Unprofessional and very rude. I was hung up on after calling to find out if my car was in their impound and the man told me we close at 4 even though it wasn’t 4 he couldn’t help me and said we close at four call back tomorrow. I tried to call back several days in a row after that but no voicemail mail was set up and no one answered my call. I had to find the main office of the apartment complex I was towed from even though I had the permission of the apartment manager to be in the spot and had been staying there for almost 2 months. I tried to get my things from the car and they refused to work with me and now I’ve been told it’s close to 3000 dollars to get out my vehicle.

I had my bug towed because it was in a fire zone parked in my stall 30 mins after they said i had to pay like 525 to get it out i didnt have that kind of money so i asked for my stuff they said i had to pay 250 to get my stuff out 15 days later my bug had a lean of sale they are predatory towing which is illegal

These evil people towed my car out of my own complex I pay rent at, and expect me to pay $700 in a pandemic to get it out. They said we have to set an appointment and their “systems” are down. I hope this place burns to the ground. Tow companies are the scourge of the earth.

Eddy told me that i need to pay $300 to Unhook my car, But he said that, the price was put by the state i ask him, twice if it was rule by the state and he said yes, but it looks like some one call and said, hey theres a car to tow so, it looks like some one here at the apartments is getting some commission to call this guys and let them know that there is a car to tow, thats all good i guess if more people, make there complaint to BBB something will happen.... yea they are thieves but, they lose more, something we can see but, they are always on Debt thats why they have to rob people.

Someone called and said my car was in the way but I park in my driving stall.. been parking there for 3 years never had a problem. They took my car then the next day when I went to go get My car I ask him who called to say my car need to be moved he lied and said no one called and then I said that don’t make sense so why you towed my car he lied to me again and said they just patrol around.. they are scam and I never ever had a problem park were I park for 3 years never had a problem... these people are scam and it’s not good to lie like that just to make money

If I could give no stars I would. They towed my car and when I got it back (it was only inside their shady, Rinky-dink shack of a yard for not even an hour), I noticed that right when I drove it, my car makes a funny sound now! The back right wheel is bent now! Whoever towed my car obviously didn’t know what they were doing and hooked it up wrong! It was actually some guy and his very young son who towed my car because I actually spoke with them right before they drove off. I drive my car constantly for my job so I know EXACTLY how it sounds and even the slightest change. I’m definitely going to file a claim. This isn’t right at all. These people are super crooked and it’s nothing but kids. Probably some small family business that is run by people who aren’t even qualified to be doing what they’re doing. Definitely watch out for these people if your car ever gets towed by them...

This CON-pany is contracted with the Waterman Apartment Complex here by the Loma Linda Animal Hospital. And my truck was towed away for parking and failing to show my sticker (which i.didnt have due to the fact that the manager is never in the Office to have a request to get one so nothing happened before until today. Now i have to pay $390 for my truck.This is definitely a stretchy company

Yes be very aware of these people. As the person below stated. We also got towed. This place was super shady couldnt give us any info on anything the spot to get my car was not even a tow yard. It was at some shack and there was just young kids in regular clothes filling out papers to make us pay to get it out. the one guy that had a work shirt on said nothing but I could call on Monday to talk to someone. I will definitely be checking into this as they made me pay over $500 to get my car out. Everyone should be careful and report them as soon as u can.

This people is fake and also the people from here, they towed my car in pomona for no reason. The funny part from pomona to Ontario.. oh okayy.. I already file a complaint on this place. So to get my car I had no choose to just pay, and let me tell you that when I show up, my car was the only one there, the rest thing was just abandoned old cars and junk things, theres no door for you to go in and pay, theres only a simple window outside, which when the guy open the window it smell like weed.. like seriously.. this is not a professional towing company.. ..

Can I give them 0 stars?! Horrible service. They told me a tow truck would show up in 30min. After calling them at 30min they told me 15min. After I spent more than 1 hour waiting I called back and they are ignoring my calls! Terrible!

Be Award these people are Thieves, we parked by the Chaparral Motorsports for the sale they were having Today and got my vehicle tow, there was no sign when I parked there Today, once they got enough people they put the Sign over another sign stating that theres no parking and your vehicle will be Tow away. They also want Cash instead of an card and the place where I picked my vehicle was very Shady they have no offices.

They stole my car illegally from private property, i let them know that they were in private property and they were stealing my car so i went outside they didnt finished putting my car in the dollies and the basically drag my car to the street they didnt try speaking to me they just left like thieves but before they left they almost run me over, Im gonna take them to court and im gonna file a law suit

They just let anyone take out any car. My car was stolen from this place they said someone came and paid to take it out. How convenient. And they have no answers. Frauds.

They give you the wrong address so you cant pick your care up in time I recommend contacting somebody to make a case they do a lot of illegal work

After my car was towed from my home your tow truck driver had the audacity to break into my car, ransack, and steal the money in my wallet. I suggest whoever else has their car taken from here check everything because they will steal from you. Will be reporting this to the bbb.

All these negative reviews are from people who got their vehicles towed, probably the best fast service I’ve seen from any other company, learn how to park and follow parking lot rules and you won’t get towed dummies :)!!!!!!! If I had my car towed I would write a 1 star review, so you get where these peoples anger comes from nothing but lies and straight up pathetic reviews, I’m glad they come clean my property up when ever we call ✊🏼10/10
