Are car was stolen New Years Eve. 2 blocks from my house it was crashed into a tree. FHP Had it towed here to Links. Apon calling l was well informed of options, hours, and with an awesome reference to a great body shop that took care of everything with our insurance. Thanks guys.

Came across these folks sort of by accident (literally). I was involved in a traffic accident and my truck was towed to their yard. Although they likely see hundreds of people each week under a variety of circumstances, staff was polite, considerate, and accommodating. They made what is a very disruptive event just a little bit easier to get through.

If I could give Joe and Links Automotive 10, nay, a hundred stars I would.All four tires were stolen off my car and Links, who I had never heard of before, were tasked by my collision center to tow it in. I immediately got a call from Joe letting me know exactly when he would be, which was within the hour. He came out and assessed the situation and instead of just slapping it up on the truck, he gave me options and discussed all of their pros and cons. Getting a car up on a flatbed with only one decrepit spare tire (thats what the thieves left me with... Thanks for that) you run the risk of scraping the car up and causing further damage. So Joe and I agreed that he would try to procure some temporary wheels to put on the car and try again in the morning.Not for lack of trying he was unsuccessful in getting any tires from a contact of his and was back the next morning to grab MY spare in the trunk to go and try and match it up at a salvage yard. At this point I was MORE than satisfied with his efforts and didnt want him to waste his time and potential money making opportunities on this. So we agreed to two tire it and hope for the bestWell I got more that the best. I cant even begin to tell you all the ingenuous details but Joe got my car up on that flat bed without a scratch, which by the way we both knew would be covered by insurance but he cared about my car like it was his and his concern for my car wore on his face like it was his.Now its on the way to getting four new shoes and its all thanks to Joe and Links Automotive. Based on the previous reviews, the great service I was provided doesnt seem to be a big surprise but the status quo with this business. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Excellent company to use, Joe, Link, Bob & James are all very knowledgeable. Own a high end repair shop in Winter Park & this is the only company we use & recommend. They’re very familiar with Mercedes, BMW, Porsche etc., we have them pick up cars with suspension problems, cars stuck in park, no matter what the situation, these guys can handle it and they’re punctual. I highly recommend them.

Recently involved in an accident and James was called to tow my dad car to the graveyard. He was wonderful help and informative. Everything went quickly and smoothly, thank you so much!

Had a great experience from scheduling with Wendy to services completed by Bob during a difficult situation. I was so pleased how Bob treated the two vehicles as well as how professional Bob was despite other businesses (tree service) making things very difficult to accomplish his task. The other business did not move there equipment to assist or help, they even sat back and mocked Bob. Bob kept cool and got the job done in a timely manner. I will use Links at American Blvd again if needed or recommend them to anyone in the area. When I do, I hope I see Bob in the truck because I know he will treat the vehicles as if they were his own! I just called to find out information about my car that was towed from an accident today and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I gave her my name and explained the situation and her response was, Okay. so I went on to ask about holding costs and asked if they were willing to junk my car and she said, I cant answer any of these questions. I asked if there was another number I could call and she responded, No.Very unprofessional and rude considering my car was just totaled and all I wanted to know was when the office would open and when I could speak to someone. If you cant answer those questions then you probably shouldnt work there.After my second call the gentleman I spoke to was much more helpful with the junking process of my car. He was very helpful and made the experience much better.

Been going here for 10 years link and his son are the only trustworthy mechanics I know in central florida I only take my vehicles to them

On Tuesday July 10, I got a Uhaul stuck in the mud and needed a whench-out. I called Links and they dispatched a driver to my location. Joe was courteous and professional. Despite tbe fact that is was thundering, lightning, and pouring rain, Joe contined to work tirelessly to get my Uhaul out of the mud. He even stayed to make sure that I was safety on my wayJoe went above and beyond. This is going to be my go-to company for all my towing needs

This is by far the worst freaking tow place in the world. James is a complete butthole. They are liars. Made us drive all the way from Kissimmee saying that they were open on Saturdays and when we got here they said theyre not open today. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Very disrespectful. James stated he doesnt care. He is so rude. He has no respect. They are so rude. Makes no sense. He hung up on me, my husband and my brother. So freaking rude and nasty.
