I’ve lived in Utah for four years now and I’ve struggled to find a mechanic that does honest and quality work at an affordable price and in a good time frame. I was recommended Raully’s by a friend so I brought my truck in for a water pump replacement. I am so happy with the work. He had my truck back to me the next day. So far my truck is running far better than it has before and it didn’t burn a hole in my pocket. Thank you guys so much!!!! I was visiting Utah from Idaho and I was having some major car trouble and was stranded. Raul helped me IMMEDIATELY when I called and fixed my car up very quickly and did an amazing job for a VERY reasonable price. I don’t know a ton about cars, but he explained what was wrong and how/why he was repairing it in a way that I could easily understand. He put the care into the repair that he would have put into his own vehicle. I was very impressed with the service from Raully’s and Raul exceeded all of my expectations. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Quick, quality repair. Mechanics there are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I take my car there for everything from oil changes to big repairs. Never had any problems. I recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers.

Just like everyone says, Raully’s is great with pricing. Just be aware that they are a smaller garage, and you pay for it in time. They do quick work, but it can take several hours to get to your car even if only one or two are ahead of you.

My car broke down on Geneva Rd right in front of Raullys Auto Repair. It was after hours so we pushed the car into one of the parking stalls called the cell number on the door to let the owner know about our car situation. It did take a couple of days for Raul to get to our car but luckily it wasn’t a busy time for us so we were ok with that. He fixed our car good as new, it’s never run better. I’m so pleased with his work, he had to get an unexpected part but kept it as cheap as he could for us. He was very honest and fair. I will definitely go to him again and recommend others!

Very helpful and genuine staff at work here. Every issue Ive had with my car for the last 3 years has been fixed by Raul for at least 40% cheaper than Volkswagen dealerships would charge, and for the same OEM parts! I know enough about cars to know when Im getting told if I do or dont need a repair, and theyve never been dishonest with me.

Raully is THE MAN!!! He really knows his stuff and is fair and honest, too. Those are three qualities that arent always easy to find now-a-days. But I trust him to work on all my vehicles, and reccomend him wholeheartedly!

Do NOT USE this place. My daughter called to see how much it was going to be to have them look at their air conditioning to see where a leak was. They said it would cost nothing to look at. Then when they saw that they were slightly special needs took advantage of that and charged them 60. Then proceeded to say it was in store credit so it was basally free because it was a credit. I only gave this place one star because it wouldnt let me post without at least one star.
