Theyre by far the best place Ive ever gone to get my nails done. Ben and his wife are super sweet and very professional. I started going there 6 years ago and swear by them at this point. His wife does the best massages when you get a pedicure and Ben is very precise. I cant get anyone to get my nails all exactly right but Ben. I always get coffin nails and Im very particular when it comes to the shape of my nails but Ben makes sure i leave happy and with a smile on my face. Love them!

This is the worst place that you can choose to do your nails. The guy who works there was extremely rough when he was doing my nails. He was in a really bad attitude pulling my feet, to the point that he was asking me if I understand English. Sir, once again I understand English and Spanish. Please be careful with your inappropriate comments. I used to visit this place, but not any more. Today I had a really bad service!!!!!

Nails came out great, the only issues i had was I was cut pretty bad and theyre a little rough on the hands. I would feel better if inwas told where to put my hands instead of forcefully moving them around like Im a child. Posted a photo of my cut, burns so bad.

I try to get here at least once a month! They wax my eyebrows perfectly and recently got the best pedicure/ massage and I needed it so badly. No appointment needed

I have been going to T💖Heart nails for almost 10 years now. I have a great experience every single time I go there. My nails ALWAYS end up looking better than I expected. Mr.Ben & his wife have always been beyond nice. Mr. Ben always takes his time with every client and never let’s anyone leave unhappy. The store is always so clean and nice. They are just awesome people and truly care about their clients. I don’t go anywhere else & as long as they are there, I never will.

Walkins are NOT Welcome here dont fall for it!!!! I tried walking in and I didnt even say anything just walked in the door and the man said they said were busy we dont take walkins here. LMAO after I called earlier to verify if they do and drove 45 min to go to them because I always see there posts and wanted to take my business to them.I REPEAT THEY DO NOT TAKE WALKINS AS THEY TOLD ME THAT TO MY FACE...EITHER THAT OR THEY JUST DIDNT WANT MY SERVICE FOR WHATEVER REASON!!

I feel all of us “nail lovers” low key look for that homebody quality nail salon!! where they care about the quality and not just rushing people in and out. Well I found it! Normally I’m scared to ask new places for coffin cut! They executed the style, color, length, symmetry, and over all gentle and relaxing experience. No bruised/sore nail beds, no cheap flimsy quality, no bubbling or painful cuticle cutting etc (I’ve had some nightmare experiences before lol). also as a bonus the owner and his wife are beyond sweet, professional, Courteous, and also hilarious I might add! Rushed through my pedicure never spoke to me.There was a sign out side that said free hot stone massage with $20 pedicure which I was charged. an additional $5 dollars for this .

They have taken care of my mom for years and I finally went with her. I will always go back and I have since I have moved back home to assist with my parents. One of the best pedicures Ive received attention to details top notch. Finally tried Gel polish and it is applied perfectly! My mom is unable to communicate due to health issues and when I introduced myself as her daughter they knew exactly who she was and smiled. These are great people and I will be a customer always!

I came in with a picture and got exactly what I asked for. The attention to detail was superb. The price was a bit much, but they made sure you got your moneys worth. The atmosphere was also very nice and calming and my nail tech made pleasant conversation with me the entire time. I never felt awkward. I will definitely go here again.

I like the fact that they take their time and use quality products. It is a family owned business and they work very hard to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff has always been professional and courteous to me. I have never been happier with a nail salon and refuse to go elsewhere.

I visited T Heart for the first time on Saturday 3/7/2020. While everyone was very friendly I am not pleased about the fact that 2 of my nails have had chunks of acrylic literally break and fall out. I would at a high end car dealership and it’s very unprofessional to have broke nails. I spend my hard earned money hoping to be provided a product that will last and I am disappointed in the fact that I have not received the quality I paid so much money for.

I had beautiful natural nails with sns on & went in for a color change. I literally walked out after my they removed the color and drilled my nails so much my nails were red, sore, and warped. This place is s#!@!

Horrible! Horrible! First and last time! I picked out a dark burnt orange color and there was a similar brighter color next to it. The man who did my nails tried to give me the lighter color. I told him when you he did the first nail it looked like the brighter color. But he insisted it was just the light. So he tried to be slick and put 3 coats on to darken the color. But it was still bright. After he finished. I took the nail pallet and confirmed it was the brighter color. He got very defensive saying it was my wifes fault.. They look fine.. If you dont want them Ill take them off. I was calm telling him he did a great job and Ill pay for the nails but it wasnt the color I asked for. He became mad and wanted to take them off. So I sit down and he takes the drill and tries to do it hard and fast. Before he could finish one layer I left. I will NOT be manhandled because YOU didnt have the color I asked for and tried to be slick. I will NEVER EVER EVER come here again!

Out of all the nail salons in Jacksonville/ orange park, this place is the best . My first time trying this salon was today and from the moment i walked in .. i was greeted, walked to my seat and had my seat pulled out for me to take a seat . my nail tech did my fill-in super quick . He did a great job ! i will be returning, here i didnt feel like i was just another Dollar sign. i really felt welcomed by everyone .

Just left T Heart Nails in Orange Park, Florida. The Salon Manger started an argument with a patron about her art design was wrong. The salon manager started screaming at the patron. A male worker came over and went to push the patron and the patron told him not to touch her. While I was paying for my services, the Salon manager called the police and told the police that the patron threatened her which was a lie. I spoke up and my daughter spoke up for the patron and the Salon Manager raised her voice to my child.. (My child is mixed and they had no clue that she was my daughter) that is where I about went over the counter. I WILL NEVER be back there and I will TELL EVERYONE how these people treat African Americans. I saw it first hand. T (Heart) Nails, I have a VERY BIG MOUTH and word of mouth on this topic will go a VERY LONG WAY.

I’m usually sceptical about going to new nail salons (aren’t we all) but I came in optimistic & ready to relax & see what happens. I got gel nail pedicure, full set acrylics powder gel pink & white ombré, & waxing. I have to say this is one of the best salons I have went to. The owner & his wife are such good hearted people & a great team. They made me laugh & made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Now the main part of course, the nails, were PERFECT & for such a great reasonable price! The shape even just the feeling of them I’m extremely satisfied. If you come here you should tip nothing less than $20 because they truly deserve it, that’s just my opinion. I’m in Jacksonville for business but whenever I do come this way I’m definitely coming back here & will recommend to everyone I know that is around this area! Thank you ☺️👍

I always have a great time and am very satisfied when I visit T heart nails. They are very professional and listen to what you are asking for. They always take the time to make sure you are satisfied and take care of their customers. They always understand what I am asking and are punctual to people with appointments. I did read the previous review on waiting and personally think that if you dont have an appointment you cannot expect to be taken immediately, doing nails is hard work and sometimes cannot be measured In how long it will take for you to wait. My advise is to call ahead of time, this place is so great its always busy. I wouldnt trade any other salon for this one, and Ive been to many on Blanding. They have a variety of glitters and top of the line products that you wouldnt find any where else. Theart nails is the place to go when getting your nails done!

I had a wonderful experience here at T Heart Nails. Everyone was nice and friendly. I dont know how they received these negative reviews on here because I had no problem with the technicians. They do amazing designs and they are extremely creative. I havent seen these designs ever since I moved down here from up north. I believe that the people that had a bad experience here were probably rude and disrespect the people there. The business is family owned so I can tell that they are working very hard to keep a good reputation. People just need to be nicer and respectful when they come into the business instead of yelling and being obnoxious.

I came in today for a Mani Pedi. The only thing I liked about T Heart Nails was the process of the pedicure. Before we started I asked the person who was doing my nails if they can do a simple design I found online and Ive gotten something like it at other nail salons, but they refused to do what I want to MY OWN nails. Also my nails were filed crooked and I have scratches that burn. I was going to come next weekend with my mother to get a set of acrylic nails but we may go elsewhere because on our experience.

Rate this place to be one of the best places I have found with quality, price and overall customer service. I have been to numerous places where it starts off good and then service and quality starts to fade. I have been going now to T(heart) Nails for a little over 3 months and nothing has faded in their service. I would recommend them to anyone tired of hunting for a good nail salon, this place is it.

You know I was very skeptical at first because I have had bad experiences with going to different nail places. But bihn and his wife were so polite and so kind. Bihn not only cares about his customers but he cares about the nails he does. He was amazing with my nails and I will defiantly be going back. Favorite place hands down

The WORST costumer service experience I have ever received. I was a walk-in and when I inquired about their availability, they told me they were able to see me. While choosing my color I was instructed that there was no time and to sit, I can pick color later they proceeded to rush through my fill and in the middle the man left to take care of something for 30 seconds and disappeared for 5 minutes, returning smelling like cigarette smoke. The price was also outrageous for what I asked. I stopped by because I was curious about their salon, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I have been going to them for many year now and Im in love I have never had a problem with them. Their quality work is the best and they are the sweetest people you will ever meet I wouldnt change anything about them.

I went here for a pedi. Im 6 months pregnant -my back and feet have been killing me, so I was really looking forward to sitting in the massage chair. First the water was too hot and she didnt adjust it until I said so 3 times, then the chair was not working so I told the lady and she messed w the remote then gave up and said I dont know (they had 4 other chairs and didnt even offer to move me). At this point she started cutting my nails and I didnt even get to soak my feet, and the spa bubbles were also not working. I felt disappointed and just wanted to leave so I asked how much I owed her because I wasnt going to stay. I was quite about it and didnt make a scene. However, they charged me $10 for a horrible experience and to cut my nails, then to top it all off said to me I can just go somewhere else! Ive never been treated like that before and I left in tears.

Ben is amazing he takes pride in the condition of your nails and makes sure they are looking nice before you leave. Trying new nail salons is hard and after the experience I had at a different salon I had givin up on any salon that didnt charge an arm and a leg. The prices were reasonable here and they didnt try to sugarcoat the charges like other salons do they just did great work

I am very dissatisfied. The woman who did my nails said they would be a certain price. Then another woman charged me another price that was more expensive. I asked for an explanation and wasnt given one. How is that fair? I was given a price and should have only been charged that. Times are hard, why lie to your customers? I also have black specswhich have been there since I was at the salon.. all underneath my nails that I dont appreciate.

The customer service is absolutely terrible here!!! While I was reviewing pictures of nails that had been done previously for people. I noticed one set where the cuticles were messed up very badly. So I asked if it was because of the nail tech being to rough or did the person come in like this? Once I asked that, I was called Rude, and told to not say anything at all unless it was nice.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. It was terrible. The manager did my nails and had an attitude the entire time. I asked about the shape of my nail he threw my hand and yelled at me telling me to go somewhere else. Confused and appalled i responded saying ok as he took the tips off ( i was getting a full set. Only the nail was put on so far no acrylic). He took it off and attempted to charge me for removal even though he is the one that refused to service me. Totally ridiculous.

Ive been there a few times because it is local. they never understand what I want done. Be prepared to be there for hours for a simple full set. My nails always come out crooked. Theyll start working on your nails and then stop and start doing someone elses nails and the last time I went there the lady nicked my finger while she was watching TV and it became so swollen and infected I will never go back.

I really liked my experience there... but its ridiculous how within 24 hours a nail snaps off and within a week Ive lost 4 nails. Im very upset, very disappointed and I can guarantee I will never go there again. I could care less about the experience if the quality is all messed up.

I discovered this gem around 3 years ago when we bought our townhouse in Oakleaf. Its tucked away in a shopping center right off Blanding. The business is family owned and run by a very nice couple. When we moved away to the beaches it was just too far to make the trip. So sad that its hard to find a nice place thats not only affordable but not a half day project. Now that weve moved back, I can see why the shop still has just as much business and repeat customers as they did back then. They have online appt setting ability now and they always can set an appt by phone - and I HIGHLY recommend always making an appt. Their quality of work and individual attentiveness to their customers is top notch, and they dont waste your time trying to sell you everything in the shop. They always tell you what the services cost and do package deals for many popular services. I will continue to come here and tell/bring my friends as well. They are about making people happy and repeat customers without acting like the typical stereotype shops inside of the mall who not only try to rip you off but manage to do basic work that becomes evident after a few short days. Kudos to them and they deserve it!!!

I got a fill there and later that day my nails start chipping every time I touched something. I had to have minor oral surgery that following morning so I called up there to see if i could come in the next day or so cause I was really I pain. When I called a man answered the phone when I told him that my nails where chipping he said you can come in and we will look at them when as I went to ask if I could come in the following day he hung up on me so I figured he didnt hear me so I called back he answered annoyed I had called back and said I told you come in and hung up every time I tried to come back he would just answer and immediately hang up on me. So rude I have never been treated that bad. After I have them fix my nails I will never go back.

Lmfo. This is crazy. You guys obviously have horrible services. I come in today and asked for something that I want and that I like and the man throws the nail file at me and everyone is yelling and callin me physco and says im high ? What is the hell kind of customer service is that. Threatens to call the cops so I called for them. I have a burn on my hand and the man tried to put super glue on it. Um NO. All he did put put acrylics on and shape. One had is thicker than the other, the nails are no where near done. I had to pay $25 dollars because they refused service. I work for customers service. Its all about what the CUSTOMER wants. Not what the nail tec thinks. Im paying for it. Never would I refer someone to to this horrible place.
