I bought a 1972 house that had problems with the AC from the beginning. From a refrigerant leak to a compressor blowing. They were always quick to respond to an emergency and quick to get me back up and running. In December 2020, I decided to purchase a new system and I wanted the best, most eco-friendly one I could get. I wanted a 4 ton, 18 seer unit. They came and measured to ensure the air handler would fit in my current closet. They had to remove the frame for it to fit, but now it looks custom made. The came in, installed the new unit, and cleaned up after themselves.I even had them vent in the bonus room. It was a tight fit but they made it happen. A month later, when it started to heat up outside, I realized the newly vented room was not cooling properly. They immediately came out, analyzed the problem, and figured out a solution to make the temperature regulate properly.I highly recommend this company. The personalized service they provide is top notch!

They get rave reviews and so I decided to call and schedule an appointment with them.I called in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day luckily because I was having issues with my AC not blowing cold air.Linda, who apparently is the owner, answered the phone and she was so sweet, patient, and easy to work with!She said Dan would be out sometime between 2-4 and he did just that!I cannot say enough about Dan! He listened to all my concerns and answered all my MANY questions! Temperature pro installed a new AC system at my rental home in 2017.When the coil started leaking this year they said these things happen but luckily the parts are under warranty. It would only be $800 to install the new coil. Felt high so I shopped around to find out that the system is under full warranty and Temperature Pro was trying to double dip by charging me $800 when York was giving them the coil and paying them for the labor.Dont use this unethical and possibly criminal company.

I highly recommend TemperaturePro! Both Linda and Dan provided me with excellent customer service. They were always available when I had any questions about my new A/C install process. They insured my home was cooling until they were able to install my new A/C.Their pricing on my new A/C and install was more than fair and the new A/C was installed to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again for all my A/C needs.

TemperaturePro is the only company (out of 7)that took the time to look at our venting & air flow problem. They didn’t try to sell us a whole new unit for $20K like all the others. They are honest and professional. I won’t use anyone else EVER. Highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! We had another company come out to repair our air conditioner and the tech found our compressor to be bad. The unit was three years old and under warrantee so they provided a price to replace the compressor (labor only). They were going to let me know when they could get the compressor and they have not responded to date. Since we did not get any response I checked the web for another company and found Temperature Pro. I spoke with Linda in customer service and she was more than helpful. After my initial call, Linda called me back immediately to let me know they had a tech in the area and 10 minutes later the tech was here. They ordered the compressor that day and installed the following day. Temperature Pro provided excellent service and the level of professionalism from everyone we dealt with was sincere. KM

My parents had trouble with their AC unit and had 2 companies come out and told them they needed to replace the entire system. They called Temperature Pro Orlando and they were able to fix the unit for under $400. So happy with the results. We finally found an honest AC company. Definitely recommend!

I spoke with Linda from Temperature Pro and told her that we were going on vacation and our AC had stopped working. We didnt want to leave without it being fixed first. She sent someone immediately, on a Saturday in July! Fred is the technician who showed up. He stated that he believes in customer education and he explained everything to us thoroughly and clearly. And he fixed it and checked on our other ac system too. We are now registered in their ongoing maintenance plan (they come every 6 months to service everything) and we couldnt be happier to have things on track.

I had an AC emergency recently. TemperaturePro Orlando went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! From start to finish, their staff was fast, professional, and did amazing work. They were totally swamped and had a ton of stuff outside of work going on, but they bent over backwards and great personal expense to make sure I was happy. Also, they explained every charge (which was very reasonable and less than I was expecting), and stood by their work 100%. I will only go to Linda and TemperaturePro from now on with any of my HVAC needs!

Temperature Pro installed a new heat pump and air handler in my home. Not only were their quotes the most reasonable but the quality of the work was high as well. Dan was the only person who actually went up in my attic to check my vents and ductwork when he came to give us a quote. The installers were quick, efficient, and respectful. The office staff has answered multiple questions for me. They also filled out the forms so we could get both the warranty for the equipment and a rebate from our electric company. Our air conditioner compressor outside was making so much noise when it kicked on that the neighbors began complaining. I was unaware that my wife had arranged for an AC company to come out for an estimate when I called Dan Taiclet at Temperature Pro Orlando.The first company came and quoted us over $5500 for an entire new system.Dan evaluated the unit outside and said that only the fan motor needed to be replaced at this time for a cost of $350 and maybe in a few more years we may need to upgrade the entire system.When that time comes, you can be sure we will call Dan at Temperature Pro Orlando
