I just got my hair done here and it was honestly one of the best salon experiences Ive ever had. Silvia colored my hair and was so sweet and amazing! Ive always wanted to go full blond but I was hesitant because other stylist discouraged me from doing it. And today when I came in I was planning on just going slightly red with highlights but mentioned that Ive always wanted to go blond. She actually listened to me and encouraged me to do what I really wanted, unlike other stylist. It turned out beautiful and Im feeling so confident with it. I was having a horrible day and she made it 1000× better!!! Thank you so much Silvia!!

Matt and Alma made me feel so welcome today and I will definitely be visiting again! I noticed that this salon does accept walk-ins, but with their talented stylists it should be expected that they will be pretty busy, so I suggest calling ahead or scheduling online rather than just walking in.Matt has been doing my hair for over a year now and he has always exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend him!

Alma was so lovely! I had some bad dead ends that I needed trimmed ASAP, and she promptly got me seated and taken care of. She had great hospitality, and was so sweet. She did a great job, and my hair feels healthy and soft again.

So incredibly disappointed!Used to love the place! Up until me and my moms last visit...where I learned SILVIA, (who I believe is the owner), can be EXTREMELY rude and difficult to deal with. She doesnt mince her words AT ALL. While theres nothing wrong with being blunt and direct, there is no need to make a person feel bad! Especially about how they look! My mom is in her 50s, in the process of learning English and still doesnt know how to defend herself 100%, and Silvia was absurdly mean and disrespectful to her for no reason.Silvia got mad at my mom for doing her own hair(???) instead of coming to the salon, and attacked/talked trash on her because of it. And she wasnt even the one doing my moms hair. Alma was the one doing it (shes super nice and kind btw); but Silvia I guess decided to go in, humiliate my mom and leave?!Never thought the stylists were the most professional/good but they all were always really nice and did what they knew to do.I was able to overlook the dirty/worn out sinks and brushes, and how late they always are for the appointments (as mentioned in many reviews on here); but I will not tolerate the lack of professionalism Silvia has! They just lost 4 girl clients who spend a lot doing hair. We wont be coming back!

I really enjoy coming to style 10, Both stylist are very professional. Last time I came I really enjoyed talking with Rubén about motorcycles. And by the way both are bilingual.

I am sad to have to give this place a bad review. I went to try and get my haircut but after 20 minutes of waiting I had to leave because she was nowhere near close to being done with the person ahead of me. Also, I know sometimes things get tricky but she had two young kids there and she did not seem focused.

Silvia perez shes so rude shes done a good job before but nows just always the same shes not that professional either and super rude. I would not recommend it. She’s also most the time late

We walked in asking if we could get 2 girls up dos for prom within the next hour. They got us right in and got us out in an hour so they could get to prom in time. We didnt have a good idea of what we wanted, but we showed them two pictures and told them the theme and their hair looks gorgeous! Thank you so much!

I’ve been going to Style 10 for over 10 years and absolutely love this salon and their stylists! Sylvia always takes care of me and her attention to detail and customer satisfaction is top notch! She is consistently going above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy with their cut, color and style. I have pretty difficult hair to lighten and she did a phenomenal job at lifting the black and orange tones out of my hair. I’ve made the mistake on one occasion of going to another salon once when I couldn’t get into the schedule and I immediately regretted it. Thank you Style 10 for being my go to salon. I refer all my friends and family here!

I agreed on a date and time for me to come in to get my hair done. I drove almost 45 min to the salon to be turned down and rescheduled. I had texted I was 5 min late and that’s how I found out Silviia had an “emergency” prior to the appointment. she could of communicated better to let me know to reschedule she didn’t offer to reschedule Definitely won’t be coming back!

Great technique! Great interpersonal skills and customer service! We live in Idaho but every time we are down in Orem we HAVE TO go make a stop in here. They do a great job. My husband and I were walk-ins and the owner herself took us in and cut our hair. My husband has curly thin hair and he is never satisfied with his haircut but he is so happy every time he gets to cut it in Style 10. I went only for a haircut this time but she took the time to tell me about me needing a different shampoo for my recently colored hair. Above and beyond!

BAD. SERVICE. We traveled an hour to go to this place and came in and they said it would be an hour wait and so we walked around the mall for an hour and came back and waited almost an hour more. The lady said youre next, just give me a few minutes.. and afamily of four came in and she started working on them instead. We said excuse me how much longer am I going to have to wait? And she said sorry amigo, Im booked until 7 and the guy working on walk-ins will be awhile longer.. I wish they wouldve told us that before we waited so long.. now weve waited 2 hours for Silvia Perez to just lie to us.

Ive got my hair cut here a few times. Its not clean, I questioned the cleanliness of the brushes and blades and such, and everything is old and worn... I could swallow this for $10... but recently they changed their price from $10 to $20 for a guys haircut, but it is not a $20 haircut kind of experience. Will certainly not becoming back. There are better facilities for cheaper prices.

So my experience here was interesting. I had two appointments, one on a Friday and one the following Tuesday. My experience Friday was not great-in fact, if I wrote a review Friday I would have given them 2 stars. The male stylist who cut my hair Friday did really good work, but he took 3 separate phone calls during my haircut. Holding my hair in one hand, and his personal cell in the other. It wasnt the store phone. Each phone call lasted two or three minutes. I was not happy about that. But the cut was good. Service could use some work. Granted, my appointment was at 7 and they got me in at 6:30 because I showed up early. So, I also wanted highlights but there wasnt time during my Friday appointment, so I made a return appointment for Tuesday to come in and do my highlights.On Tuesday, I went in to my appointment which was at 5 but I didnt get in till 5:15. So I got my dye put in and then sat to the side to let it dry. My stylist was Silvia, and while I was waiting she had a few other people come in. They knew her by name and she knew them, she seems to have a pretty good client base and her customer service is on point! She has people come in just to see her. When it was my turn to finish up, she rinsed my hair out and my highlights looked amazing!! I showed her a picture from Pinterest of the type of look I was going for and she totally nailed it, my hair looks and feels amazing, better than any stylist Ive been to before and tried to have them do the same thing. So Im very happy with it now :) I have a stylist that I think I can finally return to in the future. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a very friendly, professional, and savvy stylist! She gave me some styling tips on how to style my type of hair and knew exactly what I needed to do. I had a wonderful experience!!!

Made an appointment and the stylist took forever. The station that I sat at was full of hair from the previous client. She did not bother sweeping it off the floor nor the chair. The sink still had the hair color supplies from two clients before. I walked out. Good luck.

This was an amazing experience. The salon was clean and well equipped to treat all textures of hair. The staff was happy and knowledgeable and my hair came out amazing. They really made time for their clients, rather you’re a walk in or have an appointment.

Super disappointed. The stylist was a few minutes late for my daughters haircut, which I could have overlooked if he had done a good job.I showed him a picture of my daughters last haircut (kind of a long bob that angled from shoulder length in the back to collar bone length in front) and asked if he could do the same thing. He said yes. Im not sure if he didnt know what I was asking for, or if it just wasnt in his wheelhouse, but it ended up significantly longer in one side, and just looks super choppy from the back. To top it off, he charged my 10 year old for an adult haircut, and didnt even shampoo her hair or anything. Felt like a very cut-rate haircut compared to what we were charged. Would not go back.

I really enjoy getting haircuts here I’m usually a walk in costumer and always get what I need done. I always come to get a haircut here they are friendly and good with costumers.

Mirna always does a fantastic job, but when I most recently went for a haircut she wasn’t there so I took a chance on a different stylist that was there. She did an absolutely awful job. The layers were very uneven even after I pointed out that one side was half an inch longer than the other she couldn’t seem to cut straight. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have it all fixed.

Fantastic color and haircut, great prices and great conversation. I got my haircut and colored from another place at the mall and it turned Orange. I went to Style 10 desperately wanting it fixed. Not only did she fix the color but she took the time to review different styles, colors, ect.. Silvia really makes you feel comfortable and like your getting a high quality cut where she takes her time and makes sure your pleased before she finishes. I will definitely return and if you dont want to feel like a number, where they just get you in and out fast and want quality and good conversation then this is the place!!! Thanjs again Silvia.

I walked out with highlights of golden, brown, and carmel, a root correction with lightening, and the haircut I wanted (deep layering that preserved most my length).Nancy and Silvia are true professionals, guiding me through every step of the process. Ive never had hair this healthy or radiating from any salon I went to in the past. If youre hesitant to color, highlight, or just get a haircut please give this a try. They gave me all over lightening from a black boxed kit, I didnt know how much I could plan for before. My hair is healthy after the process. Went above and beyond anything I imagined.Thank you for my beautiful new hair!

DO NOT waste your time making an appointment with RUBEN CATALANO. I am from out of state visiting my 16 year old daughter who had a special pass to leave the hospital where she has been getting treatment for the past 2 months. I told this to the very nice woman who answered the phone when I made the appointment. My sick daughter was so excited to get her hair dyed blue. All the staff at the hospital and other patients were so excited to to see her hair. Yes, this was supposed to be a big deal, super fun, and exciting pass from the hospital. When arriving for the 7:30pm appointment at 7:20pm the 2 male stylists did not even acknowledge us, so I said, “Ruben?” RUBEN CATALANO looks over, I say hi, and told him that his next client is here. RUBEN CATALANO simply said “ok.” 20 min later I ask him how much longer he’ll be. He lazily says, “I don’t know, maybe 30 more minutes.” I then ask him if he thinks he’s even going to have time to dye my daughter’s hair. What does he say??!!!!!!! In the most uncaring blasé way RUBEN CATALANO says, “I don’t know.” UNBELIEVABLE!!! He clearly could not care less about his next client, my sick daughter! To say she was disappointed is an understatement. It broke my mama heart to see the highlight of my daughter’s evening crash down in front of her by RUBEN CATALANO who could not care less. Extremely unprofessional and rude! Not ok!

Horrible service and communication. Specifically asked for only a trim on the bottom and asked for less than half an inch off and ended up with a super short bob haircut. A few inches were taken off if not more. Also way overpriced. The hairstylist took personal calls the whole time and fought with me about what I wanted. I spent around 10 whole minutes explaining what I wanted and she cut a chunk and after I asked not to cut anymore she insisted on fixing the layers and wrecked my whole head. Really unpleasant and deeply unsatisfied

This was the best experience I had with getting my hair cut. I was apprehensive going in as I had a few too many bad hair cutting experiences but Silvia immediately put me at ease. I appreciate that she listed to what I wanted and was honest with me about what would work for my hair. She did a wonderful job not only with the hair cut but also with explaining what she was going to do on my hair before she did it. My hair ended up looking great and I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent place, great service, especially SILVIA, very friendly and attentive, the service provided by her, is cheerful and relaxed! Not to mention, Portuguese, Spanish and English speak very well!

I like making cuts, but the time is still waiting appointment is long. I have young children difficult to control in an open space. I come twice a month and has always happened to me almost half an hour late 🤦🏻♀️
