Well aware of my luck as a driver being hit while at a red light or by a driver running a light and fleeing (and a teenager needing coverage) - I contacted this location. The woman assured me she would get back to me in 15 minutes. She never did. I called the next day & was told she would call me in an hour - she never did. I finally spoke to her today and she was beyond rude. I inquired as to why she didnt call to let me know either way and she said youre wasting time to find your own insurance. I again asked why she didnt let me know yesterday - she said she was too busy. Then when I asked for the information on other places to contact - she refused to provide them and pressed a numeric button on the phone, beeping incessantly. She stopped for a second and when I said Im still here, she pushed it again for at least 10 seconds and hung up. The most childish and inappropriate response I have ever experienced. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I was hit by one of acceptance customer & was issued a check to fix my car. Long story short I ran into issues with the check & was unable to move forward with fixing my car, I contact the adjuster on my case multiple times and never gotten a response. I stopped into the Lee Road branch and spoke to Alexis and she was VERY helpful and resolved my issue. She did not allow me to work out without making sure everything was squared away. So...I had them for 2 year now. And by far, the cheapest auto insurance I ever had. I have 2 cars and my price for insurance has went down every 6 months. And not by 5 or 10 dallors. I would recommend going and trying them out. You can also customize it anyway you want. If you can figure it out online, the help fast in store!!!

Worst auto insurance ever, stay far away from them, worst experience ever, insurance is normally straight forward, not them,they have reps/salesman that have no knowledge of their policys. The best part is theyre extremely rude. They gave me incorrect insurance info, which almost landed me in jail, for driving without insurance, i call the the next day and they had to send a letter to the dmv to correct the situation, no apology for almost wrecking your life, it was obviously my fault for picking the wrong insurance.
