DO NOT COME HERE! They are rude and cut corners on their services and then basically call you cheap when you’re unsatisfied with the results. I posted a yelp and received a horrible response from the owner. Originally gave 2 stars because my pedicure was decent but went down to 1 when the owner decided to message me privately.I got both a gel pedicure and an SNS set? Im not sure what you would call my dip nails. Fair warning, $40 for dip and no manicure included. I even made sure to ask since Ive never gotten dip without a manicure included...I mean $40 just to dip my nails?! Kind of sounded insane so I made sure to ask the guy doing my nails 3x, are you sure it doesnt come with a manicure? I watched him just take the drill over my nails and of course, it was not a great base. That is why you do a manicure before! I am so disappointed in how my nails feel. I took a shower after and my hair was getting caught in my nails, ALREADY!The lady (Lisa) who did my gel pedicure was nice and did a good job but I did get up-charged $5 to put a little acrylic on a broken toe. The guy who did my nails didnt know I understood Vietnamese but he made sure to remind the lady doing my pedicure she needed to charge me to fix it a bit. That was okay, it was pricier than some places Ive had fix my toe but I knew it would be an up charge.Pretty disappointed since I havent seem to be able to find a decent place in Orange so I guess its back to driving to a nail place for me. I may come back for a pedicure if I dont want to drive far since Lisa was great. For reference, my SNS set on my natural nails were $40 and my gel pedicure (Basic pedicure package with gel) was $35 with a $5 up-charge for my broken toe to make it $40 for the pedicure.

UPDATE! HORRIBLE PLACE! From 2 stars to 1 star! Most nails on French manicure peeled straight off after only days!! The whole nail!****Went back today to tell them about the job they did and the horrible nails and what happened and they DID NOT CARE!! Horrible customer service and the now other manager supposedly, the guy up front, argued in front of other customers about the job they did and that they don’t guarantee regular polish! What?!?! Their products are horrible and made hands peel and they did not care at all about what they did! And said regular polish is only supposed to last 2 or 3 days! That’s insane!They don’t treat their customers right or appreciate them at all!Came here on a whim for the first time because our usual place is always busy. One good thing was we got to walk right in for 2 Manis and Pedis. But it was downhill from there. I had a decent experience, but my Mom who I took for her birthday did not have a good experience at all! The manager stepped in and was nice and tried to make it better but overall not satisfied with the service and price for what was done. She had to switch to the manager half way through for both her mani and pedi because the first lady that started cut her nails down too short after she just wanted them filed so one hand was longer than the other and uneven. What’s the worst part is that she had been growing them out for a long time after having acrylics most her life. Then the guy on her pedi which she paid for the Luxury one, didn’t even massage her feet! Or remove her callus and that should be a given with the more expensive Luxury pedi. I felt horrible because the whole time she couldn’t even relax because of all the issues with everything! And that’s what we wanted to go for! Wish it was a better experience overall because of the other reviews I’ve seen and that’s why we went here out of all the places we could have chosen in Orange but we left less than thrilled.

AHHHHHH I LOVE THESE NAILS SOOOO MUCH!!! My inspiration was from the anime, Jujutsu Kaisen, and let me tell you.. THEY DEFINITELY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND ARE JUST FANTASTIC!!!! I’m so grateful for them, THANK YOU SO MUCH! ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆

I had a 5:30 appointment for a Gel fill and I was out of there in half an hour. The nail person I had was not only friendly she was so efficient. I hate sitting still for an entire hour its terrible for me. So if I can have this done in 30 minutes and have my hands look beautiful, I am one happy camper.

So I will agree that this place is clean! However, the guy that sits right in the front when you walk in is Horrible!!! He doesnt have any etiquette to being polite to his customers. Its almost like you should be honored that youre paying them to get service! On top of that, the work is not good at all!! If you happen to get someone decent when you come back there gone! The only thing Fantastic about this place is its cleanliness. Attitude and service is terrible.

I had an acrylic nail break three days after getting a new set then I went in to have them fix it and they were very rude and told me I’d have to wait over an hour to have one nail fixed. Very disappointed with my experience.

Donny and his wife are great managers. The salon is clean and the services are performed with strict adherence to COVID guidelines. I felt very safe .

Today was my first time coming here with my mom and we both loved it! The guy Harry did my Mani and the young girl did my pedí!they were both super nice.

I finally got a chance to try my pedicure here. Wendy did a great job shaping, cleaning my cuticles and remove the calluses on my feet. I really got pampered with the sugar and top with fresh orange rub. I love my color and can’t wait until next time. Thanks Wendy and Harry again for take a good care of me.
