Reagan cut two of my kids’ hair and another lady cut my third child’s hair. They both did great! Reagan had my 3 year old and 1 year old and she was so nice to them and made their hair cut experience great. On top of that she did a really good job with the actual cuts which is super hard to do with wiggly little children! I appreciated her professionalism, warmth and good hair cutting. I can’t remember the other lady’s name but she also did a good job on my son’s hair and was super nice also. I would recommend this location and especially these two ladies!

I went in for a haircut to get rid of my dead ends, and came out with something I could have managed to do on my own with still far too many dead ends. I don’t usually review but the haircut was bad and the stylist I used seemed SO put out to be asked to do her job. Highly disappointed. Now I have to go pay another stylist to cut it the right way elsewhere.*edited: owner was very kind and willing to work with me to fix the issue -added 3 stars.

I love the haircuts I get there. I always go to Maya because she knows what needs to be done with my hair. I have extremely thin hair that needs to be cut in a very particular way to make it look good. Maya always remembers what needs to be done and does an amazing job every single time.

I have been going there for a long time. Kathleen is vary knowledge and great cutting hair.The other stylist are great also.

Love this place! Very friendly staff who are very experienced. Got tired of the inexperienced haircuts of Great Cuts and Sports Cuts, where the people were constantly rotating and never consistent service. At Supercuts, I go to the same person every single time, who gives me a consistently amazing haircut, and so Im willing to pay the extra couple dollars.

Quick service, nice girls working, consistently provide good service for a reasonable price.

I really like this Supercuts. I’ve been coming here regularly for a few years, and I’m always impressed by the great job that they do. I have always been able to reserve a time no problem. I was in here about a week ago, and Tasha did a fantastic job giving me a haircut that I love. She took her time to be thorough, and she’s super personable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hailey cut my hair and she did a wonderful job! I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind and she made it happen. I definitely recommend her! I even already called my sister and told her to have Hailey do her hair from now on. If you like your stylist to really listen to what you want then Hailey is your girl!

Melanie is awesome! I came in after chopping my hair off in an emotional state - and I literally looked like I had given myself a messy 80s mullet. It was horrible! Melanie was super understanding, kind, and gave me just the cut I wanted -- she made sure to take her time to explain how to style this new haircut, too. It was a great experience!

It took her about 5 minutes to cut my hair. She did it so fast and so aggressive. Like she was upset I was there and just wanted it to be over. Nothing, not even remotely what I wanted. Gave me a high fade with both sides uneven and cut my sideburns almost above my ear. What a terrible experience.

I use to really like coming here but since the new year (2019) theyve made a lot of changes. I think they got new management. All the good hair stylist left and the new ones arent very good.

My daughter introduced me to Mel, she told me I would not ever get a bad color, cut or style if I let Mel do my hair, my husband has had many haircuts and beard trims from those whom work in the Orem Super Cuts. Great haircut! Most complimented in years. I was told I looked years younger.I have had some frustrating haircuts over the years. Melanie is very experienced and gave me a cut I wouldnt have known to want. She talked about how my natural hairline could be adjusted in different ways to sharpen and soften my look and she did both.To be honest, it wasnt exactly what I was looking for. With any haircut from someone new there can be a process of communication so it was a bit shorter than I wanted initially BUT it looked great as it grew in and ultimately I was glad to have more time between haircuts so I may in fact request basically the same thing next time or just let her do her thing. I may take in some photos for more clear visual communication of what I want because maybe well tweak it up together but thats not her fault or mine. Thats simple communication and thats part of building a healthy working relationship with any stylist it seems to me.That said, the haircut was so good and she brought two significant new ideas that Ill probably want to keep because they significantly upgraded my look. Overall I was very very happy with the cut and the hot towel experience is always nice. Her personality is great. Professional. Friendly. Puts you at ease. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend her to others. After that cut a friend already asked about seeing her himself, thats the first cut in years that has happened. They should tell you something.

Eyebrows done really well, but the reason for 2 stars is the hairstylist dropped wax in my hair and did nothing. I paid $11 (including tip), I got home after and went to brush my hair and had a was of wax stuck in my hair. I had to work for an hour to get it out and it still ripped a huge chunk of hair out. My hair was in the hair washing sink, she would have seen the bright pink wax on my dark hair.

This store is under new management and the manager is AMAZING! She has been my personal stylist for years and I wont go to anyone else because I have thick, coarse hair that is so hard for stylists to do well. She is amazing with my thick hair and is a wizard with texturizing and thinning my hair. Every time I go to her, I get tons of compliments.I normally am not someone to go to a chain salon, but I promise you will not be disappointed in Melanie.

Went in 45 min before closing and when I got there the stylist was finishing up a customer and there was one guy ahead of me. The stylist told me I could wait if I wanted but she had somewhere to be and really didnt think she could get to me. Now I have had hundreds of haircuts in my life and the longest one has literally taken 25 min. Two guys haircuts should be able to get done in 45 min. The stylist was so rude with me that I will never come back here again!

I had a friend cut my hair... and as any story that starts like that goes, my hair need some serious tlc afterwards. I saw the positive reviews on here and decided to make am appointment with Melanie. I completely agree with what has already been said. Melanie is a very talented stylist and not only salvaged my hair but gave me an amazing haircut. Everyone that worked at this location was very friendly. Hairdresser took a personal call (not emergency /urgent) in the middle of my childs cut without a warning us first. Its blazing hot and were warning masks, a little annoying but otherwise fine.

Kristina was amazing!! She was so thourough and had a great personality! She spent a ton of time with us and really made sure my husband got what he wanted in his cut! 10/10 would recommend and visit again!

Not awesome! We had an appt for 5:15pm and got there at 5:14. The stylist said our appt wasnt until 5:45, even though I had the confirmation email. Would have been lots better if she had at least been apologetic about the mix up!

Two ladies cutting hair on a Tues at lunch. I called ahead about an hour earlier and didnt wait at all. Enjoyed the cut and the chat. I wouldve appreciated a wash afterward, but I guess they dont do that? I havent been to a place in a while.

Was generally able to just drop in but you can call and schedule a haircut. Never had a problem with any of the hair cuts I got here. The staff gave great service.

I came to this location desperate to get my hair cut. I was irritated and upset that day. Melanie greeted me with a smile and cut my hair perfectly! I keep going back. She was booked one day and could I my fit my son in, he has tons of calics and I dont trust many with his hair. She asked if I would let Kirsten do my hair. So I did and she was wonderful too! I will keep going back I like the reward clubs and coupons also.

Butchered. Got my hair cut by the manager who said she was am formerly an instructor. I asked for a little off the top to even things out but she cut it so short it cant be styled. My wife laughed at me when I got home and asked if I went to a beauty school and had a first time student cut it . Lesson learned, never going back here.

Kind of a long wait but my daughters cut was perfect!

I went to supercuts with my mom a couple of weeks ago and Melanie was the one to cut and color both our hair. She did a great job! She fit us in on a busy Saturday and took the time to do the job right (even staying after hours a little to get us finished up). She listened when I had questions and fixed things when I thought it needed fixing. Not only did she cut and color my hair but she also recommended some discount product and then used some of that same product in my hair to show me what it would look like and what to do to achieve the same results at home. I love my hair and would definitly go back to Melanie when I need it redone.

Haircutter was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, and did a nice job. Only negative was that I had to wait awhile before they could get me in. I was a walk in so that likely didnt help.

My experience was phenomenal. My hair stylist was Emily and she was very friendly, very professional, and very quick. I have always struggled getting good haircuts because my hair is so curly but she did an amazing job and knew exactly what I wanted. There is no where else Id get my hair cut.

The Orem Supercuts use to have some great employees who had amazing talent and people skills. I always loved what a fun and inviting atmosphere they made it into. But the new management has completely destroyed what the store use to be. They fired all the talented employees, and now the store is sub par. Terrible service and amature hairstylists. Terrible management. I highly recommend not going there!

Havent ever had an amazing haircut here. Kind of rushed (with no wait time or crowd) and my hair turns out okay. I think they have a mentality of men are easy to please so they dont put much time into details. If you dont know the exact length you want, they kind of dont know what to do and wont give an opinion or recommendation. Never been satisfied with any haircuts Ive gotten here. Its just... Okay.

[Edited]Dont bother with this place. Went in yesterday 20 minutes before close, the brat attending the store front hid out in the back when I walked in. I yelled to her, called their phone and only when I walked out, stood in front of their store with a buddy of mine, did she walk out when they actually closed... seriously?Edit: I have come to find out that this place is under new management, management is much more receptive to customer service issues. Good to know.

Fairly certain my card information was stolen here. I know thats a bold accusation but it was the only transaction I made on that card in over a month and now a week later Im getting charges from Arkansas. The stylist had me run the card multiple times because it wasnt working which should have tipped me off.

I prefer this store because it is almost never busy. The staff is friendly and professional. My haircuts here have been great.

They literally butchered my hair. I didn’t bother complaining because there’s no way I would let those people touch my hair again. I swear it looked like my 4 year old cut it. They didn’t listen to the length I wanted, but by the time i caught it, it was too late ! This was the worst experience I’ve had.I had to go get it fixed elsewhere! Waste of time and money

Dont listen to their time wait estimate if you call. They will give you a very early time but in reality they take a seriously long time before they can proceed to help you.Most of the time the hairstylist there are not great. They dont even do their job right. Then when they mess up, you still have to pay them for the service and TIP!

If I could give it less than I star I would.The short dirty-blonde lady was extremely rude said they were booked out for the rest of the day. Left the store and decided to check online if they were booked, they were not. So I came back to this location. Told her we now had an appointment, she was busy cutting someone hair thank goodness. She than said in a rude and rather unprofessional voice that she said that they were booked so she could maybe have a break. While I understand the reason, I would of gladly waited so she could eat or whatever. But the way she handled it was very unprofessional, aggresive and rude. Im glad the other hairstyles was an the one cutting my brothers hair I feel that the rude hairstyle would of been petty and ruined his hair out of spite. I hope managment talks to her about her attitude and her customers service skills.This was 02-10-19 there was only two ladies working.I would rather take my chances at any other hair salon.

Very talkitive and friendly stylists. They have modern and classic haircuts that dont take much time. Theres pretty much no line so you can pop in and get a haircut.

Everyone was friendly and punctual but I go in asking for some easy, side sweeping bangs and I get crooked, straight across bangs. Ive never been so unhappy with what should have been a simple haircut

Giving 5 stars, the staff have always been great, and have never been disappointed.Just with Supercuts would offer better support to their fanchises, this Supercuts is really struggling to stay staffed so there are always long waits unless you reserve online.One recommendation I have is to make people pay for their slot, and to get refunded if they dont come they have to cancel their reservation. It seems like they have a lot of no call no shows, and that is really hurting the walk ins.

Dont bother checking in early with the app. The workers dont seem to care about that. I checked an hour before I came and the workers still took everyone else in the waiting room first, so I was still at the end of the line.
