This company knows how to treat its clients. Used their service for our corporate travel. Starting with the moment I called them to inquire about a reservation, or to ask for a price estimate, they handled every detail of my request with care and with precision. If they say they’re going to call you, they will call you, and the price you settle on at the beginning is what you’re charged for at the end. They gave us customer service that was absolutely top-notch and rates that were very reasonable (discounted) for the amount of service we used. Making the reservation did not bring with it any hassles. All the people I spoke to from the company went out of their way to help me. They’re simply excellent in all respects. I appreciated how upfront they were about the extent of their services and the terrific way they were carried out. Overall, the service was great. The drivers were very professional & dressed up which was very impressing. More importantly throughout the the week we used the service in, the drivers were always on time & the cars were very clean. I will definitely recommend this company to any corporate clients or for personal use.

We hired Elegance Limo requesting a stretch to surprise our daughter and her friends. The driver George was there waiting for us when we arrived.Service was great. Kal (I think is the owner) was also a pleasure to deal with. All those we encountered whether it was the driver or on the other end of the phone, all were extremely professional and kind. We also hired additional limos from the company to transport our esteemed guest from different parts of the city resulting in a motorcade of limos.The limos where all the same model which added to the splendor of the wedding and help really make the webbing motorcade stand out. I have used them for a variety of reasons during the past years. Firstly, they have done a splendid job in terms of accommodating a number of high ranking officials for 3 different Medical conferences with their quality service, backed by luxurious vehicles such as Mercedes S550 and Cadillac Escalade. In addition, I have also used them twice (and recommended them to friends and family members) for transportation to and fro, from Port Canaveral to Orlando Airport. Furthermore, they have a huge fleet of limos including Hummer H2 to special occasions (a destination wedding in my case) with phenomenal service. All in all, their prices are competitive, the service is extraordinary, their drivers are personable and I wouldnt choose anybody else over them within the Central Florida Area.
