Mr. Kim is great! He fixed a headlight issue on my car for way cheaper than anyone else has quoted for. Fingers crossed it works for a good while! It was an issue that was unknown to us when we purchased the car and has been a very annoying hassle to deal with. So I am just super grateful that he did whatever he did (not a permanent fix) but all 4 lights are now working so Ill take it! Highly recommend. I started going to Kims on a recommendation from a guy who said he was great to go to and very fair priced. I knew my car had some issues but Kim fixed them all right up. He has replaced a water pump and muffler for me and he did it quick! He is a great guy to work with and will show you what your car needs and will never try to take advantage of you. He is very knowledgeable. Hes gained a very loyal customer out of me. Completely satisfied!

I have used Kim multiple times. He is great to work with, very capable and has the best prices around. Hes very honest and always makes sure he explains whats wrong with your car and your options for fixing it. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Not 1 star because I get the impression this is a generally good person, but stiffed me on my state emissions retest. When I called to get it taken care of he insisted I come in the next day, I come in the next day and he says hell do one free retest for me after I handed him the failed emissions and receipt paperwork. After hes done testing the car he says, o bytheway you needed to bring this in yesterday to get a free retest so I need to charge you again... Ya no duh I needed to bring it in yesterday, your the one that insisted I come in today, and told me after reviewing the paperwork that itd be free! Im even more upset as he pretended it was out of his control, (dirty trick) I called the state health building in Spanish fork and they verified the inspectors are simply charged to be licensed their not charged per emissions test, and they could definitely retest for free after the 15 days if they wanted to. So given that he said it would be free after looking at my paperwork, he should have kept his word. Theres also a slight language barrier with this individual which comes to light if theres ever anything you need clarification on._____________________In response to owners response_____________________I Had to do lots of research to answer the questions I asked you. So yes I now know what Im talking about (after the fact). Yes you wrote clear instructions on the paper, thats why after handing them to you, and you saying it was free I was astonished by you charging me, after the fact. Clearly communication issues are the main complaint here.

I would give this place a 0 because it was poor survic poor work done and the charge was ridiculous I pay 348.78 to get my alternator fixed Kim was on his phone looking at my car like he didnt know what to do I drove out of his place and my car was smoking I got stuck on the road people had to pull me over from the road he couldnt fix my car and he called a tow truck to take my car to his shop and he checked to see what was wrong and he told me its only the battery and it is 115 but he wants me to pay 89 for him checking the mistake he made and 55 for the two when I could have called my own with my insurance and I was recommended to this guy and was told he was the best and affordable price he damage my car and was so rude to me for asking questions
