Went through my road side assistance. They sent Mikes. He called when he was on his was. Came quicker than their estimated time, and was very professional. For a tow to the other end of the state. The price was great. Highly recommend

Mike (the owner) and all of his employees are so caring, helpful and HONEST! They will fix whatever needs done, not plus a hundred other things to up the bill. If they do find something else, they will let you know BEFORE they do it and give you options. Ive been going here for a while now and made the mistake of going somewhere else and oh, did I regret it. Had to bring it back here anyway. Mikes is the only place Ill bring my vehicle. They really do go above and beyond for their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a flat tire on the Wilbur Cross Parkway and Mikes towing arrived promptly and quickly got us towed to a Town Fair Tire. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful in solving our plight. Great guy; highly recommended.

When I had to call them to tow my vehicle, I had asked them to tow me to a place 5 miles away. Instead they had towed me to their garage, which is 7 1/2 miles out of the way. The next day they towed my car to the correct garage which ended up costing me $400.
