Would give less Stars if option were available. Gilbeaux towing takes advantage of poor people and charges them up out of this world. You just wouldnt believe, so theres a towing fee, theres a daily storage fee, theres a impound fee, and a notification fee. They have five days to send a certified letter letting you know your vehicle is at their property. They wait till the last day to send out the letter so that you have to pay them even more money. Mr Gllbeaux has forgot where he came from. He feeds off of the poor and puts their money in his pocket letting him live high off the hog.

When we called they told us it would be an hour and a half or maybe even two hours wait. The owner happened to be in the area and came out to unlock the truck for us his self. Quick professional work. Thanks Gilbeaux’s for your quick response and professional work! We will definitely use y’all again.

I didnt have a very pleasant experience with this outfit. They sold my fathers truck before we could get to it, along with the rudeness that followed, and the stories Ive heard from others, Id have to say thats a negative on the stars.

The driver from Gilbeaux towing arrived very fast and towed my 3 daughters and myself to the closest tire place and waited with us until my tire was taken care of. Words can’t express how grateful I was to have a nice person waiting with my children and me during the very stressful time. We had a shredded flat tire on interstate 10 and it was in a terrible blind spot on the interstate. So we were understandably upset. We were treated so very well during the situation. I will forever be grateful and if I’m ever in need of a towing service Gilbeaux will be my first choice. I wish I could remember the drivers name so I could list him personally but I can’t.

Came to my house and changed my tire for me. I am a senior citizen and I have a disable husband. They were extremely nice and the price was very reasonable. Came within a hour when I called. Definitely recommend them to anyone. Thumbs up

Not helpful at all

Called at 11:45 pm after getting a flat tire, stranded at a gas station. I called Gilbeauxs and was given a two hour wait time. After the two hours was up, I attempted to call them back. My calls were ignored and they never showed up. I definitely won’t be calling them for my towing needs.

We just had a near blow out on the road coming home from a weekend out of town. Caleb at Gilbeaux’s Towing responded right away and was able to get us fixed up and back on the road in no time at all and on a Sunday afternoon no less. Thanks so much for your help and I would definitely recommend if anyone was in the area and in need of roadside assistance.

Called and whoever answered the phone told me they don’t have anyone available. You’re service shouldn’t say 24 hours if it’s not, it’s a normal time for people going to work that may need a tow truck!

Please do not use these Crooks! They ripped us off! $450 an hour with a 4 hour minumum. They wont give you their names and they wont give you any pricing. They just go to the scene of an accident (after listening to police radios) and force their way into working on the vehicle WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT! PLEASE BEWARE!

These guys listen to police scanners and come out there when they hear that there is an accident. Then they use the police to force their way into working on your vehicle. They tried to charge us $450 per hour with a 4 hour minumum, and no one from our company even authorized them to work on our equipment. they charged us $1130 for taking two wheels off (2 minute job). Please beware! I dont want this to happen to anyone else. If there are any reviews that you pay attention to Please pay attention to this one. They also rig their reviews. ( Their employees get on and post reviews posing as customers. This the worst towing company I have ever encountered, Highway Robbery!

If you want a overpriced tow you have found your match! After my car wreck the police call these people to get my vehicle, they really did not give me a choice.. I found myself with a 800 + tow bill and my car being held unless bill was paid. The fees listed on the bill were crazy! Watch out for the hidden fees..

Called in to see about unlocking a vehicle at 8am on a Saturday morning. The person who answered seemed they were barely awake and then said they had no one available. This is a small town and they are suppose to be 24 hours by what Google shows.

They are overpriced and add extra charges for nothing..if they offered a negative star I would definitely give it to them...
