I had a recent experience with this company, their drivers are way to shady as you see on the pictures attached, the driver took my truck from front of a person home when I was picking up a paper from them( less than 5 min) so the driver took my truck to a shady place to probably try to see if he could still anything and looked like from the video he was securing the truck after driving it unsafe for a few blocks before hit their local address.They charge over $430 from 6pm to 10am next day with a fee for open the gate over $100 for it, like they are not open for business with the main gate open and the side gate is always open which is not...They are thiefs be aware...

If youre looking for caring and compassion, prepare to cut and run. After being towed by mistake, I was informed that I could pick-up the vehicle between 9am and 5pm. Then, charged $50+ USD each day until pick-up. Including, the day I was towed. No exceptions.Like most, I work normal business hours. So, thats an unreasonable request. Yet, the same answer remains. No exceptions.

Too expensive for a 3 mile drive. Costed 25 ectra because I gave them the wrong address I understand but from my location to my destination were 3 miles costed me 200 in total. I had used other services for the same distance costed me 65 but in all the service was proper I just think it was a little too expensive ....update I waited this long for a call from this company. The driver damaged my hood and didnt say anything. When he dented my hood he looked at me expecting me to say something but I just gave him a look like. You know what to doWrite the report that you just dented my hood and fix it. Nothing. This is one of the worse towing companies. 😷😡😡

Worst experience I have with Towing Service ever. At first they give me one price and charge my card for the amount and suddenly few hour late their employee called and begs for another $238 and explains that is she won;t get that from me her boss will take that from her paycheck. Also Their price is really outraged...

Very bad service they do not give you any option to agree to fix your problems, especially the person who attended me did not give me permission to lower my wallet to do my paperwork to get my car out of its corral and I was showing him my The license and my proof that the car was mine, I just had to lower my wallet to make a payment and my cell phone to make some calls and he did not allow me and the worst thing is that there it seems a canteen I went 3 times to the place and there was always the music and Some young people there drinking and they do not respect me, I was with my daughter and they were speaking pure bad words besides that you enter and the place stinks of pure beer because I know that we are in a free country but there is a workplace and people of all ages come I think they should have more respect for their clientele
