I travel a lot once a year and today I faced one of the biggest Rip off by an airline. British Airline Ripped me off. First when I booked I was allowed 2 baggage. And I was able to take 2 baggages without any issues. My flight is today but I found out it was cancelled without any announcement or notification. I found out when I tried to do my online check-in. Here is the funny part AT ORLANDO AIRPORT SO CALLED BRITISH AIRLINE DECLINE MY 2 BAGGAGES AND ASKED ME TO PAY $180 (THAT IS $80 ABOVE WHAT WAS NORMALLY CHARGED BY ANY AIRLINE PLUS THEY EVEN MENTION IT IN THEIR SITE). I had to pay even though I was already allowed 2 baggaes from the beginning these guys rejected it saying it is a internal error and nothing they can do. Even the ground host was really confuse and she said this is a rip off and I should talk to higher up. This is ridiculous. ...
Terrible customer service. BA will not issue seats or boarding passes to partner airline (AA) on international flight so we had to go out of security after our connecting AA flight from ORD, get our bags, and go to the BA desk to check back in... By which time BA had closed without telling us that they had our bags. BA even shut the door in the face of one of my fellow travelers. We missed our flight to London and couldnt even get our bags to fly a different airline. Never fly AA if it includes a partner flight on BA.

As a Brit, all I can say is, anyone but British Airways.
