Terrible experience. KELLY is terrible, a liar, and will steel your money. I hope the owner looks into accounting because I wouldnt doubt it if she is steeling from the company itself. Lots of proof and going to the BBB to report them. I feel bad because Im sure the actual dentists (i think Kelly is a dental assistant) are actually great people. All it takes is one bad egg. I wish I would do negative stars. This experience has inspired me to start Dental Hygienist school. Im enrolled and I start in January 2020.

Very, very poor experience here! Dr Levitt and Kelly, the front desk woman are awful. Over-promised and under-delivered at a new level I’ve never seen. Extremely unprofessional! Charged me $6,000 for services never rendered, did not answer my calls or return my messages for 3 weeks, delayed refund for 5 months. I am still fighting for my refund for services never received. STAY FAR AWAY from this place. Check the Yelp reviews. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.Filing complaints with BBB and Dental Board of California.

Dr Levitte is the best. I am in my late 50’s and have always had dental issues. This dentist can fix any issues from cavities to multiple teeth implants. Staff is very nice and accommodating as well. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr Levitt and Kelly are liars and cheaters. My friend paid them over 6K for her dental work that she never received, then was asked for 4K more. They are rude and deceitfulDo not trust them.

The staff at OTODG is awesome! At my first visit, I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff before walking into the room with my dentist. No waiting at all. Dr started working on me and throughly explained the procedures she was performing on me, she even applied Vaseline on my lips to prevent them from drying out while she worked on me! Overall, had a great experience because everyone at the facility is willing to help you out with any questions you may have.

I started with this office about 40 plus years ago with Dr. Rallison. Fortunately most of the dental work I have needed has been cleanings and Cheryl has been doing a great job on that. Recently I had to have a tooth pulled and it was my first time dealing with Dr. Levitt. I was very impressed with what he did before he would even pull the tooth.. I have some medical issues and he called and talked with two of my Doctors to make sure the right antibiotics were used and about any problems that could occur. The procedure went smoothly and I am very satisfied with the professionalism of Dr. Levitt and his friendly staff in his office.

Staff is so wonderful, I am so happy with the work they have done . I have not been thrilled with my smile in years. Thank you!!!

Ill sum my experience1. They lie about the office time2. Their equipment is so sophisticated that their own technicians dont know how to work it and they will make you loss more time.3. The treatment that they suggested me was very dishonest..they were trying to overcharge the insurance just because.4. They gave me 2 options for treatment and one was ridiculous expensive and UNNECESSARY as another Orthodontics honest dentist suggested me.5. The office people smell too much of colone or cigarettes which early in the morning dont know what is worse. They are nice though.6. Be careful because you may be impressed by their equipment but can be accompanied with some honest and trustworthy suggestions instead.I know dentist are expensive but dont charge me for your vacation too on top of that.My appointment as 1st time patient was arranged to be at 8:30am earlier than the office opens.... witch is a lie since their address says they open at 7am Saturday too.The assistant had not enough experience to use their equipment or lose a lot of time putting colone...it was nice smell but way too much especially if you are on empty stomach.Doctor the female one witch I wasnt aware that I was going to see since the add online only says that the male doctor will see you.She gave me 2 options for the treatment of my tooth and started to mention all of the procedures that I had to have and the prices of course.My dentist which is a very honest one but unfortunately doesnt do root canals told me that all the procedures she was mentioned were standard procedures for that kind I treatment and they dont have to charge extra for it but sometimes the insurance allows them to do it... what a dishonest people.... to bad they are apparently the number 1 Orthodontics in Orange...no way.Good luck everyone.

Dr. David Levitt and all the staff are great and always go the extra mile. Speaking of miles - I live in Rancho Cucamonga and travel form 1.5 - 2 hrs just to keep an appt. with Dr. Levitt. It is worth it - seriously, Dr. Levitt knows his field better than anyone Ive known (and I have had implants for 10 yrs). Many Thanks!

Cheryl is the best hygienist I have being seeing her since I was in elementary school and I tell everyone all about her .Waiting to see how the new dentist is not sure want to see if they are conservative or aggressive in recommending procedures and how expensive they are.

Well I regret to tell you that I did not have the same experience, according to them they do promotions; but its just a hook for people to come. Already being there they want to charge x everything.
