The one time I went in here, it was absolutely fantastic. I just go to get my eyebrows done, and I loved it. However, since my first visit, I have not been able to get in touch with the esthetician or the establishment itself. The calls are never answered or returned. If this issue is fixed, I would honestly leave a five-star review. However, I cant use a service that doesnt allow me to contact them.

I recently had a bad experience with my last waxer so I decided to give this place a shot after looking at reviews. Small space but by far the BEST wax service Ive ever had. Super clean, easy to talk to, and SO INCREDIBLY FAST! She did my whole Brazilian in under ten minutes, I was amazed and totally cleaned up! I was a customer of this place for quite a while and used Myra. She was amazing!!! She left and it has gone downhill now. Some of the staff is very immature and unprofessional. They gossip about you and take notes about you in their system so beware. The owners support employee’s poor behavior without looking into situations completely-which is common sense as a business owner myself. I would NEVER treat customers the way Jasperina treated me and if I got a report from a customer I’d look into it as an owner.I was running a little behind at work because of a meeting that went over. I gave Jasperina a heads up and asked if I should still come or reschedule. Jasperina told me to still come, and that if I got there by a certain time that she could still take me. I drive 30 min and was turning into the parking lot of the business to park. I told her where I was. She then told me she wouldn’t take me… Myra could wax me in 10 min or less and there was also still 20 min left until Jasperina’s next client. Hasoerina didn’t offer to reschedule or anything. I went to reschedule right after and she had blocked me.Her behavior was so bizarre and I am shocked the owners didn’t reach out to make things right or get the complete story.💔I have since started going to a different place called Brazillionair-and so have my friends and family. We don’t condone this time of petty behavior and poor customer service. The Brazillionar was a great choice! They even use numbing cream! They are kind and professional. I recommend them to everyone, 💛

I was lucky to get my first ever Brazilian wax from Jolie, she is amazing! Made my first time such a great experience. She explained everything about waxing, she’s very knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Basically zero discomfort on my first time! My second time was with Jasperina and she is just as amazing and funny! I am in love with my results and will keep coming back I highly recommend this place

My appointment was with Jasper. I was running late and she said as long as I wasn’t 10 minutes late she could get me in. I drove 85 miles an hour to get there at 10:09, and she told me she couldn’t get me in after all. You know what? Don’t tell people up to 10 minutes late and then not honor it. She should have let me know in the first place that she couldn’t take me when I told her I was running late. I will definitely be going somewhere else. My business wasn’t important to them.

Wax Me Too is amazing. I had never done any waxing before, but had to jump in the deep end for an NPC bikini fitness competition, getting regular Brazilian waxes. My experience with We Me Too was, and continues to be, fantastic.SOPHIE IS THE MOST AMAZING. She is kind and helpful. She is very communicative. She answers all my questions politely and kindly: even my most bizarre questions! I can say that Sophie made getting Brazilian waxes not a big deal AT ALL which has been a huge relief to me.With Sophie, Ive done under arms, legs, Brazilians, and eyebrow waxing and tinting. THIS GIRL KNOWS HER STUFF!! Im always so pleased with my eyebrows when Sophie does them. I dont ever want to pluck them myself anymore!!Im so glad I found Sophie. ❤️ She is excellent at her job, she has fabulous taste in eyebrow shape, she makes the frightening Brazilian wax EASY and not at all scary, and has become my friend. Thats a lot of wins.**In my photo you can see before on top (spotty and fuzzy) and my after below. Eyebrows are nicely shaped and CLEANED UP thank goodness and she even used the tint to leave a bit of an outline to help me fill in evenly when I do makeup! ❤️

I didn’t get all my wax done. but ran to the emergency services. I didn’t know how to do anything. Jasper took over and helped me. my baby is Alive because of what she did. I didn’t feel awkward at all, and the whole process from start to finish was a million times better than I thought it would be. Jasperina is so incredible. Never have I felt so comfortable in such a vulnerable and painful setting. She is so quick and good at her job that waxes don’t freak me out anymore. She takes extra steps to ensure a better experience like cold towels and ingrown prevention. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Her memory is so sharp I don’t know how she remembers everyone she waxes. Me and my buddy were eating at Arby’s and saw this place walked in met some chick named Jasper got our brows waxed. Probably the best brow wax I’ve ever had. She didn’t make us look like girls. She’s really good at giving a dude a good clean up and keeping our brows manly. Appreciate the walk-in service.

Ive been going to the Orem location by Arbys on State St. for almost a year now and its been life changing. Mary Grace is who you HAVE to book with, she pays such good attention to detail and works fast. She has become a good friend and makes the experience and enjoyable one.
