We came here very defeated after being to about 3 other dealerships saying they would not be able to help us get a vehicle. The salesman was very attentive to our needs, patient and helpful. The lady handling finances was very personable and nice. Clearly explaining everything along the way made it very stress free. I am so pleased with their services and how pleasant being here was. If I could give this a 4.5 I would! I came in wanting to trade my Porsche Cayenne and they were the most flexible and helpful - after a month of thorough car hunting this location (specifically Reuben) was able to get me into the right car that I wanted. Even with the low inventory they were able to assist me in getting a car that fit my very specific mold. Will surely be coming back here again!!

I purchased my 2017 Ford Explorer roughly 3 months ago with the agreement written that the Larry H Miller Used Car Dealership Orem would repair the driver and passenger windows. The windows stutter when they come down. They told us to take it to the service department and theywould get it done. My husband took it in and they applied a lubricant to the windows, which fixed about 80% of the problem. After addressing the issue with the manager Jared, that the windows were still stuttering, another coat of lubricant was applied. My husband was told it was “good enough”. He was then asked to call the Orem store manager, Jonathan, after finishing up with Jared. When speaking with Jonathan, who was very rude in their conversation, he stated that the windows operate good enough and that he would not be willing to fix it. My husband explained to him that the contract stated the windows would get fixed and he replied that he would not be putting more money into fixing our windows.
This is the second car we’ve purchased from this location. Buying a used car is both annoying and stressful, but Johnny and Mason got us sorted out and helped us find the perfect vehicle to suit our lifestyle and our needs. When we were in a tight spot, LHM got us through without taking advantage of the situation.

Went in ready to buy. Everything went smoothly until it came to signing. I have a 800 credit score and was given a higher rate of 5% and when asked about the interest rate, I was told to not worry and just sign. Plus they wanted the down payment before finalizing the interest rate. When I pushed back and asked to know my actual rate I was told to wait. After 10 minutes, I asked how much longer it would take. I was told at least another 45 minutes. It felt like they were trying to wear me down to just sign the original rate. I dont know if this is their sales tactic or just tried to take advantage of me because Im Hispanic. Felt they were condescending and didnt really care to sell me a car. I would not recommend this location to any of my friends or family.Save your time and go somewhere else, where they treatyou with respect.

Went as a first time buyer and they helped me get a car on my monthly price range and my down payment price range which was nice, but then they called me a week later and said they needed more money monthly and a bigger down payment. Not sure why they would have me sign paper work showing what I was approved for if they didn’t even know if I really was approved. I think they just really really wanted to sale a car. Honestly shouldn’t have signed these new papers.

When you think of the stereotypical car salesmen, that is about what you can expect here. Dodging questions about price, disregarding your budget entirely and showing you cars that you will later realize are double and even close to triple what you can afford.The sales tactic they use seems to be not to discuss or break down costs until after youve decided to purchase the car and gone through half the paperwork. During our experience, we signed paper after paper that stated something to the effect of we agree to the purchase of this car as long as the price is right. During this process, we both felt odd about going through so much paperwork without even knowing the cost of the car, and when we asked, our salesman replied with Im not the numbers guy. Im just the guy who gets you to fall in love with the car When we asked to speak with the numbers guy he told us that thats who we would be speaking with after him. Unbeknownst to us, our salesman, knowing our budget, sold us on and had us get started on the paperwork with a car that was almost three times our original budget. And the numbers guy was actually the person who was there to finalize the sale. So out of the three hours that we were there, the last twenty minutes is when we were finally able to get someone to tell us a price and breakdown of the purchase.Very sus and shady tactic from a customers perspective.

I previously bought a vehicle from here and decided to come back. The process of finding a new Vehicle was great! Until it brought upon promises that were not kept and some other things. First I referred someone to purchase a vehicle it had been 4 months with no referral so we called and they said come down and they will double the referral making it $400. Instantly I assumed they were going to try and get me into a vehicle and put the referral down towards it which they did. When it came down to the final deal I asked $400 cash for the referral they agreed, papers were signed, after they were signed I was told it would be an easier process to get a $400 Amazon gift card before thinking about what they had said I said yes. Then double checked if it was an Amazon gift card and another sales man told me that it would actually be a $400 visa gift card and the other salesman was incorrect which I was happy with considering I’m a single mother. I was told the gift card would be there on Tuesday at the latest and to come by then. Over the weekend I seen almost the exact same car that I purchased with 1,000 more miles and priced 6,000 less on their website. I brushed it off thinking maybe there were internal problems etc.. Tuesday came and no gift card, The people i referred ended up going to their location asking about their referral and mine. They told them that they were going to be checks mailed out but mine had to be 2 seperate checks $200 each for whatever reason. They then said to call the following Monday to see if they arrived. Called the following Monday and SURPRISE nothing was done, no checks. At this point I’m just very frustrated I get a call and they said they were getting the Amazon card loaded and just needed my information. I said wait, it went from an Amazon gift card to a visa gift card to a check and now back to the Amazon gift card. I told him I preferred the check. He said he could do $200 in a check but not the other because of “taxes” and told me to bring down someone I told them about that they were possibly thinking about buying a car and once I refer them I’ll get the other $200 that I was promised a couple weeks ago. At that point from being so frustrated I finally gave up. STOP PROMISING THINGS THAT YOU CANT DO. Especially to someone you know is a single mother and struggling financially. No I will not be bringing in the other referral, Needless to say I will never refer anyone moving forward. Keep your promises is all I have to say. Very disappointed

They made me feel like I was getting a good deal on a 2005 Toyota Corolla, so I bought it. Then later I went to KBB to see what my car was worth. I paid about $4000 more than top dollar for my car, and it was not in top dollar condition. Within a week of buying the car the check engine light came on and the plastic lining of the wheel well fell out on one of the tires. I’m not even sure why the bank approved my loan.They had a big sign up about integrity up while I was there, it’s a total lie!

I went there to buy a pickup. We explained exactly what we wanted for our trade in and the amount we wanted to spend after the trade in. They took us up to their lot in Sandy. We found a truck we liked but it was a little more than we wanted to spend. I mentioned a low price I would love to pay. He said is I could find the same truck for the lower price he would sell it to me at that price. I quickly found one on KSL and showed it to him. He said well they are a small dealership and you cant trust them. They said not to worry, lets take it back and work some numbers and see what we can do. The first price they came back with was 7 thousand more than the asking price they had online and 9 thousand more than we wanted to spend.We again gave them the amount we wanted to spend again. They said they could not get this truck where we wanted it. I kindly said you have my number, if you change your mind, give me a call.The service manager became upset, raised his voice and demanded us to tell him why we had waisted the salesmens time. He then asked us to pay the salesmen for his time. I have never been treated so poorly by any dealership. We were ready to buy a truck but after they way we were treated here, I will never buy another car from them.

If you need a car, definitely do not go here. Decided to stop here one day due to boredom and realized they had my dream car, I couldn’t leave without at least test driving it. I soon fell in love and was signing papers within hours. Santiago was amazing, very nice and very helpful, but everyone else not so much. We signed the papers and left in my new electric car. Noticed that the car was not cleaned and there were stains all over the car. But I pushed that aside. Fast forward 24 hours. Driving from provo to American fork drains the battery, have to stop and charge in provo to make it home. Seems weird but I brush it off. Next day I go to charge the car, it won’t charge. Try 3 different chargers and it won’t charge. I call the dealership and they tell me to stop there to discuss. I leave work and go, to only be told there is nothing they can to today because the “boss man” isn’t there and to come back the next day. They offered to call Volkswagen to see if the battery was under warranty, but I refused and told them I did not want the car. They put me in a loaner car which surprised me, and I happily left. After looking in the car, it was filled with McDonald’s bags, which I’m assuming is from all the salesmen who sit in the cars their entire shift, eating and spitting out the window. I go back the next day, wanting to at least exchange the car, but hoping for a return since the car they sold me was a complete lemon, and they didn’t inform me of the problems. They told me they would be able to exchange the car, but I would have limited options due to filing bankruptcy. They did not have any cars that would work on their lot, so they drove us to sandy. Nothing there. Drove to the next location and found a car, they told me the payment would be $20 more than I was currently paying on the dud they sold me, and I said that was alright. They told us to drive it back to provo but we realized it needed antifreeze. Instead of taking it into the service bay, they told us to stop and buy antifreeze ourselves and they would reimburse us. We got to provo and started to get the numbers going, suddenly the payments were $53 more? Not a chance. I asked what my other options were and the salesman got uptight and snippy. I told him I cannot do that payment and he walked away. While he was gone, another salesmen was on his personal phone with an insurance company fighting with them. He was on the phone for the entire time we were there signing papers. He was helping a customer as well and they were waiting, and he kept giving them the “one second finger” super unprofessional and disrespectful . My salesman Came back and got the payments to the promised price. Finally signed the papers and left. Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in my life. They are pushy, rude and disgusting. I understand needing to eat, but don’t do it in the cars you are trying to sell. And especially don’t leave the trash behind in it. Also, they put the dud, undriveable car that I originally purchased right back out on the lot as soon as I left. Do not trust these scummy men.

Dont get the service contract. Annoying beyond words the hoops they make you go through to get the service you pay for.Despite living in Springville and buying our vehicle in Orem, we can only get service in Draper. On the phone, they say if you make it here before 5, we can do the service.My wife drove 40 minutes to make it in before 5, waited for an hour in line only to be sent home without getting our vehicle serviced.Beyond frustrating.
The only reason they have so many good reviews is because each salesperson gets a cash reward if they convince their buyer to leave a good review. Proceed with caution. They will do everything they can to screw you over. They also definitely sold our personal information, because we got a ton of scam calls after purchasing a car from them. Ask them about every item, every fee, and every provision in the contract. I asked about a bunch of fees they added and they admitted that they arent required, they just add them to the bill at the end because buyers usually dont notice.They are all just greasy summer-sales boys that think they are smarter than you and will do anything for a good commission. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

It is exactly what I needed.The only reason I didnt give him a 5 Star review is that he told me he could get my payments below $350, which was the high end of my budget. I ended up with a payment of $389. I wish he would not have even showed me the car if he knew he couldnt meet my budget.Because of my financial situation I felt I couldnt bargain with him to get the car down to my perferred payment. I feel that had my credit been pristine that I would have gotten the payment I needed. It made me feel like I was being taken advantage of a little bit.
