not the best service. Brought the car to get tire replaced and fix the tpms warning. Picked up same day. Tires air was overinflated. Steering wheel shaky at 65 mph. I took it back, and now It is my third time coming back to get it fixed. You guys have to check the job is done good before releasing the vehicle.

It took a month from the time I called to schedule my appointment to the actual appointment, which I personally believe is too long of a wait for service, fortunately, it was not an emergency. Once I arrived for my appointment however, my car was quickly taken in and serviced promptly.

I’ve never been to a car dealership with so much energy and excitement. I loved that ever time there was a sale everyone inside was cheering. What was really fun was at the end just before you leave you go outside and have your picture taken with your new car and then they do a countdown from 10 to 1 and they honk the car horns and everyone celebrates and your picture is on the screen which is very cool. The staff are very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place if your looking to buy a Kia.

I am very wary of car dealerships I have been messed over every time I went to one. My daughter and I were looking for a car for her she has been looking at the Kia K5 for over a year now is all she thinks about she built the car online and made up her mind that was what she wanted. We did not get approved for financing for the car through her bank. She was heartbroken. For motivation I took her up to City KiaSo that she could see the car that she was dreaming of to inspire her to not give up. We were only looking and we’re about to leave because sticker price was so high. On the way out as we were walking through the last door Jose & Luis stopped us and asked us if we had been helped he and I had a very candid conversation. Not only was Jose training Louis but he was educating me on the car buying process.We do not think we could get the car but he made sure that we got the car and the payments she wants it and the options she wanted. Jose was awesome he is one of those guys that you know is 100 from the get-go. I’ve never been a Kia fan but because of Jose and the staff there I will be buying another In the future. I have been a customer of city kia for more than 10 years, every year they exceed my expectations excellent service and quality

First off I bought a Sportage from City Kia. Love the vehicle but that’s where we part ways. If you ever need service, good luck. I’ve had to deal with the service side 3 times. Tried to schedule an oil change, took 5 weeks to get it in. Had a tire issue where I ultimately needed a new tire. Spent 40 minutes on hold or being transferred from one person to another and then a promise someone would call me back which never happened. When I finally got the car to them the tire was not in stock. Had to wait 3 days to get it. The main problem is that most all their vehicles are sold without a spare tire. Amazon doesn’t sell them. City Kia will charge you $350 for a new tire, rim, and the kit, the kit I didn’t need. Buyer beware of this place. Service side is worse than horrible. My wife bought a Subaru. The difference between the two dealerships is night and day. Wish I’d bought a Subaru.

Trying to speak with them on the phone is not the best way to communicate with this business. My girlfriend made the first initial call and appointment, she said the woman was nice and helpful. I tried to call later in the day to inquire about some information on my car and the first woman I spoke with sounded like a younger woman and she sighed when I asked to speak to an advisor and was pretty much determined to not be much help from the beginning just rushing me. So I decided to call back later. When I did another woman picked up the line and was helpful but was unsuccessful in connecting with an advisor. Left a message and still to this day haven’t gotten a call back. Fast forward to appointment day, I had the pleasure of working with Ziggy, very helpful and had good customer service. Got two issues resolved but was told they had to order a battery for me and could take 5 days. I was fine with that. On Monday I tried calling before work to see when I would be called in for a battery because nothing was set up, they just said 5 days. Well no one picked up. So I called Greenway Kia and the few times I called in between my calls with City Kia, have been great I asked about a battery and that they had them in stock and I have an appointment sooner rather than never. My consensus would be to avoid this dealership and go to Greenway.

TERRIBLE Dealership! I went at the end of February 2020 to look for a new car. When I arrived, Chris ended up being my dealer for the process. I told him what I was looking for and right off the bat he showed me cars out of my price range. I told him I was looking for something more in my budget and was shown a 2014 Ford Focus. I took it for a test drive and noticed it was shaking and asked what that could be he said that is just the way these cars are With no knowledge of cars myself I believed him. I ended up purchasing this car due to it being in my price range, besides the shaking everything else seemed normal. End of March my battery died and when I had opened the hood I noticed a LARGE amount of corrosion. The corrosion had clearly been building up over the last couple of months. When I reached out to the dealership, their response was we inspect all of our cars and there is no possible way it was like that when you left I had my car inspected at another dealership and they were able to confirm that amount of corrosion on the battery was indeed a build up of several months. During the purchasing process I was specifically told by Chris that the vehicle still had warranty on it through Ford. So I reached out to Ford to find out what the warranty was in hopes of having my battery replaced, only to find out the warranty had expired on the vehicle the year prior. After several back and forth calls with the dealership, they finally agreed to replace the battery, for $100 charge. Since then I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle; leaks in the windows, leak somewhere in the trunk where water is able to get in after taking the spare tire out finding MOLD underneath due to an extreme amount of water build up, electrical tape holding parts of the engine together with exposed wires throughout, and brakes that need repair and new brake pads. PLEASE do a thorough inspection on your vehicles from this location before purchasing. Overall - TERRIBLE experience, TERRIBLE service, and TERRIBLE quality of product. I now am in the market once again to find another car due to the negligence of Chris and City Kia of Orlando.

This is my second time visiting City Kia, the first time as a customer. I originally accompanied my mother when she purchased her Kia Rio and was so impressed by the people working there that I returned today when my lease with Coggin Honda (an unpleasant one) ended to find an SUV. Myles helped us both times and he is AMAZING. I have never felt so confident in anyone at a car dealership. I knew he would do the best he could to help place me in a car that I loved that would not exceed my current financial limitations. He went above and beyond as he did for my mother. Maintenance service is the worst in City Kia Orlando. They gave me the car with the tires with little air and the flat tire light on, apparently they left the engine cover open under a tree and it was super dirty full of seeds. Now I am very afraid that they are changing the oil without changing the filter. They did not fix the problems I had.

As far as dealerships go, I was in and out.I set my price range, told them what I needed, and got everything and more. They were nice, personable, fun, and very knowledgeable. Joe and Josh were so incredibly attentive and funny and really did their best to help me. My car is amazing and Im glad I went from my Toyota to Kia!

TerribleMy brother and I called the dealer, asked all the details about the price of the car and if it was available, only then we scheduled the visit. We arrived at the store and even though we informed you from the beginning we were only interested in buying the car for the price informed by phone, after two hours of waiting we were informed that the price would be $8000 more than the price informed by phone. Lack of respect and honesty for the consumer. If you want to pay a lot more than the car is worth, go to this dealer.

A busy dealership. Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was able to drive away a new leased Soul in about 4 hrs. The financial deal was comparable to other dealers i spoke to. The staff was competent from sales to management to finance. The dealership building was not particularly comfortable and somewhat noisy for my tastes but it was passable to do business in.

After calling around to MANY dealerships, I decided to go to City Kia to trade in my car. When speaking to Barbara, she was able to provide me with several car options that fit my needs. Unfortunately, I have had two bad experiences with the finance department, but the other department, especially the service center, the staff are very helpful and professional. I paid for my 2019 SUV in full since March 2021, I applied for my GAP Insurance refund. And it is still the hour when I have not received the money. I gave the requested document to Finance Manager James D Harris and he still does not respond or acknowledge my calls and emails. And I have been a loyal customer of KIAs cars since 2009.

To start off, I have written maybe five reviews in my entire life and I am 40 years old… I had an appointment Friday at noon to check my 2015 Kia forte coupe because it was having trouble by the way and changing gears they said they would check for the two recalls and anything else and they would call me… On Monday morning I called the lady who answered the phone was extremely short and rude, at first she said she has no information on my car, then she puts me on hold, then she comes back on the phone and says your car is ready. So then I ask OK so what was wrong with anything fixed? She put me on hold again, then she says Angela will get back to you and call you and I said OK can I get any information and she was very short and said again Angela will call you back! 45 minutes later Angela called me back stating my vehicle was not under recall and the calibrator converter and alignment pulley are bad.. I said I do not know why anyone has told me this because if I wanted to get the work done I need it done soon…I need a car it’s been 3 days.. the price that it would cost was o er $2500. I said no thank u. Can I please pick me up.. they said I was 8 miles to far.. i said ok if I can get there will u take off the price that it would cost u off my bill.. they refused.. I asked to speak with a manager and they refused.. it cost me .. $182.76. For nothing but wasted time and frustration.,

Angela in the service department went above and beyond to make sure the entire maintenance service was excellent. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love my Kia but the service repair department is beyond disappointing. I took my car to the dealership to get a repair I was told it would a simple fix more than likely a battery. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning. I called daily by that Wednesday it still hasn’t been looked at by the service department. Friday I finally get a someone to call and explain what’s wrong with my car. I was told hey it should be under warranty you purchased the platinum car service. I was then told I should be eligible for a car rental if necessary they would let me know that Monday Kia service calls tells me no car rental it takes about 3 hours to repair. It’s now Friday almost 2 weeks no car. I show up ask to speak to the service manager about the situation no car rental I was without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks. His response was it’s the mechanic’s fault then he blames the warranty companies. My response was you are in charge of the service area it’s your job to make sure your mechanic and warranty company are doing their jobs. Not one time did you check to see if the job was done correctly not one time did you check on you clients well-being. His response is again it’s the mechanic and warranty’s fault sorry about your luck then hands me the bill to pay for the repairs. I had to argue with them about the bill. I had to tell the front desk person most of the repairs should be covered by my warranty.This is not how you do Business. I will not be back time to find a new Dealership maybe a new car I don’t want anything to do with KIA right now 😡😡😡😡😡

2.5 hours is too long to get your oil changed. Everyvthing else was good.

Darryl did an excellent job reviewing what work was recommended and what work would be completed. The work was completed with the estimated time frame and that included a complementary car wash and vacuuming. Darryl answered all my questions and reviewed the the work that was completed. He even gave me recommendations for possible trailers hitches that would accommodate by bike.

This dealership goes above and beyond to take care of their customer. Im extremely happy every single time that I go there they take care of me at a 110% . Anthony the service director is phenomenal people he always looks for and takes care of his customers.

Natalia provided such excellent customer service, made us feel very welcomed. And everyone on staff was very nice and helpful. Please give this girl a raise!

Christina help me, she went above and beyond .She showed me how the car works with all the buttons it kind of feels like you are in a pilot’s Cabin! She took her time and helped me by test driving and explains how the assisting driving works. They washed and vacuumed my car as well. Professional and dedicated.Thanks Christina !Maria rosa

Not the bait n switch we are accustomed to. The correct car was onsite at City Kia as advertised on autotrader.com. The car just didn’t have all the options listed on the site. About a $2000 difference. Choose a different car all together. Current policy to add $2500 care package to the vehicles sticker price. That’s basically worthless.Not an option it’s MANDATORY. Won’t be returning.

Probably one of the best car dealerships I’ve ever been to. The minute you walk in they treat you like family and truly try to find you a car and don’t stop until they can come up with something. I have been looking for a SUV with a within a certain budget and they made it happen. I was greeted 3 times within 20 minutes and asked if I was taken care of. Ask for Jose, he is a no pressure honest salesman. He is transparent and will tell you the real deal, no gimmicks. When a sale is completed, they clap and ring a bell, it’s a very fun and exciting experience. Your not going to get the kind of salesmanship and care anywhere else. Whether your buying a 10k car or a 100k car, they treat everyone the same.

I would NEVER recommend City Kia to anyone. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience with any business that I have ever had. Over 165 days ago, I submitted a cancellation for my extended warranty through City Kia at the dealership with their financial team. I was told this would be fully refunded within 60 days: 165 days and still nothing. I have reached out to three managers on their team, including General Manager Raul Gomila. I have been ignored by all three. I have called, only to be put on hold and then hung up on. I went to the store and was told no one was available to help. Save your time and money and shop anywhere else.

2nd time I have purchased a car from City Kia. Very friendly and quick. Would recommend to anyone. Great job team. See you next time.

I would like to say a couple of things... I wasn’t going to make any other purchases from City Kia in Orlando Florida after my Purchase back in 2018. The GM and the Sales Team back in 2018 were absolutely horrifying and very unfriendly, unprofessional, only cared about the money they could get from their clients and didn’t not care about any customer satisfaction at all. I had a few issues with the management and the brand new stinger I bought from City Kia in 2018 and I had the worst experience there. A Few Weeks ago I received a phone call from City Kia in regards to my lease and see if I wanted to get into a New Car. I wasn’t convinced and I didn’t want to visit the store at all. I came to find out that there was a New GM and their sales team had changed. I made an appointment originally with Celeste but when I got to the store she wasn’t available even thought I had made an appointment. Celeste was able to introduce me to Myles Wong Sales Associate. I was a little not trusting at first but I have to say Myles Wong is probably the BEST SALES ASSOCIATE i ever had. Myles was friendly, compassionate, funny, a people person, a trooper, attentive to details and I only have to tell him once what I wanted and in less than 4 hours I was leaving with a Brand New 2021 K5. I have to make sure Myles is praised to the maximum! He is amazing and he deserves management praised him as well for his outstanding job. I am looking forward to work with him again when my lease ends 2023 if he stills works there. Oh and one thing the Finance Manager was outstanding and very clear with all paperwork.Thank you for a Great Experience!
