Guy was pushing me for to give him a good review and kept pressuring me to look up the business once we got to the shop. I had called at 6am to get a battery replacement just for them never to come. Once I called to change the service to a tow, they came quickly (in 20 min arrived around 9:30a).The driver told me he didn’t want to come initially because the battery installation was too complicated for my car but when he heard it changed to a tow he was happy??? Then when he overheard me telling my friend he couldn’t change my battery he got defensive saying he can do it but it’s my fault because I changed the service.

Waited 3.5 hours for a tow that never came with children in the car. I had to call multiple times, with no calls in return during my wait. When I inevitably called to cancel, the individual on the other end of the line just started shouting into the phone. They have attempted to charge me for cancellation, which I will be contesting.Under no circumstances should you use this business. I believe they wait an inordinate amount of time to purposely rack up cancellation fees. Customer service is unprofessional, to say the least. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and advising them of this incident.I ended up using their competition who was punctual and respectful; I highly suggest you do the same.

I called fir a tow. The original price was $85. Then some guy called back asking how much the lady asked for and I told him. Then he said no its $135 then said, let me talk to her! then hung up! I was waiting for a call. Never got one and when I called they just hung up again. The guy was trying to pocket some money or something. Do t trust them. Couldnt even answer my call. Not reliable

Absolute dumpster fire. Was told tow truck was on the same road as I was on when I needed help, then was informed I would have to wait 35-40 minutes. After waiting for this time, I had asked for an update then was told 10-15 minutes. I called back after 15 minutes then was told a driver would call me for an update and never received a call. After 5 minutes had passed with no call, I called the company back and was told the driver was 3 minutes away and would call. Still received no call, waited another 5 minutes driver showed up. Was given no instructions about payment was told after the tower put my car up that they only do cash. Driver was semi-professional in person but not throughout the process nor did they apologize for not calling after being informed I would be called with an update multiple times.

My truck broke down on the freeway. These guys had me call Orange County Freeway Service Patrol which didn’t operate in the area I was in. I managed to get my truck off the freeway and called towing Ravens again. They asked me for my cc info which I was hesitant to give but gave anyways. As it was getting late I decided that I wanted to take care of this tomorrow and called Towing Ravens to reschedule who in turn told me they were going to charge me $45 for cancelling. That was after the dispatcher told me the tow guy was still 25 minutes out. I don’t much appreciate being on the hook for something I never received and decided in a reasonable amount of time I didn’t want. Tow truck companies are notoriously shady a-holes. Too bad these guys feel like they need to basically extort potential customers for business. Nothing new to see here. Business as usual unfortunately.

Towing job they did on January 23rd was okay, but it took 15 days already without getting a copy of receipt. I called them five times already but still has no results as of today February 8th. They said I would get it today. I hope they kept their promise this time.

I call for my emergency towing when my car has a flat tire since I saw they have great review. However, they charge me $220 for 4 miles to my dealership and if I cancel on their service they will charge me for $49. I have to wait for the tow truck for 1 hour when the location between my car and the tow company is only 2 miles away. Furthermore, I have to pay in cash since their credit card system is broke down. Worst place ever!!!

I had a flat tire coming off the 57 North freeway and pulled over to the nearest gas station and called this company because they was the nearest company based off Google. The lady took my credit card information in case I canceled, But she nevered mentioned to me how much the service was going to cost. (I had my spare tire just didnt have a jack) About an hour passed by and the tow truck driver changes my tire and changes me $145 and they only take cash as a payment the credit card is just charged if you cancel. $145 is a complete RIP off!!! Just to jack up a car. Just make sure to ask prices before you do anything dont get ripped off like me.

Had high hopes when quoted by staff but the tow driver who unlocked my daughter’s car door charged the max price range ‘based on how long and complex the job’. The job took less than two minutes... what is their ID for a ‘complex’ job if this was the max price quoted? When I callled the office back, they said the fee is up to the tow driver. Then why quote a price range and not honor it? Just quote the high rate, period. Do you really you have to take advantage of a young girl struggling to make it? Tow driver, would you like it if someone did this to your daughter???? Do NOT call this company if you want honest reliable treatment.

I called this company because they were literally 3 min away from my location. They have me waiting more than an hour in the middle of Main Street in the rain. Another company from my home town perris ca took them 45 min to get here.
