I found her not only pleasant to speak with but also informative and helpful with any questions I had. She quickly followed up after our call to ensure I finished my set up as well a providing additional information. It was a professional, quick, and easy process!

Miss Kayla has a fabulous agency with rockstar employees, I hate dealing with insurance and what not as its just so tedious and confusing. After a quote follow by an invoice and provide them with all inspection and wind mitigation, 8 month past an they cancel my insurance because they want to charge me more money because they forgot to send the wind mitigation to the underwitting. An email from KAyla stating that they going to fix it .... still waiting without insurance. No response, very irresposable, no reliable. Im doing a complain The Division of Consumer Services.you have so many places to get insurance from... stay away of this one

This office has been nothing but a nightmare since we were moved from another office here. The entire staff is unprofessional, I have personal lines and business lines with this office that I will be moving as soon as practical. Omar is one of the worst. I wish I could recall the other ladys name but, they hang up when our office calls at this point. Stay away, there are way better state farm agents out there.

If I could give Yari 1000 starts I definitely would she has been so helpful since the beginning, super professional and kind. As well as Kayla, Jocelyn and Chris this office by far has been the best insurance I have ever dealt with I would drive 1000 miles just to ask for their opinion and they are also very responsive day and night.

I don’t know who or how they got my number but I’m sick and tired of getting those letters in my mail.

Helpful in getting you to understand what you actually are paying for. Until speaking with Kayla I wasn’t aware of what certain things even meant I was just paying the cheapest rate I could find. Very sweet staff always friendly and everything is done personally.
