Up until this point I have had a great experience with them. I purchased my car and even got a warranty to fix things on it along with the oil change package. They have even had same day appointments to get oil changes. But now after several years I finally have need to take advantage of the warranty that I purchased and now all of a sudden they dont have an appointment for over a week. And in the meantime I cant drive my car. 3 stars because they have been great with the small things, and not great at all with the one big thing I have had. Willing to change my review if I can get a satisfactory response.
They bend stuff — but it’s not over backwards to help you. I went in for the buy back event after getting a letter with a buyback price. They knew the details on my 4 runner as I had been in recently. I made an appointment and came when scheduled. They like to play games and had me waiting for over an hour while the sales rep talked to the wiZZard of Ox behind the glass. Finally after 90 minutes they were able to figure out the value of a car they sell every day. Rather rudely the sales rep informed me that they were offing 2/3 the price and pointed to the fine print and said you need to read the fine print. Great but do you have to screw around and make we wait an hour to know that?? I love Toyota’s (I currently own 3) but would never buy from Brent Brown.
I went to a bunch of dealerships and I liked this one the best. Steven specifically was really helpful, make sure to ask for him. We LOVE our new Toyota RAV4, it’s far surpassed our expectations.
Friendly sales guys. I like Toyota. It’s always the same dealer “song and dance” but these guys are all super chill and nicer than the other Toyota dealers around. Not super pushy. I love my car, too.
Had a wonderful experience working with them on the purchase of our new car! I initially called to ask some questions about availability and they asked me ALL of the questions about what I wanted from model to specs to features and then proceeded to check all of their inventory to tell me which cars would be a best fit considering what I was looking for.I worked with Brock for the sales agent and he was GREAT! Extremely easy to get ahold of and I didn’t feel pressured by him. He just wanted to help us get into something we liked. Overall, really enjoyed my experience with them.

I chose Brent brown because I was referred by a friend. I drove 3 hours to get my Camry even though I could’ve chose a dealership closer to me. When purchasing my car I told the finance manager who I was referred by and made sure the referral bonus still applied. He assured me that my friend would get the bonus in the mail. A few weeks later my friend calls about it, and no one at the dealership knows who I am. They’re sleazy and I had a horrible experience. This was just the tipping point of the many things they put me through.
I called in the other week looking to purchase a new key since my key has been acting up lately and I don’t have a spare. The lady quoted me 120$ for the Smart Key, programming and all. I then ask the lady how much it would exactly be for two keys since the key I have no longer works. The young lady said she will need to talk to one of their techs just to make sure and puts me on hold. Couple minutes go by and she gets back on the phone. She stated it will be 120$ For Each key! So just to CONFIRM I asked if this is the key for a push start vehicle correct? (I already gave her my model and year so I’m sure she already knew it was a push start but I wanted to make sure just in case) She then confirms yes 120$ for a new smart key!. so then I stated it would be 240$ for two before taxes?.She confirmed with me and then proceeded to tell me the wait time is about a week. I need a new key as of right now but this beats the prices of locksmiths I’ve called prior so I decided to wait a week. The day comes that and I go in to get my new keys and I’m waiting in line outside of brent brown Toyota. I check in, tech comes out and says you’re here for two keys? And I confirm yes! He then asks me how much did they say it would be? I then said they quoted me 120$ per key. Then he says that’s per programming. I then proceeded to tell him what they told me. He then said the key itself is around 250$ a key plus I’ll have to pay the 120$ On top. There’s nothing he could do. I was extremely upset and left. Horrible experience

We came here on Tuesday looking to get a car. We didn’t have any specific car in mind, we looked at some cars and ended up leaving ( after almost spending the whole day there) disappointed due to the fact that we did not qualify for a car that we were told was an option.We came back the next day with some questions and we had Ruben help us. He was extremely helpful, polite, and helped us get the car we were looking at the day before! He made sure that we were able to get a car that fitted us perfectly! We will definitely be coming back in the future. Ask for Ruben!

This is regarding the service center. I took in my car to get looked at and they said there is a $130 charge per item they look into. I said OK and then they came back with a price quote that seemed way to high. I called around and it was literally DOUBLE what another shop said they charge for the same service.I think they hope that after you pay have paid $130 discovery fee (which you can apply to the work) - you wont want to go somewhere else.Lastly, when I turned down all the services and went to pick up my car (and paid the fee to look into the issue), they told me that one of the parts that they had said needed to be replaced, actually wasnt that bad off and would work without being replaced!?!And then they asked me for my credit card - which I provided - but they couldnt accept because it doesnt show the card numbers on it - they dont even have card readers - they manually enter your card numbers into a website. They let me put my number in myself and I saw that the browser had stored other customers cards (probably because someone forgot to hit no when it prompted to save it). So the browser in the service center has who knows how many customers card numbers stored on it that can be used on any website at any time without the customer knowing - crazy - this is 2021, right? Talk about a huge security / safety problem.All of this from a dealership that supposedly puts customers first.I would literally avoid buying a Toyota to not have to go to this service center.

Service experience was horrible. Made an appointment to get the oil change a week in advance. Day of appointment waited two hours then was told they had to order a filter. We are waiting for the part to come. I tried to get a resolution, but it was basically dont let the door hit you.McKay is great. We drove from SLC to Brent Brown on a whim. Extremely disappointed with Brent brown Toyota, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I have now had 2 negative experiences, after purchasing my new car, I took it in for its first scheduled maintenance, after talking with the service writer (same service writer both experiences) I asked him to ask the mechanic to mount my license plate, a quick 2 easy bolt install, after receiving the vehicle back, I noticed my plate wasn’t mounted because “it wasn’t apart of the scheduled service” I was annoyed, but let it slide. After hitting 10k miles on my vehicle I brought it back in for the next Toyota care scheduled service, I have noticed there are rust dots all over the vehicle, they cover the front, sides and rear, I also have the clear bra installed. I brought up my concerns about the rust with the service writer, he told me the mechanic would diagnose the issue, I also requested the rear diff fluid to be checked, and he said he would ask as well. Being curious as I am, I went and sat on the grass and watched my car drive into the shop and watched the mechanics work, I am extremely dissatisfied after watching the dishonest work, they did not diagnose the rust or even take a look at it, the car was dirty from rain and they didn’t clean off any of it to look at the rust, once my vehicle left the shop I went back to the service writer and asked him about the diagnostic and he told me that I should try to “wax” my car and see if the rust goes away, I do not want to hide the rust, I want it properly fixed, not only that, but I have the clear bra and you cannot wax the vehicle with that. We went back and forth and the writer just kept talking in circles, I can’t express how unprofessional this organization is, not only that, but I was informed they cannot check my diff fluid unless I pay out of pocket. The 10k service states “all fluids will be checked and topped off” apparently to them, not all fluids will be checked. Very dishonest and unprofessional, after my vehicle was serviced, they sent me a blank service sheet, nothing had been filled out regarding the status of the multipoint inspection (body damage, tread depth, fluids… etc) it seems like nobody has properly done there job. I now will have to take time out of my busy scheduled to take my vehicle back in for another rust diagnostic. Thanks for wasting my time Brent brown Toyota, Do Not Waste Your Time Here!Edit: I have called Karen 4 separate occasions over these past 3 weeks and have yet to reach her. Please take your business elsewhere!
Ill never buy a car from Brent Brown. I notice while browsing KSL classifieds AND Brent Browns own site that a new Tacoma is available, just listed today. When I call to express interest, Hunter first tells me they dont have any that match the description, then he tells me it already sold (it was just listed today) and that the price listing (on two different websites) was a mistake anyway. One or more of those claims is obviously untrue. But he invited me to come down and look at some other trucks for much more money.
Me and my wife bought our first car and it was an amazing experience.Travis was our sales rep and andy did the finance, the process was extremely easy and they were all very easy to work with.
They knew how to zero in on my needs despite the current shortage of new autos and did their best. Did their best to process our purchase after finding a car that fit our needs. Good job!
Sales guy Ishmael was great. Australian guy who does the writing up is not. Very pushy. My big gripe was when I came to grab my second key a couple weeks after the sale. Ishmael was on break, and I was told a manager would handle it. Sat there waiting over an hour with no assistance. I got up and walked out.
We stopped by just to look and ended up buying. Tom Shields was incredible to work with. He took his time to educate us and explain all of the features on the car. He did not pressure us at all. Tom gave us all of our options and let us make the decisions. Best car buying experience ever. I am thrilled with my new Corolla Apex.
I called to see if the dealership would do an estimate for my insurance on a fender bender I had. The secretary picked up and I asked her if they did estimates. Before I finished speaking she was transferring me to someone else. When they picked up they could not answer my BASIC question and transferred me again. I waited and waited and no one answered. I got an answering machine that told me they could not take my call. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I had a simple question and no one had the answers. I love Toyota but Brent Brown Toyota is a joke.
We are now in August 2021. Tried canceling service agreement just to be ran through the ringer. Sheldon, Andy, Brett, are the cause of this review. Dont believe them when they say they will bend over backwards for you. It a is a lie. They will bend you over and over and you will half to take it. When you call you will get through the first time, then forwarded after that to the automated system. Its been 2 to 21/2 months dealing with this. We where supposed to have the refund in the bank 5 days ago, just to here them give us an excuse of the UPS returning the check to us. We will cut another one. Long story short if you want a headache go through Brent Brown Toyota in Orem.

Ive purchased several trucks from this dealership. My last experience however is the one thats more review worthy than the others. I contacted a total of 6 Toyota dealers, 4 local and 2 out of state.Brent Brown Toyota in the end not only won my business again, but won overall customer service. Brock was able to work the deal so that the only time I actually visited the dealer was when a purchase option was on the table. They were able to take both my vehicles on trade at a competitive price AND gave me the best deal on the new car. Will recommend.
Just recently moved to Utah and my was rear-ended totalling our van, we had no plans of buying brand new but the availability of vehicles gave us no choice. We test drove and decided to sleep on it. The next day I came in on my lunch break Travis was extremely helpful, light-hearted and professional, absolutely great to work with. They got me in and out in under 2 hours; negotiating, financing and temp registration done!! It was a great experience especially given all the trouble Ive had settling with insurance. Now if they would pay me for this review 😏 the deal would be even sweeter!
My experience was so positive, I do not know where to start. Brent Brown Toyota knows how to treat a customer right. I have been searching for a TRD PRO for the last couple days in 4 states so I have spoken to many Salespeople. I was put in contact with Brock D at Brent Brown Toyota who called me right away unlike another dealer just up the freeway from them who called me back 5 hours later. Brent listened to my needs and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. He stopped what he was doing and went out to the lot to verify they actually have the vehicle available and he sent me photos of it. Do you know how many other Dealers told me they have the vehicle and to only tell me hours later it was either not here yet or it was already sold? I literally had another dealer tell me to come down since they had the vehicle I wanted and when I got there, they told me it was coming in three weeks. Anyway, Brent did what it took to get all our paperwork done in a fast efficient manner. He worked with his Used Car Manager to get me top dollar for my trade. We were able to work out all the details over the phone. AND TO TOP IT ALL, He packed up his beautiful family in the Tacoma and drove 4 hours to deliver to me. WHO DOES THIS? We feel so blessed to have found Brock D and Brent Brown Toyota. They will ALWAYS be my first call when we are ready for another Toyota.
Best experience ever. We worked with Tom Shields and from the moment we stepped on the lot it was like working with a friend. Tom was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. When it came to negotiating they gave us a great price that when compared to true car was the cheapest price for the car. When working with finance and Nate Casper was fabulous as well. Nate helped us understand that with our credit we were actually better to purchase rather than lease since it would save us in the long run. I traded in a Tacoma for a Sienna and salesman Elvin helped me do it in record time. Everyone was efficient and friendly. I’d purchase here again. Especially love that they have an awesome service to have any paint dings repaired onsite. Great guy that does this! Only slight negative is difficulty getting ahold of people on phone.

Do not shop for a car here, service is horrible, I’ve emailed and called multiple times to get a cancellation on a warranty and been told each time they would take care of it. When I call to check on the status of the request there are no apologies for the fact it hasn’t been done.Every interaction I’ve had with this dealership has been bad

Came to a Toyota dealer to buy a used Chevy. Tom Shields was great to work with even when the SUV wasn’t quite right and I walked away. Then he showed me a better SUV later that day. He joined me while my mechanic checked it out, he was patient while I took 2 days to decide, and he did what he could to make the buying process quick. Tom wanted me to have the right car more than he wanted to sell his inventory, and he never tried to sell me above my stated price. That was fantastic. 5 stars absolutely.

UPDATE: We talked with the Dealer and they have given us the option to trade it for another vehicle. Just waiting to see if what we want comes in. They are trying to make things better, so I have changed my star review for now........hoping I can delete this review and do a glowing one soon.Still hate buying cars.Dishonest. Will say a lot of things that end up not being accurate.Bought a car that wasnt on the lot and the next day realized I would need something bigger. Talked with the salesman who told me that when the car got there they would be able to either put the cost of the car towards another vehicle (which later changed to it had to be exchanged for something on the lot right then) or they could give me everything but the sales tax back. (Thats what I heard)Decided since they didnt have the vehicle on the lot that we wanted right then to get everything but the sales tax back and wait for the vehicle we wanted to arrive on the lot.Was then told that wasnt one of the options.The fellow we worked with seemed nice but Im feeling like they are just there to make money and will say whatever they need to to do it.We purchased our last car here and had a good experience, this time was a disappointment and I will not be back!!
Always willing to help you out with a sale.As for the service department. The inspections that are supposed to be done during an inspection are sped through and not fully complete. Probably the same with most places, but none the less, not quality inspections.

I bought a car from this dealership and I definitely won’t be going back. I traded in my car and was told that Brent Brown Toyota would pay my loan off which was $25,500. I even showed the salesman my app showing my payoff amount and they said it would be paid off IN FULL I signed my contract and finalized everything. A couple days later (today) I get a call saying I owe a balance of $500 to make up the difference of the $25,000 that they gave me for my trade. This is NOT what I was told when I signed my CONTRACT. I was told that this was going to be completely paid off for $25,500. Also the dealership salesman that sold me my new car quit and won’t reply to my messages. Stay from away from this place better off going to LARRY H MILLER TOYOTA in Murray.

They showed us all of options in vehicles as well as financing etc. We got a great deal and everything went very smooth and quick. We love our new vehicle. They set us up nice.

At first my experience was great, the salesman was awesome. I bought the car and was encouraged to refinance after a year or so. I originally financed through Toyota Financial Services. After a year I got the letter to do a pay off and went that day to UCCU. This was in April. The same day I brought a check to the dealership for the payoff amount. A couple weeks later I called TFS and they said that they hadn’t received my check. The dealership didn’t send it cause they said it was made out to the wrong people. I went and created a new check, and they sent that in. TFS sent the check back saying it was the wrong amount. I went to the dealership and Andy Butcher (finance guy) said we could send it back in. We sent it back and several weeks later TFS sent it back AGAIN. I called them and asked why they continue to reject it. They said it was the wrong payoff amount, and the dealership would be the ones to deal with that. I went back again with TFS on the phone and sat with Andy. Andy told me to use the check to pay down the account and the remainder will be taken care of with 1 phone call. After a month or so of paying down 20,000 on the account there was 300 dollars left. Not to mention my credit has been damaged because of this whole issue, something Andy said wouldn’t happen. He responded to my email and simply told me this isn’t something he deals with. Nobody took initiative to help me. It was all left up to me. If he promises to help you, he won’t. I also don’t suggest financing with Toyota Financial Services. I am extremely patient and am also in customer service. This service was pretty bad, and don’t get it twisted, they aren’t there to help you out. They sell you the car and wash there hands of you.
I’m a person that doesn’t like to leave comments but the way I was treated definitely was holding it in. We went in to trade in our Toyota car for bigger vehicle due to family expanding. Ismael was the one that took care of us I already new he didn’t care about what we were going through. We finally got a car and notice theirs a big crack on the window and also other stuff He made too many promises and I trusted him been driving from kearns back and forward come to find out the car is not ready I been calling them no answer and no communication. It took couple of days finally got the car the salesman ismael said the car is fixed. Come to find out the glass window hasn’t been fixed as they promised no cold ac it just feels like they didn’t care and the car hasn’t been touched. Been stuck outside while my pregnant wife suffered in the heat Lack of communication and I literally had to go to manager report this. Right now we are still struggling with the car with no help at all I call in too many times. Sad to say we thought this dealership was the one now we don’t know who to trust due to the experience we had.

Currently they are charging 2k over MSRP. Which was not disclosed until I asked. Would highly recommend going to another Toyota dealer in the area. Was able to find the exact Tacoma and an upgraded model for a cheaper price because they weren’t marking them up.
I gave $1000 check deposit to Brent Brown at the first of April to order and reserve a Hybrid Highlander as directed. I was told the vehicle would be delivered the end of May. Prior to when the vehicle would be delivered I went in to finalize the price and details and was told the car was sold the night before.Avoid this dealership! They lack integrity or professionalism or class.Response to their response.Their canned response of please call in is pathetic!! I’ve called sales management to resolve this, twice!!! Left messages both times. So far they’ve not called me back!Avoid avoid avoid!!

Why do I think that my experience at Brent Brown service will get better. It is always a long long long wait. And always way beyond their estimate. Last time my scheduled appointment took over FIVE hours. I am sitting at Brent Brown right now. They said it would take about 1.5 hours. I am starting on hour 3. Havent heard a word. Are they all out to lunch. Thats a long lunch. Is this just incompetence? Perhaps. The biggest fool is me for coming back here thinking that they would do better.
They purchased my truck, took 3 weeks to get license plate back and never got my paperwork back. Sales man not responding, Manager dont give a sh..to call and find out, GM hung out on me during phone conversation.Well done!

Bought a car here and had a good experience. It was very low pressure and the salesman that helped me (Jonathan A) was very honest and straightforward with me. It was nice to not have to play games. They had a room where my daughter was able to play, and they had popcorn and hot chocolate which also helped keep her happy during the wait.They have some cool classic cars and decor which I appreciated (pictures attached).

I do not recommend they were unprofessional and made false promises. My sister was a first time car buyer and we came in 2-3 hours before close hoping to find a car for her. After wasting hours looking at cars we couldn’t be qualified for even after they soft checked our credit. The floor manager came out and showed us cars that she could be approved for. She loved the car and decided to get it. At this point because they were closed they were rushing us through paperwork. They said we were approved through UCCU and we were okay with the rates. We get a call weeks later saying that we had to come in and that the numbers were changing. They were very vague. So we make time to come in and the person we set up the meeting didn’t show up and we were waiting 20mins before the finance manager stepped up last minute to try and help us. No paperwork is prepared and the guy didn’t know what was happening. And tells she wasn’t actually approved and that the rates were going to jump to $200 over our monthly payments. Or we could add a third co signer. And it was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional we left without the car because we no longer felt we could trust them and that the price wasn’t worth it at this point. They made a lot of false promises and they didn’t own up to their mistakes and didn’t apologize.

Sales Rep was Micah and he was so polite and respectful and did not hassle us or make us feel pressured into buying a car from Brent Brown Toyota. We were out all day Saturday looking for a newer car for the wife and other dealerships made us feel like we weren’t able to leave unless we bought from them. So it was a nice surprise when we got to Brent Brown that they let us walk the lot and wasn’t standing over our shoulders the whole time. Would definitely recommend if looking for a used or new car

Ive been wanting a hybrid car for quite a long time now so once I got my previous car loan paid to a decent amount I got ahold of Brent Brown and talked to Kai Hendry and told her what I was looking for and she found me a great 2013 Acura ILX Hybrid. Ive had it for about a month now and its been a great little car that I think will last a long while. Kai was very Professional and Friendly and I had a great time at the dealership.
Fast and easy... Rylee was awesome to work with. Overall I would say pretty good.The only issue I had was having to pay 2% on the money I had to put down on my new car, because I dont keep that kind of cash on me on a Friday night, oh and banks arent open that late.Be prepared for that extra OUCH as you are just finishing up the buying process.
We worked with Riley and one of the most enjoyable times you can have, buying a car, you can have. The staff at Brent Brown was very helpful and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner, from the time we entered the dealership to the time we left with a new car was under three hours. I certainly would like to go back.
From the moment I started talking to Bob Sanders, I knew I wanted to do business with him. Bob is the ideal car salesman. He is super friendly, honest, not pushy, and just seems to be a great person in general. We spoke on the phone multiple times over many hours to find my wife the car she wanted. We finally got down to the dealership, late in the day, and we were pleasantly surprised with the selection, especially during this time. My wife picked the car she wanted and Bob made sure to get the payment within our budget. Bob, the finance person, the gentleman who offered us the tinting on the car, and the pleasant young lady who explained all the gadgets in the car were all super friendly and knowledgeable. She loves her knew car and Brent Brown has landed two new customers! Would highly recommend.
Brian Z is the man! Bought my first 4Runner from him he was awesome and honest and gave me a few advices! We purchased a certified used Highlander and our sales rep was Todd. He did a great job getting us the best deal and service. I appreciated his friendly personality and honesty. The dealership so far has been good and we’ll be coming here for service so hopefully this will be our new service home. The only improvement so far I’d suggest is to do a much more thorough detailing job for used vehicles. We found some drink spills on the side of the seats, in cup holders, and grass and debris inside.
Horrible experience I’ve gone to this dealership twice in the past month and a half because unfortunately I got into an accident after I bought a jeep from them so I went back again to get another vehicle. Both times I feel they don’t care for customer service. The first time I went and I traded in my car for $2500 they said they would have that paid off in no time as soon as the banks opened again come to find out I got a late notice for that same vehicle saying that they had not paid it off and I now owe late fees. I called the dealership to see what was going on and I had to wait at least three days because no one could help me and the finance person that did my loan wasn’t in and wouldn’t get back to me. I was avoided the whole time finally they were said that they had sent the check for my car to the wrong address and now were going to hand deliver a check that day. It took them a week after me calling and bugging them to pay my vehicle off. After my accident I decided to go in and get a refund for the warranty I purchased and unfortunately for me they got me to look back at their lot and I found a vehicle I really liked they told me I could drive away paying $790 a month at first I thought that was too high but after thinking about it I reconsidered and I decided I really liked the vehicle and would be willing to make it work. Now they’re telling me that I need $5000 down. In the past two days since I’ve gone in and they’re not willing to work with us at all they’re rude and ignore my phone calls they ignore my emails and text messages I physically have to go in to get answers from them or call them five times in a day to get any answers. They don’t explain anything they could care less about my business and because that’s not customer service I would try your luck elsewhere unless you really find a vehicle that you like but just be aware that their customer service skills are not good and you should know what you’re talking about and have bought a vehicle before before you walk into this shady business. The people that helped me were Nate Casper a finance director and the first sales person I worked with for my jeep her name was Kai and she wasn’t very nice either or helpful and this last salesman I worked with name was Ishmeal and he couldn’t explain to us why all the sudden now we have to pay $5000 down. Again I would not come to this business I would go somewhere else if you can it’s been nothing but a headache and anxiety for my for me and my fiancé.
The online experience was lacking. I made an offer that was within retail book value and they just blew me off instead of continuing to work with me. I purchased from somebody else.
Great customer service. Jacob and Ozzy worked with us and our budget and are top-notch at finding the right fit for their customers. If you’re looking for a car, this is the place to go.
The lady that checked us in Lani was very polite and professional with us. HOWEVER...we had an appointment at 11:40, dropped off 11:35. She told us they were running a little behind and that it would be an hour and a half. We came back at 1:15 and they had not even started! She said people had went to lunch break and so they were running behind. My question is why would they not communicate to us that it would be longer. And also, why are you allowing people to take breaks when the customer isn’t number one?? Hmmm, we won’t be back to this location. The only reason why they get even one star is because our advisor was nice. The overall service deserves 0 stars!
Dishonest company! They took advantage of my elderly parents and used high pressure sales tactics to get them to sign a contract for a vehicle they didn’t want at full purchase price + high fees. They haven’t even paid or received the vehicle yet and Brent Brown Toyota won’t let them out of the contract. Brent Brown doesn’t own this dealership anymore and the new owners are heartless predators.Edited to reply to Brent Brown’s comment: My husband did call and the salesman lost his temper and yelled at him. Brent Brown’s reply here is to make them look good, but they are doing absolutely nothing to resolve this issue.

My spouse purchased a vehicle from here. Included gap insurance and all the warranty’s. After getting the truck home me found scratches that were pretty deep on the door, called Brent brown who told us to bring it in (we live 2 hours away)After we bring it in the state there is no warranty for the paint. A few more months to by And there was an accident with the vehicle and it’s totaled. Send it through insurance, then bring what’s left to gap and they’ve 120% gave us the run around. States they have not received something we know was sent, refuses to call any other department in their location. Seriously the worst customer service. Financed through them also and that’s been a joke. The accident was in NOVEMBER! We are now in March and when we called this morning every department is just pointing fingers at one another with no response. We will be contacting an attorney but if your looking for a good company to purchase a vehicle from, don’t go with this company! Do not purchase gap through them and surely do not finance through them!!!!
Tom Shields was an amazing salesman. He helped us out so much and really truly cared about the experience and the attention that we got. Even though there were some problems that occured that were out of his control, he did the absolute best he could to help us and truly did help us. Well, we purchased a used car for our kids with the help of Brock. He did a fabulous job with pointing us in the right direction. He gets 5 stars. We requested that our car be detailed, even though it wasnt too crazy dirty. When we got in the car, the same dead moth and sunflower seeds were still in the car. I think they might have just vacuumed the floors When you ask for a detail, make sure they know exactly what you want. We spent an hour cleaning it when we got home.The second part is partly my fault. They did not send me home with a title. Again, I should have asked for it. I went back to the dealership the next Monday and asked for it, I was told I had to wait a couple days. It is very difficult to register a vehicle without it. It took about 45 minutes for them to find it. Make sure you have the title in hand. You would think the dealership would automatically know that.

I came in looking at leasing a Tacoma and was immediately helped by a helpful staff member named Kai Hendry. The process was seamless and quick. I got exactly what I wanted and was surprised by the transparency of the whole ordeal. I got some add-ons to my truck and was also pleasantly surprised by the guy who helped me, Shad. He was very kind and helpful. No one was at all pushy or “salesman” like. Overall had a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Worked with Brock Wallace on buying a 2021 Tacoma. Brock was awesome, he found me a Tacoma Off Road in the color I wanted, answered every question promptly, got me set up with their accessories dept., and sent me frequent updates while I waited for the truck to ship and have the mods done. Which, by the way, got done waaay faster than I expected. Super happy with how it turned out.
Over the two years I have had my car I have had two issues. When I bought my car they sold me on additional dent coverage when I called to get a small dent repaired they said it did not qualify. I then called in to get my final oil change covered with my purchase. I even called to confirm that it was my last one. After I drove there I was told it wasn’t and I would need to pay. At this point I was furious and just left. I have not been impressed.
High pressure salesman..I was disappointed with my experience here Friday the 18th. I was interested in looking RAV4s and Highlanders for my wife. Ish approached me and was friendly. He showed me two Highlanders on the lot and let me take one to show my wife at work.I was interested in seeing color options for ordering and getting rough numbers to present to my wife so we could compare with Ford and other brands.He took the opportunity and tried to get me to sign on committing to buy the car I drove to my wife to look at despite him knowing we are shopping around.When I refused to sign and again insisted I just wanted rough numbers his demeanor changed and he was obviously uninterested in continuing conversation.He came back with a horrible offer without current interest rates and couldnt even give a rough estimate on our trade. He made multiple comments that theyd run the numbers for real and get more accurate when Im serious.Way to turn off a potential client, I have been working with Karl Malone Toyota in Draper and theyve been upfront and helpful.Wont recommend anyone or return to Brent brown.

Just bought a new 2021 Toyota Corolla LE over the weekend and I had such a good experience with the process! Not only did Austin Wells help me with every step of the buying process (finding the right car, going over pricing/financing, questions about warranties, etc.) but he also agreed to bring the car to me in Hyrum, UT which is 2 hours away from the dealership and spent at least an hour going over all the mechanics and bells and whistles with me in the car to make sure I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about driving the car! It was such a pleasant experience and I plan on recommending your dealership and Austin to all my friends and family!
