I was helped by Kathleen. It was just her and another girl, Jillian I think. Both doing a killer job. Kathleen was so kind and gave be a fantastic haircut! Definitely recommend.

I used these services a month and a half ago. I found it to be pleasant and professional. Gentri took very good care of me. She asked questions about how I wanted my hair cut; even explained how to take care of it & do it. I intend to return again. I would recommend Dollars Cuts and especially Gentri.

My husband got a haircut by a new girl in the shop. His hair still had long pieces sticking out. She was supposed to do a fade but it was just a flat haircut. Maybe if she spent less time talking she could have cleaned him up better..

I went here yesterday for the first time. I ended up staying there about an hour past closing due to getting there at 6:30 and wanting a dye job, but Kathleen was amazing and kind the entire time. She did an amazing job. Im so happy with my hair. Im definitely coming again.

Hair cut ended up being pretty uneven. Price was pretty decent, but not worth with how it turned out. Maybe it was a one time thing, but my hair turned out VERY uneven.

They keep raising their prices and would wash your hair. Now its an extra charge. Girl who cut my hair wasnt very friendly at all although she was efficient and my hair looks much better.

Had a really bad experience at this place . A lady named Caroline colored my hair completely wrong. Was very disappointed that she used two different toners on my hair cause she said she didnt have the right one. If anyone is reading these reviews do not go to this salon . They didnt even make sure that she was qualified to do my hair coloring before she did it. The only saving grace was the manager giving me my refund back.

They where helping 2 customers and the girl told me the waiting time was 10 min, we where there for 35 min and they still not done she was just talking and talking to a customer

Friendly and high-quality place. From time to time I get a haircut and my beard trimmed here. The staff is friendly, their phone service too, and they always meet my expectations so far. For all the service and tips I usually spend around $20, sometimes a little more. The location is pretty convenient too.

Im just a simple guy who wants his hair shorter. I usually get it cut about 4 times a year. This place has good prices and better staff. You can make appointments, but I usually just walk in and get into the grooming chair within 15-20 minutes.

I called ahead to make an appointment for a shampoo, cut and style. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seated in the chair which was filthy with hair all over. I told the stylist why I was there and she rudely said she could only do a cut, even though I had scheduled extra time. I won’t be going back there and they really should clean after each cut. Highly disappointing! It is worth paying extra to go to a real salon!!!!Spring T

I was seated right away as a walk-in and brought a picture with what I wanted. The picture offered front, side, and back but even then I didnt get what I asked for. The cut was choppy and my brothers girlfriend, who is a professional stylist, will have to redo it because of how ugly the back is. The stylist that cut my hair was nice but I didnt think the service was worth a tip, she didnt even show me the back of my hair and barely dried it. It might work for some people if they want something simple but I wouldnt ask for something complicated like a pixie cut. People who are also bad at speaking out about these things need to go to a more expensive place because theyll do it right without having to ask. I now learned after many experiences that spending more can be worth it if you want it right (Girls haircuts are always more anyway.)

Ive been having my hair cut here for years and have had a positive experience every time. Usually budget hair salons leave my sideburns uneven, or my neck all messed up, but I have never had to worry about that here! Ill keep going here as long as I live in Utah County.

Wow. Terrible place. Theyre hours say they close at 8 pm and I got there today at 7:30 pm and theyre doors were already locked!! The lady inside literally looks at me and continues to count the receipts. I get it that its bad customer service but not even wanting to assist customers is a different thing. Never coming to this location again. Hire better employees

Had an appointment for 16:30 and even mentioned that I had an appointment when walking in. Waited for thirty minutes and then was told that the people going before me had been walk-ins that came in earlier. Worst hair cut service I have ever had. They lost any future business from me that day.

Very unsatisfied. I had brown hair, and asked to go golden blonde. I got white with yellow streaks. After explaining that I didnt like it, and its not what I asked for, I was told youll get used to it. I also asked to get my bangs cut. They were to my jaw, and i wanted them to my eyebrows. The employee barely took any off, my bangs are now to my cheeks. I was there for 5 hours. Being left unattended and not checked on for 30- 45 mins at a time sitting with chemicals in my hair. When it was time for the toner, I sat down with my head in the sink, and it was so strong I was coughing and gagging. My eyes were watering and i couldnt breathe, instead of stopping, the employee just laughed and agreed that it was strong and thew a towel on my face. Then again left me for about an hour. 65$ later, and I have the worst hair Ive ever had. Never going there again.

Worst service I have yet to see they lie about prices and change them when you in the middle of having it done. They are also a mess on coloring hair its all together just sloppy. I always think long and hard before leaving a negative review, but this one I gotta do. The cut was about a month or so ago. I came in and—though there were about 5-6 people in there, only one was cutting hair. The others were all lounging in the chairs and laughing and talking, and on their phones. I put my name on the list and stood, waiting for at least someone to look up and see that I was there (I dont expect fawning greetings just because I happened to come through the door)—and I waited. And waited. It stretched out two like, at least 30-60 seconds of me standing there, and the girls just kept chatting. DIdnt look at me, didnt glance at me--nothing. Like no one was even there. Finally the stylist who was actually in the middle of cutting someone elses hair looks up at me and greets me. At that point, one of the others seems to awaken to the fact that she was needed, and I was put in a chair right away (I dont mind waiting, I really dont. And like---for all I know, they could have been on break, or something. Just from the outside--the prolonged silence and waiting, and the person who was already working having to greet a new customer--it wasnt good).Part two! I am of course used to chatting with stylists. Thats part of the experience! This stylist though—shed ask me questions, and then interrupt me a sentence in and talk about herself before asking another question and doing the same thing. I ended up just yeah, uh huh, yup, yeah nodding my way through and not trying to actually answer anything, because it didnt seem like she was actually at all interested in my answers. (Again--I dont expect to be fawned over. But this was so far from a normal conversation, it was a little perplexing). I explained what Id like with my hair (I have a very short pixie/boy cut with a tapered fringe), as I was growing it out after having literally shaved it all off. She snipped uncertainly for literally about five minutes, and then whisked the sheet off of me and said we were done.I was already a little flurried and off-balance because I couldnt get a word in edgewise, but I did manage to say something along the lines of um are you going to trim--? and she briefly and briskly touched on that thing, and then hustled me out to pay.When I got home and got a good look at myself in the mirror, I was blown away. One of the reasons I shaved my head at the beginning of the summer was because I had gotten a terrible haircut that was beyond fixing—and this cut was worse. She hadnt even done basic things like comparing the length on either side of my face from the front. One sidelock was about an inch longer than the other (AND I had asked her to please NOT cut those at all, but--alright, ok). The back was unevenly cut, ragged over my ears, and the length all over was a mess. There was so much wrong, it would take ten minutes to describe it all. I had to ask my wife to take scissors to it to repair the damage, and it was a rescue operation at best.I should have come back in to address this in person, but I really wasnt at all excited about having a repeat of any of that. So--unfortunately, a cataclysmically bad cut and a really unpleasant service experience dictate heading to a different salon next time.

My wife went to get her hair dyed blond they dyed it what they wanted and the made her pay with no apology or anything.. Im going to ask for my money back if not I am calling corporate
