If you enjoy never being able to get ahold of your agent, Being hung on every time you call, and stuck on hold for hours, well then this is the company for you!!!!!!!!! Will never use again, spoke rude to my customers from the start, and when I called to make changes to the policy was not helped and was hung up on :( Ive dealt with many insurance companys but not any as bad as this one !! PS: Dont ask for Maria!!!!!!

Maria is the agent I had she was horrible. This is the worst experience ever. She was constantly messing up on my policy and had an attitude. I always had to contact her to follow up on the things she messed up on. She hung up on me as well. She does not need to be an agent at all! I will give 0 stars if I could because that is what she deserves.
