Horrible company !! been waiting for 3 hrs I called and asked what was going on and the man answered very rude and told me that they are busy and if I dont like it to call triple A and hung up on me

So they towed my car to the wrong place. To a shop I didnt know and left it with a person that had no idea who I was and why I was sending my car to them. After finding out, a day later, that my car wasnt where it was supposed to be. They insisted they had dropped it off at the right place. Even giving us the address we have given them as the place where they had towed it to. It was only after I insisted they physically take me to where they had dropped it off that they admitted the had taken it to another place. But still tried saying I had given them the wrong address. An address I did not know, to a shop I didnt know. 😕
