I was pleased and thankful for the Sports Clips hairstylist for doing an amazing job on my haircut and getting me back in the game looking good and mighty fine. Women wanting to touch my hair because they love it. Great job indeed. Now the reason why they got 3 stars instead of 5 stars was because I like hairstylist to use to super shaver on my head to help me look amazing. The hairstylist said that just recently Sports Clips has started charging $10 extra for the Super Shaver. I had to say yes because I needed the haircut because my daughter was getting married and I needed the trim. So I got it done. So because of that, that is why the 3 stars instead of 5. Stop the extra charge for Super Shaver or I will go to a place I know they dont charge an extra $10 for the Super Shaver. Other than that, my Stylist did amazing!!!!! And she got a $7 tip.

What unexpected service. It was quite nice to walk in and feel welcomed immediately. I waited maybe two mins before I was called back for a full service and most relaxing haircut. After the haircut. The young lady washed and massaged my scalp and temples while placing a hot towel, infused with tea tree oil over my face. I left there feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Did not expect that, but will most definitely do again! Thanks Sport Clips Haircuts!

Girl asked if I wanted the VIP, I said no. She finished the haircut and then globbed a handful of product on my hair without asking. She asked if I wanted a rinse, I asked if I could rinse the product out that I didn’t want. She rinsed it and then charged for a VIP lol

Very clean and up to date decor. Was greeted the moment I walked in and the wait time listed online was accurate. Stylist was very good and made me feel comfortable. Everything was good. My only complaint was the scalp massage and wash. It was very short, like 4 minutes total and that included a scalp massage. Felt that it should have been longer as part of the MVP.

My husband has gone here for awhile and always loved it. He is a paramedic and has pretty significant PTSD. He was required to wear a mask and got severe anxiety after a few seconds and had to just leave. He felt really bad and wished that there had been a way to accommodate someone who is not able to wear a mask. I sure hope that this insanity ends soon. All of this for a sickness that has a 99.7% survival rate.

Was decent. Haircut felt a bit average but I had been going to fancy haircut place before so it’s a lopsided comparison. In the end was satisfied, and what lacked in haircut made up for with the mvp wash experience, which was much more through than the fancy place I had been to, so if I had to compare them overall it evens out. The only reason I put 4 stars is because technically I’ve had a more satisfying haircut in the past at different place but that’s super technical. Definitely would like to come back for next haircut

First time visiting, great experience. I’ve always gone to the cheapest place I could find, but the extra couple of bucks goes a long ways at Sports Clips. The hair cut turned out great, and the environment was a huge improvement! They go the extra mile on the shampoo and massage as well with extra touches like steamed towels and a massaging chair. It’s definitely my new spot!

My first time at Sports Clips and I was definitely impressed. I am terrible with telling stylists what to do with my hair. I really have no idea other than conservative and good looking. The stylist proceeded to give mw my favorite haircut I have ever had and then washed my hair and gave me a head massage. As a guy who typically hates the awkwardness of getting a haircut, I was totally relaxed coming out of that store. Will be back.

Incredibly kind and thoughtful in their work. I showed up with three of my sons and they were so personal and great with them. And the haircuts and wash were awesome. We will definitely be using them again. My sons loves them.

Worth it to go here over a cheaper place. Their stylists are all very competent, so there is never any hit-or-miss at one of their salons.

Frustrating! I showed up on time and had to wait thirty minutes because they took another client. I come back 30 minutes later like they said and they told me to wait another 20 minutes because they had just taken another client. Decided not to go back. I have had good experiences in the past but this was pretty disappointing.

I had the worst haircut in my life at a place that rhymes with scholastic jams. Not so at the sports clips on University parkway, Orem. Can’t recall her name( first chair in the right as you walk in, yesterday), but she did a such a great job and was very friendly, concise and capable! I’ll def be coming back and the haircut was EXACTLY what I asked for. She said she’d been at that location 5 yrs. My son also had his haircut and I tipped my stylist $10.00 on a $19.00 cut, my son got a great cut too with fast service and I tipped his girl $5.00 I should’ve tipped them both the same but after my horrid last cut at another local place, I felt it was well worth the extra $5.00 on top of what originally was a $10.00 tip to split, so I gave her an extra $5.00 Great haircut, excellent service, it was pretty busy and we were in and out within 35-40 mins. I’ve always been impressed with sport clips. This location is no exception. I was met with the standard welcoming smiles and was brought to my seat within seconds of walking in. I was offered a VIP for free (monthly promotion). Great, polite conversation, and a quick and very well done cut followed (despite my indecisiveness). Very pleased.

Sports clips is now OPEN! Thank you! My son and hubby went in on Saturday and I loved that they provided masks for them. They write your name on a chalk board to let you know when you can go in. No one else is allowed inside other than the people getting haircuts. They did really good at practicing social distancing.

I brought my 2 year old boy in for a hair cut and we had Syd cut his hair. She did an incredible job. Was very nice and fast at cutting his hair.

I was in and out very quickly and they did such a great job. They really knew how to give me a great cut very quick. Loved talking to my stylist too! She was so nice!

I have been to Sport Clips dozens of times for haircuts. Over the years they have shifted from a friendly, personal and welcoming business to an impersonal computer app driven in a rush business that has now gone too far for me. I work on a tight schedule and went to get a haircut today. After signing in on their computer, I was informed that the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes. No one was there waiting. No one was in their cars waiting, but apparently some unknown people had signed up online for haircuts, but were nowhere to be found. I was told that I still had to wait because they needed a chance to arrive. I was put in the cue to wait for people that werent there. Sorry Sports Clips, I will be looking elsewhere for a stylist/business who is friendly upon arrival, wanting to serve live bodies, concerned more with interpersonal relationships than the corporate computer efficiency that looks good on paper but is ridiculous in real life.

I tried to sign in but wasn’t able to . So I drove over . Cami ask me to wait one second while she checked her next appointment. It was a know show so she took me right in and did a good job and I was on my way looking good in no time

Lauryn was fantastic! I always love going somewhere where they know mens haircuts, but know that she had multiple years of experience was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough in asking what I really wanted and clarifying what I didnt explain well.Also, when I used the app at home, it said there was a 26 minute wait. I used it to check in, drove over, and was able to be helped within only a few minutes of entering the building (and there were 3-4 other customers just waiting). USE THE APP, Its very helpful and you can plan your day much easier.Sport Clips is great, and they did an amazing job. Thanks again!

The staff was super nice and patient with me, especially since it took me about ten minutes to figure out how to register as a customer online. Ive just never done it before. Once I got I registered, the person working on my hair was on top of what needed to be done. Excellent job!

Got my haircut by Miranda and she was fantastic! She did an amazing job, was quick and efficient. Kept making sure that my hair was how I wanted it and that it looked great.I almost walked out before my haircut though. I came during my lunch break and I checked in online and it said a 25ish minute wait which was fine because I could grab a quick bite to eat before hand. I did, and I got there still about 10 minutes before my estimated time to start. I waited for 20 minutes past when it said I would have started. If it was a few minutes it would have been fine but since it was 20 minutes past I knew I would be late going back to work. Was about to walk out when I finally got called up to get a haircut.It was busy so I understand why the time went over, but I wouldn’t have gone if I knew it would have taken as long as it did. It wouldn’t have been a big problem for me expect that I was on a time crunch.So it was a little frustrating, but Miranda did an amazing job and I love the haircut she gave me. Props to her for being what saved my experience there.

Friendly stylists, easy check-in process, great atmosphere for the guys. My 13-yr-old son loves coming here! The only downside is the price. Theyre 27% more expensive than the two other places we frequent, and all do the same good job for my sons basic, trendy cut and style. The recommended tip amounts at checkout are also rather high. I realize were paying for ambience here, but price and time are our main considerations, so we only come to Sports Clips when other places are booked or when were running errands in the area and its more convenient than going elsewhere.

Ive been getting my hair cut at a different salon by the same girl for the past year and a half. Its been nice having continuity and familiarity, knowing Ill get a great cut every time. Today was the first time I got my hair cut somewhere new in that time period. I was a bit hesitant just because it would be a new stylist and I wasnt sure what to expect. I was very pleased with my experience at Sports Clips! There was a pretty short wait (about 10 mins) before I got called up for my haircut, and Kyla did an amazing job! Really pleased with how the haircut turned out. I recommend this location and Kyla to anyone looking for a great cut.

Pro Tip. Get the Double MVP, but get one before and then one after the haircut. Youll be more relaxed for the cut and then get all the loose hair cleaned up before leaving.

Most of the time it has been very good, this time however I asked for a high and tight and still had to explain what that was. The tech seemed not to hear a word I said. Like I said most of the time good except for this time.

Maddie was great. Quick cut and it looks perfect. Conversation was much less awkward than the usual salon experience. My only disappointment was that I was not also wearing yoga pants.

It’s fine I guess all people that make Haircuts here do the same. Cuts of 5 to 15 minutes . I had the same experience everywhere.But where I’m from for less than those prices the hair cuts that people make it takes more than that and are really better, I’m okey with the hair cut . But it would be awesome that the employers take their time to make a real good hair cut. Not just pass the machine 1 time and done. I cut my hair by my self sometimes and I take like 40 minute but it a fade better than one of 5 minutes

We decided to try them out because my daughter (7 yrs old) and I had coupons for a free cut. They did a great job getting us in quick, and we both love our haircuts. The stylist helped me find a look that works great for me. My daughter, who usually gets nervous about haircuts, loved the experience and her hair looks amazing.

Great, quick service. Awesome atmosphere like all sport clips businesses. I have to give a shout out to the staff too, all very friendly and professional, all seemed to enjoy working together. I dont think Ive ever seen another stylist help clean another stylist area while they were cutting hair, but it happened while I was getting my hair cut. Usually they just clean their own area and then get the next person in line. Props to them

They offer a pretty big military discount and each time I go there I make sure to get the MVP for that amazing scalp massage.I highly reccomend this place and the MVP cut, its a little more money but completely worth it.
