Quicksilver and our driver, Claudio, provided us excellent service this past week for our trip to Orlando. They really eliminated lots of hassle and logistical challenges for us, and made our arrival into and departure out of Orlando extremely pleasant and relaxing experiences. Were definitely glad we booked with Quicksilver and will do it again at our next opportunity. If youre traveling with kiddos and dont want to rent a car or lug around with carseats, this is the perfect solution for you!

This is a truly customer-service driven company. We booked a three-legged trip, and the night before each leg of the trip, I received a phone call confirming the time and place of the pick-up as well as the name and phone number for the driver. The drivers arrived early each time and the vehicles were clean. I would definitely use this company again.

Driver was on time both ways, and even went above and beyond. From the airport to the hotel we didn’t plan on having my sisters with us, and he had no problem taking them along. We felt safe with his driving. He even told us a little about the area and future plans for the area. We would use them again in the future. You can’t beat the price, and value of their service.

This is an excellent service to use- extremely professional, on time, and all the little extras, like a text message to say where the driver was located in the airport. Best of all, no waiting! Book a round trip and take advantage of the grocery stop that is included. And, they have vehicles for all size groups. You will not be disappointed in Quicksilvers service.

Booked Private transportation for our party of 8 from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral then from Port to Walt Disney Resort and back to Airport with a run to the outlet in between. We were greeted promptly and efficiently and benefited from prompt answered calls. Both Drivers delivered friendly and excellent customer service. Strongly recommend this company for all your transportation needs. In addition, my daughter dropped her cell phone in the Van on the way home, when we called the company, they immediately put us at ease, checked to see if the phone was there and made arrangements to fed ex the phone to us immediately. Went above and beyond!

Been using Quicksilver for all of my clients since 2003. I was able to use them for myself last month and they are still impressive. Was back for a quick visit in Orlando last week and as we are walking by baggage claim my Husband says where’s our driver? We didn’t arrange for one and boy were we sorry. Fantastic Customer Service! Had a few questions and they were answered kindly and informatively. I love they let you add a 30 minute grocery store stop, included in the price! Why take a shuttle full of strangers when you can have a private transfer for the same price if not less?! Highly recommended!

We have used Quicksilver, numerous times. We love being able to get grocery stop on our way to resort. Drivers are always very pleasant, and helpful as far as asking questions. Never had a bad experience, will always recommend to anyone looking.

We booked our trip from the Orlando International Airport to our Disney Resort, and back to the airport, several years ago, and were so pleased with Quicksilver, we have continued to use this company for each Orlando trip. The drivers are always on time, professional, and pleasant. We will continue to always book our Orlando transportation with Quicksilver; in fact, Im getting ready to make a reservation for an upcoming vacation.

We used Quicksilver on our last trip to Disney. They were amazing. The driver was waiting for us in baggage and we were on our way to the hotel in no time. While we usually stay on Disney property and use the Mickey Express, we were initially staying at the Swan that does not offer the Mickey Express. I was looking at all options to get us there and since we were 7 adults it was quite expensive, most needing to use 2 cars. Their rates for the 7 of us were the most reasonable. Even though on our next trip we are eligible for the Mickey Express I will probably use Quicksilver again as it saved us easily an hour of waiting getting to our hotel.

We have used Quicksilver many many times over the years and have always been delighted with their service! Whether to Walt Disney World or Port Canaveral, their service is prompt, reliable, and efficient and the grocery stop is a wonderful convenience. Vacations always seem too short and the time saved by using Quicksilver makes it well with the cost.

Have used them numerous times when traveling to Orlando attractions. The drivers were always helpful and pleasant and we continue to use them. I like that they have the 3 stop price listed(MCO->Universal, Universal->Disney and Disney->MCO) without having to email back and forth explaining what you want. Going back in June and will be setting up a transfer with them again.

We just got to the airport.. there was a misunderstanding on the time for pick up at the hotel and Quick Silver was able to accommodate my family last minute. They said they would arrive by 2pm, unfortunately the driver got a flat tire and he contacted me the whole time and kept in contact and ensured my family we would make the flight.. and we did.. we are here now with plenty of time to spare! Thank you Quick Silver you made our trip end on a positive note and we would for sure use you in the future! ☀️✈️

What a terrible operationAfter booking online, I received an invoice that was 35% higher than the online quote. Upon confirming this with their customer service, they admitted that the free grocery stop I requested is actually not free at all. Oddly enough, they claim that this is a 30 minute stop and I requested a deviation that would add less than 5 miles and 10 minutes to my trip (I noted in my reservation that I have an online order that would be ready for pickup so the stop would be two minutes in duration).I was advised that they only stop at a single Publix (a low end grocery store in the southeast) and any other stops incur a fee. This wasnt posted anywhere on their website, and so I rightfully requested a cancelation.Lo and behold, while theyre perfectly happy inflating my quote over email, they are unaware of what century we live in and informed me that they only accept cancelations over the phone. This is the same scam tactic used by gyms that force you to come in person to cancel a membership - theyre banking on their victims not having the time to set aside to deal with their scummy agents and get stuck with a bill (good luck collecting on that one!).Im sure theyll come back here to post a snide rebuttal about how nobody has ever complained about this and caveat emptor. Im sure theyre perfectly capable of driving their customers to and from the airport, but if youre looking for a towncar service that actually understands the meaning of the word service look elsewhere. Luckily Orlando has plenty of other businesses that will provide the care that you and your family deserves.

Have used them numerous times and always have had exceptional service. Free call home if you need it, clean cars, free booster seat if required, and also free grocery stop en route to your Hotel. Courteous drivers that show up on time at airport, and at hotel for return trip. No problem changing return pick-up time to airport if you want extra time at the airport .

We loved them . Will use them again next year . They are friendly and very professional .

Worst customer service ever. After making a complaint about one of the drivers, I was harassed by the owner. He called my phone 8 times, yelling profanities and calling me names. My brother and father had to intervene. I finally stopped answering and he continued to call 2 more times. He also refused to give me a copy of the contract he said I signed. I never signed a contract. Will never use this company again.

My family and I traveled to Orlando in February 2019. It was 4 adults, 2 children and an infant. The plan originally was to just get a few Uber’s but they didn’t offer a rear facing carseat and I was also worried that all of our luggage wouldn’t fit. We decided to go with a round trip van/shuttle thru Quicksilver and am very glad we did. Our plane arrived earlier than expected but with the kids having to stop to use the bathroom and us not knowing where we were going, we were not at baggage claim until way later than we anticipated. Our driver was actually waiting around for us for about a half an hour. When we finally made it to baggage claim he was super polite and very helpful, he stepped right in to help with luggage. Our driver was very nice and talkative so the ride wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable. We did take advantage of the 1/2 hour stop at the grocery store. He didn’t make us feel rushed at all. I was pretty impressed with how much room we still had for all of our groceries. We had 5 full size suitcases, 2 smaller ones, a full size jogging stroller and probably 5-6 carryon bags. We still managed to fit 3 cases of water, a few cases of beer, probably 10 grocery store bags and still had room to spare. I can’t imagine half of this fitting in the Uber’s. When we got to our hotel the driver opened the doors for us and again right away started helping unload all of our stuff.. Our same driver picked up back up at a prearranged time when our vacation was over and once again helped out with bags and was very courteous.. The price may have been slightly higher(definitely not much) than what Uber’s would have cost, but I did elect to pay a surcharge for a rear facing carseat. The convenience of all of us being able to stay together, not have to worry about cramming luggage or us being crammed and the trip to the grocery store was well worth it. I would absolutely recommend them and especially if you are traveling with a larger party.
