Marcus is the BEST! I highly recommend him for your car service needs in the Orlando area/surrounding area. He safely drove my husband at 5AM to MCO. He was so friendly and kept us up to date with texts before pickup. He even picked up an aluminum can (garbage) that was left on the floor at the hotel and disposed of it in the trash. I was watching the valet people just ignore it and when Marcus drove up he picked it up and threw it out! I would highly recommend him over any ride share service. He is on time and reliable. Vehicle was immaculate and my husband enjoyed riding in luxury! See you again Marcus soon!

Hands down the best shuttle/taxi service I have ever experienced. Marcus was amazing to work with. Always responded to all my texts and questions to prepare my family to shuttle from the MCO Orlando airport to our Sea World hotel. He literally watched our flight status and sent me our baggage pickup carousel number then was there within seconds when I texted him that we had our bags. Arrived by the door and helped my family attach our car seats and load up an go. Not to mention he drives a very nice very clean and spacious Mercedes van. And to top it off he is very pleasant and very familiar with the area. Im not sure how we got so lucky. The final kicker was our flight was delayed an hour and Marcus was fully accommodating. I shop around a lot, and I dont think one could find a better value or level of service.

Great experience traveling from Daytona Beach to Orlando with Mark. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, followed up with a phone call and was on time even though it was very early in the morning! He sent an invoice, texted with ETA and let me know when he was 15 minutes away! Very professional and an easy experience. I was a bit nervous traveling alone but was completely comfortable! We always use Panda car service. My husband is disabled and I have medical issues also. Marcus loads and unloads our luggage and wheelchair. If you are doing international travel, you have no worries. He checks on flights and he’s always on time. He responds promptly to phone calls and texts. He takes great pride in his company and his reputation and he is very personable. Did I also mention reasonably priced? You will be very pleased with this service.

I was in Orlando for a family cruise August 15, 2019 thru August 25th and Panda Car Service of Orlando. Let me tell you guys that If you want professional and on time service please choose this service. My family and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Marcus and it was amazing. Marcus (the owner) and I kept in constant contact before and during our vacation a day in advance to confirm all times and pick-ups. There was a total of 18 people in my group, we all arrived different days and different times at MCO. Everything was scheduled before we all started to arrive on the 15th -18th and had no problems. My family and I had an amazing trip and cannot complain about anything besides the Carnival cruise. BUT THAT IS ANOTHER STORY !!! So if you walk excellent care and on time service, PLEASE LOOK THE UP AND LET THEM KNOW MS. BRENDA SAID TO GIVE YOU A CALL. Marcus, I still cannot thank you and your team enough for all the hardwork and dedication . It was a pleasure to meet you and we will be doing business with Panda again real soon :)

Picked us up from Orlando airport drove us to Gainesville, Marcys is very courteous, vehicle very comfortable, fair price. I highly recommend!!!
