Went in as a walk in and service was fast, they got me in right away. Jojo was my manicurist. She was very fast and precise in every movement. I didnt feel scared thay she could nick my skin off because thats how good she is and I could see it. Got a really perfect, clean and neat looking nails. No other nail salons Ive gone to have done this great of a job. I have very small nails so I think its a challenge for most people unless they have really good steady hands. Highly recommend Jojo here!!!!

The lady that did my toes was recommending me a 30 dollar pedicure because of a massage and I took the offer .. I did not receive the massage or anything in the package and when she cashed me out my total for my pedicure was 40 dollars. I also got acrylics but I did not like it. I was so unhappy with it. The acrylic placement was to thin and high one broke a couple days later. And when I left I was looking at my nails and it looked like I needed a refill … the placement was to high and looked so bad. I was so unhappy and not worth the money and time. I honestly wish I could’ve said something about it but I just left. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.

Excellent! I had the best mani pefi ever after being denied for 4 months!!! Mary seemed to read my mind because I could not choose what color to pick. I am sooooo pleased!!!

Would YOU pay for this?? Just came back from this place and Mary, the “manager”, did my nails...look at how terrible she left them!! I understand they were busy but i am a customer and did not deserve to have the process rushed especially if i am paying for it. I was constantly being rushed and was told to leave as soon as she finished my nails!!This place is very unprofessional and a joke. Honestly people take your money to a REAL nail salon...WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!

Over crowded it seems they over book appointments. My fist appointment i waited close to 40min to be seated. The second time it was about a 15min wait. They were having roof repairs gray water came pouring down. Not the best experience. The nails and design were okay, but not enough for my to go back.

Love love love! One of their staff was my nail tech and shes amazing! Very detail oriented and into all the latest trends. The owner was a sweetheart and got me in last min which I highly appreciate! Thanks guys for taking care of me. Found a new spot I will be coming to frequently and its close to home as well as reasonably priced. Super clean, friendly, elegantly decorated, and professional.

This place is the best nail shop I have been to, probably ever! The staff is so nice and talented. I walk in their with all kinds of crazy designs I want on my nails and they always accommodate. Their prices are super affordable and they even serve you champagne or any refreshment u would like along with these Delicious Lil cookies. Mary the owner is great she is like a nail artist! I took my wife to this place on the grand opening day. She got both of her nails and toenails done. Mary and Holly was the person that did a wonderful job on my wife nails and toenails. I and my wife was very pleased of their skills and talents. They knew exactly what my wife wanted. We will sure to come back this place again. Also their services are super !!!!!!. Very friendly and always have big smiles in their faces.

I have been searching for a nail salon that is friendly, takes their time, and can do design, if needed. I found it!This place is clean and the staff is friendly. They seem to really care if you are satisfied with your experience. The prices are consistent with other places. They have this huge screen tv that shows music videos which I havent watched since late 90s so that was a nice surprise.I can stop looking now. I have found my go to spot!

Heard about this place from my friend and Im really glad I tried it! All of the staff was extremely nice and the place was very clean and cute. I got my nails done for an upcoming wedding and Hien added extra diamonds and acrylic flowers to top off the gel nails. Definitely will be making this nail salon my go to place :)

So PISSED!!!! Spent $60 for my BASICmani/pedi yesterday and somehow the woman who did my feet cut both of my big toes to the point where they are A THROBBING!!! They hurt so bad. This is insane. I will never EVER go to this establishment again. The woman here SHOULD NOT have a license. And my friend who went with me, was unhappy with her service as well. This is the second time Ive been disappointed by thirds place. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. So bad! SO SO SO BAD!

This was my first visit to Katella Nails & Spa and while the place was clean and pleasant, I was disappointed with how frequently my pedicurist was on her phone. She continually texted and made phone calls during my pedicure.

Horrible experience.....have been there 3 times....first time was ok....2nd time got athletes foot, 3rd and last time they scrubbed my left foot heel so hard it drew blood and left open sores on my heel for days!!!! Helen was the tech and seemed to be new....and she didnt understand English at all....

Julie and lily were sooo awesome today!!!! I did chrome on my nails, and great flowers on my toes!!! Looking forward to the Swarovski crystals next time!!!!
