My first time parking here. Using the app for a reservation was easy, parking lot was great and covered. Splurged on the detailing option and when I got back from vacation, my car looked better than new! well worth the price. Arrived back at 7:00pm and had no issues getting a shuttle and used the app to see where to go and to see where the shuttle was en route.

This place has really digressed. I waited 25 minutes to be picked up while watching several competitors’ vans come and go a couple of times. No one at the lot seemed concerned in the slightest. Lengthy delay was apparently due to covid (which iconically didn’t appear to be impacting the other vans/drivers)

I highly recommend The Parking Spot and particularly this location for a few reasons:1. The entire staff provided exemplary service. Everyone was so incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure my first experience with The Parking Spot made me a new regular.2. The mobile check in and check out via QR code is really efficient and makes the arrival and departure process frictionless.3. I appreciated that there is always an airport shuttle not too long of a wait away as well. After a long flight and a late arrival, the last thing you want is to have to wait an extended period of time to get home.4. The car wash service was also fantastic and better quality than some of the places Ive been to get my car washed.5. The covered parking is great and the fact that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car is well worth the very small difference in price from the airports extended parking.I highly recommend this location and look forward to the next experience!I had to edit this as my latest experience was just another example of why I will continue to park here. Upon exiting, there was someone assisting with the check out process, who also provided a cold bottled water. It might seem small, but I greatly appreciated this because it was a long day of travel, I didnt have enough time in between connections to get water, and didnt drink enough on the plane. On top of that, I went from Vegas, to Houston, to Orlando, IN THE SUMMER, and was just parched from the day, so this small gesture made a big difference to me. Love this place!

I had a trip coming in at 7:00pm on 9/26. The shuttle didn’t show up. When I called the person on the phone had “no idea what they were doing” someone near me had called as well & got the same answer, they had the app & it showed on shuttle just sitting there. Another woman around me said she had been waiting for 30 mins. We ended up having to take a Lyft because we didn’t want to keep waiting, we had an hour drive home from there. Definitely using a different place next time.

Second time I have used The Parking Spot and both times the service has been excellent, wait time to be picked up from the airport to take me back to my car - less than 5 minutes. Both times dropping off my car there has been someone at the entrance gate to welcome me and let me know where the closest parking spot is. Even forgot to lock my car once, everything intact when I returned. I would highly recommend The Parking Spot.

I prepaid to save time but when I went to check out the screen said I had to pay an additional $14. Every other place Ive used sticks by a daily rate......meaning your paying for the day! Not this place. At the exit I was told I had an additional fee because our flight got delayed and thats not their problem. I guess I was supposed to know that the daily rate has an add on charge if your flight is delayed by an hour. Find a place who charges a daily rate and not a daily rate plus added on fees.

Cant find a better place to park when traveling. Quick service, shuttle is always going and you never have to wait too long for a shuttle. Way cheaper than parking at the airport. Very quick shuttle ride to and from the airport.

Always good to make a reservation, but do it through the app. If you do a standard reservation thru the fb page, you end up paying the full price like I did. They charged me $15 more than I expected and used the same QR Code I received when checking in.

You went above and beyond when I returned from vacation to retrieve my car and it wouldnt start!! You have two, amazing employees Id like to recognize. Sean helped the tow truck driver push my car into the lane so it could be loaded and then gave us a ride back to the office. Dallas tried to jump-start the car (which didnt work - not his fault), brought us cold water, and generally stayed in touch and checked up on us through the entire, challenging evening. He checked back when the tow truck arrived and assisted our ride in and out of your facility. I cant thank you (or them!) enough for the amazing customer service you provided and for helping us through a tough, challenging situation in the middle of the night! Hats off to them, and to you! Its nice to know there are still businesses out there who still truly care about their customers! I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend you whenever I can!

Ive been a customer of the parking spot for years and the wait times have been going up exponentially for the past couple of years. Price wise, this place is alright, however wait times for departures and arrivals can range from the 5-7 minutes they advertise up to almost an hour..I think Uber would be a better use of time and money.

Booking online was super easy. When we arrived at The Parking Spot, we were immediately guided to where to park and the shuttle was waiting for us when we got out of car. On our trip back, it was super easy to find the shuttle at the airport. It would be great if you had a pickup on side B. The checkout process was also seamless. We will be using your company again.

I last reserved my parking for May 28 through June 4. The uncovered parking area was full and I was directed immediately to a covered parking area. The shuttle driver picked up my baggage promptly with care and took us on our way. When I returned I received the same service. The shuttle driver was prompt getting to the airport to pick me up and the other customers, and delivered us back to our vehicles. Everyone is very kind and willing to help. I would recommend a Parking Spot every time-I have never had a bad experience. Besides what easy shuttles to pick out covered in spots. Thank you Parking Spot and your staff!

Pick up at my car and the airport was quick and convenient. The Driver was polite and professional. I was very thankful for the cold bottled water after my trip.

Make sure you ASK where to park and CLARIFY with the gate attendant because they may tell you to park in a certain area that is incorrect and they charge you more when you leave.

I’ve always been a park at the airport person. We’ve used the Parking Spot for 2 years now. It’s easy to get to, easy to reserve a spot, you get picked up right at your space and you can even have your car detailed while you’re gone! Zero hassle!

Easy drop off and pick up. Very close to airport, affordable prices, staff present and professional.

Very flexible and accommodating. We had initially planned to have our daughter pick up our car prior to our planned return. When her travel plans changed we were able to adjust our pickup date with no issues or increase in their normal rate. Very pleased.

Ever since we found this place, we always leave our vehicles here when we travel. Plus they offer to wash or detail your car which works out for us since we have kiddos and it’s nice to come back to a clean vehicle (inside and out). It’s definitely cheaper than airport and the shuttle usually picks you up within minutes of you parking your car and they are always parked at airport when you get back so no long waiting. If you ever forget to leave the keys for car wash, they refund it back once you check out. Very easy to deal with. Would recommend this place to EVERYONE!

I joined to receive the points for parking. My AAA membership gives me additional discounts. Using it gives me points for future days. AND, they upgraded me to covered parking on an early reservation. They are always there to drop off right away and pick up quickly. I love the convenience it provides me.

Ive been using the Parking Spot for several years now for both personal and business. Theyre always pretty timely and the prices are great highly recommended. The premises are well lit and secure, unlike other park and ride services which had me feeling a bit sketched out in dark grass lots.

Garbage service. no security to be found when in trouble here. none. don’t answer emergency red phone either. there is no security for your car or you at orlando airport public parking!

We’ve been using the parking spot for years and like the ability to reserve a spot. However this is the 3rd time in the past 6 months that we’ve waited over an hour for pickup from the airport. Today we called and they said they were on their way, waited 40 mins and called back and they said “oh we are on call not a schedule now”. Every other competitor (Park and bark etc) had 3 shuttles come and go while we sat waiting. Not sure what’s happened but the parking spot is no longer the place to park and pay the prices for them to not run a scheduled shuttle service especially with all their spots full and the airport back wide open.

I typically leave my car at a different parking place but I got an offer for this place with a coupled of free days and since it has good reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was there a week ago with a reservation. Arriving was easy, but I was a little disappointed to see that they dont have charging stations for electric cars which I needed, but still wanted to stay. I took my luggage out of the car and 15 minutes later and no pick up, so I walked to the office where they told me a shuttle was coming soon.Several minutes later I saw it go through all the lot, except my row. When I walked again to the office, they assured they told the driver twice where I was, and now the shuttle was full because it took so long between trips. I then decided to leave and go to Fast Park where I usually go, but leaving the place in anger without paying was a different story. It took a good while for the lady to let me out without paying as it looks like she was having computer problems and still needed my reservation... No new shuttle in the mean time arrived anyway.After I left I went to Fast Park where I got a spot in the charging stations for electric car and a shuttle was there before I could even get my bags out of my car. Also, the shuttle was there very fast on my way back to the lot.This may be a good choice on regular times, but with reduced personnel and reduced flights during the pandemic looks like the service went down with it. Maybe I will give it another try when times go back to normal, but very unlikely.

Park my car here every time I travel. The little perks are nice. I got upgraded last trip I had which was great but I don’t think I got the car wash that comes with it but that’s okay. No problems or concerns as far as safety or damage to the vehicles so far!

I had to make several calls to the office to track down a bag that was left on the van and amidst my distress, Milly, the attendant was very patient, helpful and kind. Throughout the entire ordeal, she maintained a helpful attitude to the extent of coming to the airport to hand deliver my bag so I wouldnt miss my flight! I was so thankful for having to deal with someone as understanding and for that, I recommend the Parking Spot above all others. Thanks again!

The service and parking are excellent. Only dislike was that my flight was cancelled due to weather in Orlando and then delayed 3 hrs. causing additional fees with no consideration by the company.

This place is amazing, polite employees and fast pickup and drop off. I will defiantly be using the parking spot for anytime I fly out of MCO. Oh an the scan in and out from your phone makes entrance and exiting their facility a breeze.

Very easy online reservation system with convenient and easy access to the covered and uncovered parking areas; you do have to talk with the front gate attendant to get the row theyd like you to park in, which can be annoying yet saves time searching for a pull-in. There are something like 3 to 5 shuttles in rotation during most hours of the day, and all drivers have been very friendly so far; Ive never waited more than 15 minutes to be picked up from the airport, and never more than 5 directly from my parked vehicle. The shuttles themselves are in great condition, though sometimes I wish the A/C wasnt turned up so high. Exit is easy and automated.

I’ve been parking in this same lot for more years than I can count. Today I went to park, presented my reservation for uncovered parking and was told uncovered was full. The shuttle driver told me to park in a covered spot. The GM, Flavia, basically started berating the driver over the radio for all to hear. Then Flavia aggressively approached me and told me I can’t park in a covered spot if my reservation is for uncovered. She told me to move and park elsewhere. Staying the driver is new and shouldn’t have told me to park in covered. This madness continued for another 5 minutes or so. I said I’ll just pay for the spot. She said we can’t do that because someone who has a covered reservation wouldn’t be able to park. Going in circles. If I didn’t have tons of points I wouldn’t go back.

The timeliness of the pick-ups are on point. You dont have to wait hardly at all for the bus to pick you up or drop you off. They answer the phone when you call them with a great attitude. Entry and exit is very seamless and easy whether you order your spot online or at the facility. Very organized and drivers are especially helpful. Nothing but great things to comment.

The Parking Spot has performed service as expected. However, the 3rd party, A&G detailing, caused damage to my car and attempted to cover it up with spray paint. I reached out for help and the Parking Spot has wiped their hands free and says it’s not their problem. Now I have to deal directly with the detailing company. i am disappointed that they were not willing or able to help me.

I cannot say enough superlatives about this company!! Talk about punctual!! From the moment you park your car, the shuttle comes and picks you up and drops you at your airport door. The shuttle practices social distancing, is clean, and the driver and all passengers have masks on. When you come back to Orlando, there is a designated pick up spot. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get picked up. Keep up the great work, we will definitely use you again.

Better get used to scanning entry and exit with your phone and the downloaded app. Not much interaction with anybody except the driver, who was most accommodating though. I would use them again, if we have to do MCO, my least favorite airport.

I will never use this facility again. I was charged extra for checking in earlier than 7:00am. My reservation was made and prepaid for the days I was going to be leaving my vehicle and yet still was charged extra. I was told that a refund would be issued when the supervisor arrived on the premises, and that did not happen. I waited 2 days for a return phone call which I never received either. Upon calling and speaking to someone in charge as I was told, a refund was not issued and the customer service was a joke! NEVER AGAIN!

First of all this review is about the company itself, not the staff at the Orlando airport facility. The service from the team there has always been fantastic, even during Covid-19. But the way that customer support treated a loyal customer that has used the parking spot on a regular basis was very disappointing.I have been using this site for corporate and personal travel for several years. I travelled in December for some personal travel and created 2 reservations, one with points and one through the regular system with a discount code. I had also been upgraded to covered parking from uncovered parking. I realized before the 2nd reservation, that I wouldnt be checking in for the 2nd reservation and contacted the parking spot to let them know of my mistake. They said they cancelled the paid reservation and would add on the extra days to my points reservation. When I looked at the receipt they had charged me not only covered parking, but also with a penalty that is normally associated to reservations when they stay longer than they should. When I contacted them to resolve this, they told me I was charged correctly for the overstay and that I had booked covered parking. So I then sent them the original reservation and the email that said that I had been upgrade with no charge to covered parking, so they should be charging me for the extra days based on uncovered parking.So then they change their reason for the extra charge, and Martha from support sent me this statementThe free upgraded to covered parking will only covered the time of your reservation. Anytime parked past your reservation you will not be able to receive the upgraded special rate. We do state this when making your reservation and on your confirmation, If any information about your stay differs from what you provided, your charges may vary upon exit. Any discount quoted in your reservation is not valid for any parking type other than the one noted above. If your time is worth anything don’t park here. Called at 11:58pm on Tuesday July 13th telling them I’m ready for pickup at terminal B. Called again a half hour later and the person who answered claimed “should be pulling up any minute now”. Long story short I did not arrive to my car until 12:42 am. I will be looking elsewhere for parking next time.

It is the most expensive parking I have paid, I left my truck in the cheapest area that the price is 8 dollars per day, I left it parked for 35 days, and I had to pay 480 dollars, If you multiply 8 dollars for 35 days = 280 dollars plus 18.20 of taxes, = 298.2 dollars total, I spoke with the staff of that parking lot and they told me that they raised the price for a few days but they could not tell me why, If you plan to park here one day, think twice, because their prices are not stable, This was the first time that I parked here and it is the last, if you are going to travel better I recommend that you park in the north or south ecomic parking lots, Near the Orlando international airport its price is stable there are 10 dollars a day without false increases, This time I couldnt park there because the parking lots were closed due to the pandemic,

Very happy with the services. Machines available for paying and entering facility. I downloaded the app which made things so much easier! The shuttle comes exactly to where you are parked. Everything was timely, no long waits for shuttle. Parking was great. I felt my car was safe! Clean. Easy service. Multiple parking spots. Reservations process is easy. Finding a spot is easy. Shuttle is always quick. Iv had multiple experiences here and they are always great!

Parking spot is getting lazy and does not have covid standards. Packed way too many people on the only operating shuttle bus. Why do they only have one bus operating on one of the busiest travel days of the year? Parking spot used to be good but now their quality of service is lagging.

This place executes really well. Easy in, easy out. Payment is quick, contactless, and they get you to the airport in a jiffy with their vans. Awesome, and will using this service more often when I start to travel again.
