The facilitiy is beyond gorgeous.Its very modern and clean. Leo. is the best nail technician Ive ever had.He does things in his process that Ive never seen any other technician do. They care and take the time to make sure youre getting what you came for .I would highly recommend anyone coming here. Thanks Leo

This place was horrible. First night I came they had me wait an hour then turned me away saying the girl couldn’t come. Then I come back they charged me $43 for something the girl behind me was charged $35 for. After doing what they did last night. And my nails has waves in them. This was just horrible over all. I’m so disappointed.

To anyone reading this...DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get your toes done here. My wife went a few times but since the last visit, the tools were not clean. She got a nail fungus and now her toe nails have all fallen off!

My first time coming here was not that great but we tried to be understanding of the whole situation... We had to wait 2 hours before she even started on our nails the reason they gave was she is the only one that could do flare tips.. The 4 hours to do our nails... Again we let it go... Figured she was a perfectionist til she turned the blame to me and said that because I used hand sanitizer right before she started the alcohol made the glue and acrylic not want to bond to my nails.. Was a little aggravated but my sister was doing this for my birthday so we let that go.. I didnt want her to feel bad and think i hated the entire gift she was giving me even with all that i had a good day with my sister despite the whole nail disaster.. When she went to pay it was way more than what we were originally told.. But after everything our nails looked really good. Figured maybe it was just an off day for them(we all have had days like that before too) so I took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done with me and from the moment we walked in the door it was bad.. They were rude to us our nails were not done the way we wanted them to be they were they are so sloppy and uneven some of our nails are so short they dont even reach the tip of my fingers and it cost way more than what was was originally or normally supposed to be there was so much color all over the 2 girls fingers. It was nust HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY!!

I bought my daughter a gift card for xmas . when she went to get her nails done the lady said it was going to be 25 for the set .. So i got mine done too . by the time i walked out i paid 65 for 2 basic sets of nails !! Never will i go back just cause she lied to me ...

My experience here was very good. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Granted I did come in semi last minute to get my nails done they close at 7 and I got there at 615. The lady that did my nails was pretty gentle and able to do a great job in a nice timely manner! Will be coming back.

This place has one person doing eyebrows, I showed up at 6:50p and they close at 7. Sat down for 5 min and was told to come back the next day. Went back the next day and there was 1 person in front of me. I was not acknowledged the whole 45 min I waited. I just got up and left. This is a poor business and the workers are ignorant. They are clearly racist and rude. Do not give them any of your money. Clearly they do not value their customers. I hope they get closed down.

This place does care about people because I was the first one there and they got me in I love that place and no they are not rasist at all they are nice to people they do your nails and feet real good mine feel great that nail salon is number 1 and I really dont care what other people want to say they are real good so go to there dont lesson to what other people say go to them nice prices and when you get there first they are going to get you done the lady that works there she ran the water for her and put one of these things in to make the water blue to soak there feet in because I was there first she thought this lady that was doing my feet and my nails was going to stop what she was doing to my toes she was painting my toe nails and she was almost done but she thought she could come in and right away do her feet with her daughter she got mad because she had to wait but the lady came to her and said that she had to soak her feet before she starts doing her feet she didnt want to lesson so the lady that works there told her she had to pay for the water they put in there for them dont they know water cost money these days they didnt want to pay 5.00 and she raised a fit ya shouldve seen it it was wow she told her she was shouting the place down and she is going to let people know about the nail salon dont lesson she doesnt know what she is talking about ya if you run the water you should pay them there 5.00 so if they dont want to come in there thats fine even they said that they always came in there well she told them that they never seen them before so if they think they was right no you are wrong

These people are VERY RUDE, DISGUSTING, AND HAVE VERY SLOPPY BUSINESS PRACTICES! My sister and i came in for a quick nail fix and they told us they were not fixing it and were asked to leave for no reason at all! SAVE YOUR MONEY THERE ARE BETTER NAIL SHOPS IN ORANGE!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. My daughter (shes 18) went there and asked for coffin tip nails. Whoever did them obviously didnt know what they were doing. After asking them to refile the nails, the lady copped an attitude and threw the emory board at my daughter and told them to file them herself! My daughter told them the nails were ugly and if they didnt fix them she wasnt going to pay. The lady cut the nails then refused to fix them. My daughter ended up calling the police after they threatened to put a picture of my daughter up in the store as someone no longer welcome. I dont blame her for not paying as the woman cut the nails and left my daughter with a mess on her hands. The police told her there was nothing they could do. Anywho, when I called and asked to speak to the manager I was told no that they would relay a message to the owner. I dont appreciate the way my daughter was treated and I wouldnt encourage anyone to go here. 5 thumbs DOWN

The ladies were rude and they did a crappy job anything that needed to be fixed she refused to fixed and she make a noise at my daughter for complaining and the dont seem to be too sanitized after seeing how they do all there stuff. Wont be back

They don’t have enough people so unless you make an appointment the wait is terrible. It’s not very clean either.

SAVE YOUR $! Horrible service. Although the price for a full set was one of the best that Ive found, you really do get what you pay for. My nail tech was unattentive, blindly grinding my nails while looking away, watching the other techs laughing and gossiping. My cuticles were butchered and bleeding. everytime i would jerk or flinch due to the pain she would snatch my hand back and go back to the torture she calls a manicure. All this pain and Im not anywhere near satisfied with the end result. The acrylic is bumpy and uneven, the polish job is shoddy and when I pointed out her mistakes, she had the nerve to huff in my face, roll her eyes and jerk my hand to hers to inspect the nails she didnt fully polish (8 out of 10 is unacceptable). I had a base coat of polish with a topcoat of glitter. She half-a$$ed the fix by only applying glitter polish to the bare spots. If the thought of soaking my bleeding nails in acetone wasnt so unbearable I would have told her to remove the nails completely as I was not paying for this horrible manicure. when it came time to pay, I of course, didnt tip her which sent her into what I assumed was an angry tirade in whatever language she spoke. (anger translates well) The tirade stopped when I walked over to her cosmetology license and wrote down her #. She walked over and asked if i was not happy with my nails. It took everything I had to just walk away!
