The company waits for the holidays to reposes a vehicle. They know it is a time to be with family during the pandemic and especially on Christmas eve. They just come and take the vehicle not taking into consideration1. We have the money.2. We need the car to get to work.3. Covid has devastated the economy.4. Its CHRISTMAS EVE!!!Paramount recovery needs to see whats going on in their community regarding many of us had our hours cut or where let go.

Very rude, I didnt receive all of my property, they handed me my belongings in paper bags and I noticed I was missing some stuff, I asked them to double check and they still said nothing else was in the car. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they dont have a manager.

Never tried to contact me either by phone (on a number I have had since 2010) nor by mail which I went through all the paperwork with the post office 5 years ago and have been living in the same house since April of 2016. Its funny that everyone else has been able to find me! So when the account showed up on my credit report I called the number. Nothing but a busy signal. I looked up the company. A different number shows up AND no one answered. I left a message. I have not received a call back, or if I had no one left a message to indicate that it was them.

From the minute we got to the main office in Ontario both ladies Jenna & Wendy were very nice and helpful. They immediately took the time to reach out to the tow yard where our car was stored to find information on us picking up our belongings. Although they have to follow protocol they made sure we were helped in every way they could and they did!They then gave us the information to the tow yard with the name of the Supervisor that would help us once we got to the yard.Once we arrived to the perris tow yard location, Mike (the supervisor ) greeted us at the gate very kindly. His aura and energy sure soothed our souls we had been so stressed and scared and he made us feel at ease. He made sure all of our belongings were collected and even allowed us to check the car for any missed items. ALL of our property items were there down to the pen cap lid of an old pen. Every single dollar and cent was accounted for. Mike is a very honest man and very kind he’s a gentle giant. I am beyond pleased with his services. I was so scared due to the misleading reviews but not at all the case they were all amazing nice and helpful people. We are beyond appreciative for how they conducted business and showed compassion to a struggling couple. Thanks to all ♥️🙏🏽

Thought I was elderly that this scam BS was gonna fly and I was just going to send them money..... oh you owe this company we have your name address and place of employment. guess again I’m going to do my research I’m going to ask questions..... they called my children and even involved them.... please stop do not call contact etc me ever again... scam and BS

Impossible to reach stole my items got my car back from the auction house not them. But never got the property they took out of my car and they were my tools from work so I lost my job. A bunch of thieves cowards left messages never called me back.

They Stole my 9yr old sons nintendo switch worth $400.00 which was in the vehicles glove compartment and disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession at 41 South G Street Perris CA Highway Fourteen Inc Stole from a 9yr old kid who has had a very difficult 2020 !! they have No Shame !! no respect and complete disregard for others and their property! All kinds of complaints on file with BBB. Filed a police report !THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF CRIME COMMITTED IN THIS BUSINESS!!

When you pay fees to this company they do not tell you that after you pay you have to wait 24hrs to pick up and they charge you for the extra day even though they did not let you take the vehicle because they say they are by appointment only and they dont do same day appointment this place is a joke and thieves Im fileing a investigation claim with the DMV

I read all this comments sadly all is true. This company has employees that work for them that are seriously rude and they steal items from your car it has happened to me. I also got my car with damage. And yes emailed And still no response. It is against the law for them to charge you for your items in your car if its repossessed . They are repossessing your vehicle and the items inside your vehicle are not part of the repossession. THEY need to be shut down the owner should take a look at all the complaints.

Car was towed in the 14th I’ve been leaving a message everyday but I know I’m not getting my property back. I had tools and other valuables in the car. My bank denies responsibility for them, this company is full of thieves. I’ll be making a small claim and you should to if they got your stuff, they won’t stop until it hurts their pockets.

My son had his vehicle repossessed due to a few late fees which has nothing to do with this review really, but once the vehicle was retrieved there was so much stolen from the spare tire to the spare change. Luckily, my husband is in the investigation of PD. Though details cannot be made public at the moment, we did want to let it be known this company has a history of stealing. Please report all theft to LAPD. The company is also insured and bonded so do file your claims immediately and do not let up.

They tried to charge me and my cousin $50 to retrieve our grandmas personal property from the vehicle. They cannot and should not do that. Be aware of their shady business. Once I said Im calling the finance company they said it was a mistake and were fine.

I was paranoid about my stuff because of the reviews but when I got my car my stuff was all there.

Horrible customer service girl on the phone stated her name was Gena which Im sure she was lying because she kept laughing. She was very rude every time we called regarding vehicle. She should get fired.

I went to get my car back from it getting a repo and one of the men that helped was asking me to send in my photo ID so as I did . I got my car out and when I got home I got a text msgs from the same man trying to flirt with me . That was unprofessional and scary for someone to use my information and use it for there own time. Now I’m scared that he knows my address and certain information about me.

This is a horrible place!!!!!!! Due to late fees my car was repossessed I quickly retrieved my car however, once I got my car back my tire was flat, and one of the worker told me to go to a gas station to put air in it. He didnt want to help me, but once a ask for a manager he took my car back into the lot and put air in it himself. Then there were multiple items that was stolen from my car, When they repossessed my car they had to put it in neutral doing so they removed the shift release cover inside my car. When I retrieved my car the cover was missing. I called them to try to get my property back and all they did was give me an email and told me that someone will contact me back I havent received anything nor did anyone call me back if you ever have a bad experience here please let everyone know. I am very unhappy with this service.

If I could u would give it a big fat ZERO!!! My car got towed and I WiFi ally went to pick it up and stuff was missing from they had all my things from inside the car in bags but still was misssing things and when I asked for it they said it was lost I asked to double check and some of my things mysteriously showed up but still missing quite a few things especially my sons iPod and there’s no way I could have proof that it was there🙄
