OMG I am so in love with my nails… it’s so clean inside and their employees are so nice! They do an amazing job for manicures pedicures and acrylics!!

Cleanest place in town but not one nail tech in this place knows how to do nails and if someone there does know they leave and go somewhere else. I’ve given this place too many chances and they always half fast my nails they never last longer then a few days without cracking or chipping. And the owner could care less. On to the next place.

My favorite place !A lovely salon that is spotless and beautiful...staff is always very nice, courteous and friendly. Open 7 days a week and in a great location on the post rd 👍😀

Amy and her staff always provide top level service while maintaining strict cleaning protocols prior to and during Covid-19.

Definitely was an amazing choice to come here after my gym workout! So beautiful inside & very friendly staff. I love when I go into a spa and they actually talk to their clients. I had a pedicure followed by a much needed shoulder massage by a very kind gentleman. Looking forward to coming back for a foot and back massage.

UPDATE: MY FINGER IS NOW INFECTED AND SHE IS CLAIMING SHE DOESNT REMEMBER DOING MY NAILS THIS IS TERRIBLE. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE STARTED LAUGHING AND SAID “SUE ME”!! Terrible gel tips done by Amy. I walked out of there extremely upset because these nails are not worth $80. I had multiple nails lifting which she did not care to fix instead she started cutting my actual nail underneath because there was no other option. I told her I did not like them and she just kept talking over me ignoring my comments. Im not sure if she was new or what the issue is but if youre looking to get gel tips done here, safe yourself a trip.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I really love it ! Even before the Pandemic, it was always very clean and now it’s very nice that all safety measures are taken care of. Staff is always polite as well.

SONIA WAS INCREDIBLE!!! I was a walk-in while I was home in Connecticut for the holidays. Ive lived in Chicago, NYC, and San Francisco and Sonia was the best nail tech I have ever had. My gel manicure lasted four weeks because she paid strong attention to detail. She was also a delight to chat with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Susan does an amazing job, they use top quality products with low VOC and get me in and out on time. Im a nail polish executive and familiar with what corners salons cut and none are cut here, everything is top notch!

Came with my mother and my sister to get nails done. My mother was only getting a pedicure and my sister both, however my mother was sitting feet in the water for a half hour and when she asked how much longer it would be the technician close by looked at her and looked away. 10 more minutes go by and new people walk in still nobody tended to my mother. She eventually got up and just walked away. 3 new people walk in for pedicures and instantly are seated and tended to. When I asked why my mother wasn’t answered or tended to the owner who is male responded the technicians don’t speak English. If you are running a business your employees should know how to speak to your customers or at least someone needs to be able to speak to them or a protocol in place for customers who need to speak to someone. No apology was offered they didn’t even care. Their work looks good but I would never recommend because it starts with how you speak and act to customers if you don’t care about stuff like that I’m not gonna expect you to care about my service so you won’t get my money 😘.

My second time here to get a refill (Amy was my nail tech on my first visit) and it was not a good visit on my second day of nail service here. Sunny was my nail tech today (9/21/17) and I wanted to use Shellac polish. After painting my first nail and inserting my nail in a hot UV machine & taking it out, I noticed that the polish was wrinkled, almost melted looking. I informed the technician about this and she thought a good solution to this problem was to apply another coat of shellac polish over the melted wrinkled mess that was already on the nail. I immediately stopped her. I asked questions and she answered that the polish was a gel polish. She took off the polish and attempted to do again what she already did the first time. I refused to follow her instructions of inserting the shellac-painted nail back in the hot UV machine. She seemed annoyed by this and not cooperative. It was a mess of a miscommunication but after my research; shellac is a hybrid polish, not a gel polish. Sunny should have known this. She also should have apologized.

This spa is outstanding. Very professional clean and the owners are hard working wonderful people who do an excellent job both on making you feel special and beautiful. This is not your average nail salon.

My first visit was excellent. Unfortunately, the second was not the same as the first. It felt rushed. The lighting was sort of dim and the color wasn’t too my liking. The owner/manager articulated to the young lady working that I must pay 10 dollars, which is fine. I understand policy, but her tone and body language made me feel very uncomfortable. I have made the decision to never return...

Horrible my nails turned brown 8 days out! Chipped and cracked! Refused to give my money back. Will never ever go here again. After a $70 fill I expect close to perfection! Definitely didnt get it. Will be posting pictures to their Facebook page!

It is a hit or miss. The nail technician Flor is great, however others don’t offer the same courtesy and reliability in services.

Most horrible experience, the service took over 1.5 hours for a full set they were completely uneven and lumpy broke a nail the following day with in two days 5 nails popped right off Its a beautiful Salon but all that glitters isn’t Gold not to mention it’s over priced
