I love Jacks Tire & Oil. Everyone here has been so honest and helpful. Anytime I feel like something might be wrong with my car they are so quick to help and check everything out. Jack’s is this place to go. I recommend them to everyone I know. I’ve been to other shops and have been treated awful but Jack’s has always been honest.

Jacks in Orem is a great place to get your tires purchased/serviced. What the building lacks in aesthetics (newer places have a cleaner feel) is more than made up for in their customer service. I have had a much better experience at Jacks than some of the other national stores that only appear to offer better prices on tires, and whose customer service is awful. Jacks has my business for as long as I own a car.

We go to Jacks for both tires and oil changes. They have always been friendly, well priced and have done a great job.

I enjoy Jacks Tire and Oil a lot. My bishop and I wnt there to retrieve his tractor tire which was there being serviced.

Fair price, courteous and honest shop

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SHOP! I went in a couple days ago to do a tire swap and when I got my car back, 3 of my wheels had scrapes and divots in them and the only wheel that wasn’t scraped had a nail in the tire. Before bringing my car in, my wheels we’re close to perfect condition. I went back today and the manager told me that it “was a risk” bringing my car to this shop and that they are not going to do anything about the damage because I can’t prove it was them, even after admitting that the biggest divot was not from any curb rash that I could have caused. They did refund the $50 that I had spent for the swap but were unwilling cover or help out on any cost of repairing or replacing the damaged wheels.Edit: for some reason my pictures got deleted, strange. I guess you guys don’t want me advertising your work... I’ll just keep posting them.

I had a blow out I-15 in Lehi. I called Jack’s Tire in Orem and they were her in about 20 minutes. Alec was the tech—so positive and professional. In no time my chip truck and I were back on the road. I highly recommend Jack’s Tire!

Thank you to Jack’s Tire and Oil in Orem. We had just had oil and tire rotation at another location. On our way to Utah we had a very bad shimmy starting at 50 miles an hour. That was four hours of driving with that bad vibration! We stopped at the Jack’s Tire and Oil in Orem and they fixed the problem, and at no charge! After years of faithfully going to Jacks Tire and Oil, I am moving on. I have spent 5 thousand with them and believed they where taking care of me. Well to the point I bought 600 in tires for my wifes car believing I was getting a good deal and good service. this last weekend my wife got a flat on the car. I took the tire of and down to jacks. I expected they would just repair or replace it. Travis who I worked with for years informs me I have to pay for a new tire?????? then he quoted me a good buddy price. I was up set and decided to call any other tire shop randomly. I mad the call and was quoted a lower price on the exact same tire brand size everything was the same but they where less then jacks. I ask them how much for 4 of the same tires I had just bought from Travis at jacks. They quoted me with tax and road hazard and every other thing they could add on and the quote was $650. That is right 50 bucks more I would have had what I thought jacks was giving me. I talked to the store manager Justin and found him to just be a weasel. I was ripped off and want to share my experience with you. Thanks for reading and remember to shop around and stay away from shysters.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with these guys. They have always been really nice to work with, honest, and well-priced. In fact, I called a few other places after getting my wheel bearing replaced just to see what they would have charged and competitors would have charged over $200 more for the same exact part and work. Seriously. (I have a Saab 9-7x) Even the competitors told me I was getting a really good deal. Also, I always get my oil changed here. They are the best and I plan to come back for as long as I live around this valley. Big shoutout to these guys for always treating me and my wife quite well.

I just purchased four new tires for my daughters jeep. Travis helped me and he was very courteous and professional. He didnt try to sell me additional items I didnt need and the service was done in a timely manner. The added bonus was that the price was $400 dollars cheaper than Big O at the University Mall, Orem. I was worried I might have a bald spot on one of my tires. Derek quoted me an amount for 2 new tires, I took my car in and they check the tires and found out there was no bald spot and only needed to balance a couple of the tires. They even road tested it for me to make sure the car wasnt shaking. As a result I didnt need any tires and sense I got my other tires from them I was not charged anything. Also, as a kind gesture they filled up my doughnut tire. They could have still charged me for the 2 tires but were honest and I walked away without paying a cent this morning.

Ive been going to these guys for years and they have been fair and reasonable. Just recently took my car in to get checked out for a few issues and it turned out to be an easy fix. They didnt try to sell me on a bunch of maintenance stuff.

Cant say enough about jacks. They are the most honest oil changing location I have been too. I have been there maybe 20 times over the years. I have gone to locations like big o and jiffy lube that press you to do other things they insist are necessary to fulfill quotas. Jacks has no quotas and dont ever recommend anything unnecessary. They noticed a loose wire on my horn and fixed it at no cost. Their prices are always about the same prices as valpak or other coupon prices at other locations. Everyone I have sent there has had the exact same experience and they get your car done quick.

My oil change was $10 cheaper than anywhere else. They fix my flat for free. And I thought my brakes need fixing but they said they were good. They could have lied and said I needed a brake job and I would have believed them. They were honest good price and friendly not creepy Im definitely going back when my tires or brakes wear out

Definitely got a good-old-boys vibe, but if you can roll at their (sometimes) slower speed of business and dont mind a more relaxed attitude towards things, theyll take good care of you and the prices are often impossible to beat in the area.

I was in Montana and had two flats and the only store open was Costco and they only had 2 tires that would fit. Got home and Jacks found me two matching even though they didnt carry that style and took care of me the same day for less than Costco, plus they always get you in.

NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!my boy friend has been going there for over 3 years now we always dealt with brain or travis we were always given good service, good prices but more importantly HONEST service, he went there to have our car taken care of before leaving town and the new guy there denis or something was incredibly DISHONEST! we went back and spoke with someone else who told us our car did not need all that crap.this might have been an honest place to have work done but now its a dishonest place if you do go there go to the short guy not denis he is DISHONEST and he will screw you over!we will NEVER EVER GO BACK!
