Cool employee very friendly and they got to me quick after I got off the phone with AAA they were then in less than 15min and they got to unlock my car to help me get my keys like nothing great service

I locked the keys in my 2006 honda pilot on a Sunday afternoon called around and got the run around from the locksmith companys in the area. Called priority one the guy on the phone was real cool no messing around the driver Alphonso showed up on time had the right tools opened the car in less than 2min.NO damage to the car and the price was $15 less than a locksmith. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Rude employees who manipulate rules and laws in their favor. Just because a persons car is towed, doesnt mean you have to be rude. If youre a woman, DO NOT GO RETRIEVE YOUR VEHICLE ALONE. Mike is rude, tries to condescend to accidental patrons and will take photos of you without your permission. He will try to threaten you and kick you out of his office if you have questions regarding the nature of your tow. Id suggest calling the police yourself because he is very unprofessional and will try to call dispatch ahead of you to bend things in his favor.
