I’ve been to Jake twice to for my buzzed undercut on my Polynesian curly hair and he did not disappoint! He’s talkative, professional, and gets the cut done clean. The environment is relaxed, clean, and comfortable. Setting my appointment as a walk-in and over the phone was easy. My walk-in experience they were kind enough to fit me into their busy schedule, and calling in for my appointment they sent a follow-up text for a reminder. Great atmosphere and great company.

A+ For Jacob. Im not usually very outspoken, and I have a hard time communicating with the Barber (as most of them dominate the conversation). Jacob was really good at listening and fully understanding what I wanted even though I didnt say it straightforward. On top of that, whenever I hesitated, he did amazing at asking questions to understand why I hesitated. Fantastic job. Would go to him again. Very respectful.

Joe and Sandy are highly knowledgeable individuals, Sandy particularly in recommending product, and Joe did an awesome job with my hair. Being a guy with long hair and talking to many stylists that just dont sound confident has been stressful. I havent let anyone cut it in two years and Joe convinced me to let him layer it up and specifics on how he think he should do my beard after telling him what Im wanting, and it was a fantastic job and service. You can tell these fellas know their stuff, and the confidence shows. Great price, and great customer service all around.

I told the barber I wanted my hair really short and that I wanted to barley be able to style it and he only cut the sides of my hair and left months of growth on top that I absolutely dislike.. He then decided to style my hair with a part, Ive never had a part in my hair. When I told him I didnt know how to style it he just ignored that.

I went in for a beard trim, it was quick and I came out with some helpful tips on how to care for my beard much better. I was able to make my appointment online and Bill was their waiting for me when I came in. The store is small, made just a little smaller with the addition on the barber shop, but with only one stool in the shop it feels just a little more personal. As far as their products go, they have a long lasting sent that both myself and my wife love.

I bought some of their beard wash and conditioner and it feels fantastic. Great products and the guys are exceedingly knowledgeable in that craft. Very mab3ly store too.

I treated my hubby to a mustache and beard trim as well as a traditional straight razor shave with the oil and warm shaving cream. He loved it, and he was even more handsome and happier than ever! Thank you!

I love this store! They carry a huge supply of artisan shaving soaps and creams. My favorite soaps are Stirling soaps and they have a great variety here. There are no other shave shops with these kinds of products at these great prices in Utah. They also have some great shaving brushes including some custom Shave Envy brushes that are beautiful.The one downside to this store for me was that the razor blades are much cheaper online. $5 for a 5 pack of blades is too much.They also have beard care products and some nice fedora hats. If you are into traditional wet shaving and live in Utah you need to go to this store!

I dont go anywhere else for my haircut. the barbershop is in the back. the barber himself gives the closest shave (skin) and I always come out looking sharp and ready to take on the world. You have to get your haircut done by a barber. not many around in Utah County

Saturday was a tragic day. After a long & stressful week, & several weeks of training to build up my muscle strength to the challenge, I tackled the atlas stone for the first time with my strongman training coach.The stone kicked back on me as I couldnt quite get it up over the bar, & caught one half of my forked 14 inch long beard in it. AndRIPPEDITOFF.Devastated, I was in shock, but I did not despair entirely, for my coachs brother also had a majestic beard & calmed me down. We could salvage it. Right after I picked that stone up & over that bar with all the rage of a viking berserk.On coachs brothers advice, I stopped by mini moustachery before I had to go to work, & bill helped me with some wax & advice on how to help strengthen & shape the leftover half of my beard to something I could live with. Thankfully, it was salvageable, as Ive had this one for 5 years & was rather upset at losing so much length.So if you have a beard emergency, these guys will help!

I have a love and hate opinion of the Mini Moustachery. I love having a local place to purchase quality shaving and other goods. Their in house brand is very nice. I had a experience that made me feel less likely to return. Black Friday 2017, it was advertised everything was 15 to 20 percent off. When I looked at some of the normal product I usually purchase, I noticed the price has gone up. I checked online and found the prices were what they normally were. This leads me to believe they marked up the prices and then, advertised a black Friday sale. When I pointed this out, one of the staff Im his very annoyed voice said thats because they dont charge you shipping I pointed out, thats not true. He then said well, we have overhead Another then stepped in and said they would match the price. As I purchased my stuff, I received a very annoyed stare by the staff trying to defend the price mark up.

Scheduled an appointment with Joe and he hooked me up with a sick fade for date night with the wife.

My husband really likes this store, he absolutely loves the hats they offer. The employee working wasnt rude but wasnt extremely friendly either. I gave four stars because its kinda pricey. Kind of a small shop but thats okay, my husband will definitely return.

I ran into this place while at University Mall over the weekend and was blown away by the selection of shaving supplies, and brands. I probably took way to long choosing a shaving soap, but they just had so many options! I have never been in a moustachery before with so much variety of everything and great reasonable prices! Why two star: I think the staff have absolutely no clue about the products they are recommending (this is after multiple visits). Each time I have gone (they’ve been sold out of my favorite “Layrite Cement Clay”) I ask for a comparable replacement - after sharing the reasons I like layrite (strong hold and matte finish emphasisizing I’m a clay kind of guy). I have been recommended pomades every time (high shine and weak hold compared to clay).I think it’s a great shop. I love that they carry the specialty products. I only wish the staff were better trained or would withhold their halfhearted recommendations.

My experience with this store is very little but first impressions make a lasting impression and the employee at this store was so rude from the small interaction I witnessed that I will never go there! A small niche business is going to thrive or fail on customer service and relations. Hope they can see this review and fix the problem.
